Lansing's crew known as the Swamp Brothers made alligator sauce piquante inspired by the King of Swamp, Troy Landry, on Swamp People. A 6-qt pot of gator, andouille, the "holy trinity", and our on special additions was completely emptied (pot scraping empty)by about 10 people in less than 30 mins.
