Steam or water heating: Fill pot with enough water to cover boudin, (use tap water for frozen boudin). Heat on high until steam forms on surface of water. Comeaux pork boudin
Was in NOLA for the 2013 Jazz Fest and had boudin for the first time. Fell in love with the taste, much like the scrapple we have here but in a casing. Found it on line and had it shipped. Delicious!

Cajun Pork Boudin
A neighbor was raving about it. My cousin lives in Louisiana so I called to ask about this. She raved about it as well and sent me a bunch. We cooked 3. They were very hot since we just took them off the grill but I had to taste what I had been waiting for. They were so fantastic I HAD to devourer the whole thing instantly. It was so good I couldnt wait for it to cool! I burned the roof of my mouth since I couldnt wait and it was WORTH every bite!
