When is live crawfish season?
Live crawfish are available from January through June (give or take a few weeks).
During the off season we carry a whole cooked frozen crawfish.
How many pounds of crawfish do you recommend per person?
As a meal size we recommend 3 lbs per person. This recommendation is based on serving
the crawfish with corn and potatoes.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
You may call us to make arrangements to pay by money order or to redeem a gift card.
Do you guarantee a live delivery on Crawfish?
Yes. We guarantee our crawfish to be live on delivery or your money back!
What if my order is damaged?
If your order is damaged please notify us by phone or email within 48 hours of delivery.
Please keep all packaging materials. We will arrange for the damaged item to be picked up and replaced.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Please notify us by phone or email at least 24 hours before your order is scheduled to ship.
My order is missing items...what should I do?
Please notify us immediately by phone or email so that we may resolve the problem.
Can you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes, however it is best to call ahead to check your zipcode for overnight service.
There is an additional shipping charge of $1.00/lb.
Please note we CANNOT ship Live Crawfish into Hawaii...we CAN ship Boiled Crawfish.
Do you ship internationally?
Please call for information on your location.
Do you offer any discount pricing?
Yes, please call for information as we do offer discounts on bulk orders.
What if I cannot find an item I am looking for?
Please contact us by phone or email as we will try to assist your request as best possible.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us by phone or email. Non-perishable items
may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please call ahead to receive instructions on how to return or exchange
your item(s). All shipping and handling cost is the customers responsibility.
