A Turducken is a dish consisting of a de-boned chicken stuffed into a deboned duck, which is stuffed into a deboned turkey. Turduckens are generally stuffed with a highly seasoned breadcrumb mixture of sausage, but we offer more than that! Our variety of Cajun stuffings is sure to please even the pickiest of eaters.
