The Bayou Classic 30 Quart Turkey Fryer Kit includes the aluminum turkey fryer pot, turkey fryer pot lid, poultry rack, poultry rack grab hook, 12 inch turkey fryer thermometer, 1 ounce trial seasoning injector and outdoor propane burner. The Bayou Classic 30 Quart Turkey Fryer Kit is CSA approved. The outdoor propane burner that is included with this turkey fryer kit reaches a high BTU and includes the UL listed hose and regulator kit. The turkey fryer pot measures 12 ¾ inches x 15 ¾ inches. The outdoor propane burner measures 13 inches x 13 inches.
