I just wanted to reach out and let you know that everything was great, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service you guys provide. The quality of the crawfish was even better than last year’s order (which I thought was great)- so we were extremely pleased with everything. The size of the crawfish were spot on, and the loss was only 5-10 actual crawfish…which is amazing. Thanks for making may annual boil successful again, and I look forward to many more thanks to you guys!

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. I don't know how you did it but I appreciate your world class customer service more than you know. On the day of our crawfish party I received an email from UPS that said due to weather our shipment was delayed and would be delivered the next BUSINESS day. With this being Memorial Day weekend I knew we would not be getting our crawfish for the party but instead be getting a very smelly shipment of dead crawfish on Tuesday!! I called your 800 number and the very calm, pleasant customer service rep said she would see what she could do on her end. I few hours later our crawfish miraculously appeared at our front door---a few hours later than expected but non the less we were able to have an extremely successful party that everyone will be talking about for years to come!!! You are the BEST and have certainly won several life long customers.

Thank yall for the beautiful crawfish shipped to us in KC , being from down the bayou and having moved to KC years ago we just don't see much crawfish. Heard about yall from family , put in my order and enjoyed every bit of those crawfish here in KC with family ! Again thank yall for the good quality crawfish . I just wanted to let you know how awesome the crawfish were! We ordered 40 pounds for my 40th birthday party! It was so much fun. Everyone asked where we got them from. They were delivered so quickly and were in great condition. Not to mention, super yummy!

All is well that ends well. You guys knew that FedEx had messed up my order before I did and you called to let me know - which gave me time to plan a different menu for a party that could not be moved to a different day. After a prompt, full refund, you let the shipment come to my house anyway. Some friends picked them up as I was out of town. They tell me that, even after the day+ delay, about half of the crawfish were still alive. They sorted them out, cooked 'em up right and had an excellent time. I think you will have them as a new customer and, of course, I will try again in a few weeks. Thanks so much for the way you handled this!

I can't thank yall enough. We served up 120 lbs of crawfish all in great shape, ready for the boiling pot. We got them right on time on a Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and had a great party with our friends and family. Crawdads are not an everyday item on the menu in Mid Missouri so to serve them up to some Northeners was alot of fun. Everyone enjoyed watching them come to life when we washed them off and eatin them when they came out the pot. Your company did a great job. Corey was a great help & fun to work with. I don't check my email often but I just want to say that during Good Friday this past year we had an awesome boil. I have always wanted to do something like this, and it turned out awesome. I'm the guy in the family that does those goofy quirky things and everyone shakes their head and wonders how something will turn out. 99% of the time it always does and we had a lot of laughs and good times doing our first boil. We plan on doing them now more often as we will get better in efficiency. Tell everyone thanks for the great crawdads and we'll talk to you later.

My husband and I just wrapped up our 5th Annual Central Pennsylvania Crawfish Boil and every year it gets bigger and better. And every year we order from your business and are never disappointed. I couldn't be happier with the crawfish I recieved on friday. We didnt cook them till saturday around 4. But when we did start cooking we only found a few that didnt make it. Great product! I will be ordering from you again.

Every year I have a crawfish boil for all my Ducks Unlimited volunteers in Northern Illinois. As you can imagine, we don't have too many crawfish boils up here, so it is a very well attended event and the people love it! We have around 300 attendees every year and people come from all over to attend. I have been ordering crawfish from Louisiana Crawfish Company for 3 years now, and I just wanted you to know that it has been a pleasure doing business with you. When you have that many people coming to an event, it can be very stressful. I used to lay awake at night praying that the crawfish would arrive ontime and alive. Our event was last Saturday and yet again, everything you promised was delivered. We had a great event and the crawfish were ontime and alive!! I can't thank you enough for your tremendous service. We're celebrating my husband's 30th birthday tomorrow and all he wanted for his party was crawfish! My mother-in-law and I thought we were going to have serious problems locating his birthday wish. We jumped on the internet and lo and behold, there were dozens of crawfish companies. Problem solved...so we thought. I sent out invitations announcing "Crawfish and cocktails" and jumped back on the internet to order out feast. Only, I had no idea that crawfish was out of season. Thank God for Google! I typed in a search for "whole frozen crawfish," and was led to several companies that only sold tails. Just as I was about to give up, I clicked on your link and was pleased to see exactly what I was looking for. I called your company and left a message. Miss Avery called me back right away and answered all of my questions and placed my order for me. I ordered 40 pounds of crawfish, a 36 quart stockpot, and 1 pound of seafood boil. To be honest, I was really worried about not getting my full order in time. The pot arrived yesterday, and the crawfish arrived about 30 minutes ago. I was really surprised and pleased to see that along with my order, I got a couple of bonuses. The jar of cajun seasoning and Mardi Gras beads are a great touch! Thank you so much for the outstanding customer service! I can't wait to show my California friends how to "suck the head!"

Our crawfish boil last night was a smash success, We had 24 guest. Fourteen of those had never experienced a crawfish boil before. They are already asking "when's the next one?" Your crawfish arrived on time and in excellent condition. I've enjoyed doing a little harvesting around Abbeville so I do know the difference. We found only two "deads" in the entire 50 pound shipment. I also like your pricing practice, everything included for one simple price. Simple and direct; I like that a lot. I made my first order yesterday (a trial size), and let me say I had a wonderful experience. The crawfish was fresh and the delivery is exactly what you stated. It was fast! Hello: I am the Executive Chef of the Light Up The Queen Foundation here in Wilmington Delaware and we have used your company twice for the live crawfish used at our fundraising events. Our Executive Director spent 15 years in New Orleans running the Tipitina's Foundation and has brought numerous NOLA musicians up to support the cause. Our emphasis has been on Cajun/Creole cooking for all of the shows just to give our local fans a taste of what Louisiana is all about. Last year's crawfish boil was our first so we only ordered 80 lbs. Due to the high demand at the Big Chief Monk Boudreaux show on May 14th, I decided to pretty much double the order. What your company sent to us nothing short of amazing. Most of the crawfish were HUGE! The tail meat was sweet and tender and we lost very few in transit from your facilities. The crowd response was amazing. At one point I literally had to push people out of the way in order to dump a fresh pot onto the table. I was even more amazed the there were no leftovers at the end of the night. Numerous people inquired as to where i ordered the crawfish and i had no problem handing out your web address. Most of the crowd had never been to a real boil and could only make comparisons to the chain restaurants in the area who serve reheated and frozen crawfish. Needless to say, the "WOW" factor was there and people definitely enjoyed themselves. I will continue to use your company for future events. Great job ladies and gentlemen, y'all really hit it out of the park!
