Crawfish New Orleans

Not only are crawfish great as a meal all by themselves, but they are useful in making a variety of sauces. Here at LA Crawfish Company, this sauce is a favorite topping on our steaks and grilled fish. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!!

Ingredients and Method

  1. Melt butter in large skillet Show
  2. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until wilted Show
  3. Add chopped green onions and white wine Show
  4. Continue to sauté adding dashes of Creole, Worcestershire, lemon juice, hot sauce, and salt to taste Show
  5. Add crawfish tail meat and continue to reduce and thicken Show
  6. May add more butter or wine for desired consistency – If a thicker sauce is desired, add flour Show
  7. Serve over your choice of fish or meat and garnish with parsley Show
