Hi - We ordered 25lbs of mud bugs from you for a spring boil. Not a common thing here in Chicago and (of course) it was a great hit! We also ordered boudin and chicken andouille which were delicious. and some crawfish necklaces. All y'all were super helpful with my several phone calls and what to do and how much etc (since we are novices and had only attended boils in the past, not put one on ourselves). So just writing to say THANKS! and we'll probably do it again later in the summer.

I love LA Crawfish Co. so much, there are no words to describe my appreciation. I am originally from Metairie, LA and moved to Florida. I was under the impression that Florida had seafood, so I traveled with my 100qt. boiling pot. The seafood I get in Florida is no comparison to the fresh seafood and delicious seafood I get when I order from LA Crawfish Co.

I just wanted to send you guys a follow-up. I received the package in perfect condition this Friday at the updated address. The contents were perfectly cold and ready to go. These were the best crawfish any of us have ever had and we had a blast. I know the first damaged package was not your fault but I cannot say enough about the way you guys handled this so quickly. Just wanted to send a testimonial about how successful my first crawfish boil was using your product. I ordered 45 pounds of select purged crawfish from you guys over the weekend. Firstly, I was pleased with how well they withstood the shipping up to Chicago, I shipped them Friday and kept them overnight in my basement. I was able to keep them alive but next time I think I'll just pay extra to have the delivered on Saturday. Secondly, your recipes and tutorial videos were very helpful for someone who has never cooked crawfish before. I ended up going with a 20 qt boil pot and was able to do batches and keep them in the cooler they were shipped in. That was helpful since my guests all arrived at various times. Lastly, The purged crawfish were a huge plus. We had a lot of first timers and I was worried they would be turned off of crawfish by muddy or "veiny" crawfish but everyone has a great time and we hope to have another party this year.

Just ordered 70 pounds from you guys and had them shipped a day in advance of our party. Kept some in vented coolers with ice, others in the refrigerator with wet towels. They all easily handled the wait until the next day with only a few casualties! Excellent service, great tracking info and FedEx came through delivering early. The crawfish were huge (ordered Jumbo)! Told everyone at the party about your place / service and expect they will be ordering from you in the future. Very successful party thanks in large part to you guys. This is the 3rd year running for our B&B Crawfish Fest and the first we ordered direct and had them shipped in...will definitely do it again.

We ordered the 30 pound value pack on Monday afternoon. The Bugs were here at 9 AM Tuesday and we cooked and ate them at 6 PM last night. What a treat! All bugs made the trip safely. My girlfried is from New Orleans and I visited there for the first time in Dec. 2012. She has lived in Cleveland, OH for about 12 yrs. She made the suggestion of having a crawfish boil for the Superbowl. I had no idea what she was talking about. I usually do a clambake in October but a crawfish boil in 17degree weather in OHIO! Well I ordered 20lbs of crawfish and also beignet mix. Everything arrived right on time! The family loved it! My 95 year old in-law is from Lousiana and she was just as happy as a pig in mud! The crawfish bought back so many memories for her. Thanks so much for the great service and quality crawfish. I can't wait until next year. My family and I wanted to take the time to write and thank you profoundly for being distributors of the Alpine Turducken! We ordered a turducken last year, but not from you and not this brand. This Alpine was FAR superior, and for the same price. Your delivery and tracking was great. I was also impressed with the inclusion of the parchment and 2 kinds of foil. Initially I was concerned about tying my oven up for 10 hours, but figured out how to work around it, and WAS IT EVER WORTH IT! Thank you for shipping to Minnesota! Turduckens are starting to show up locally here now, but we don't quite trust they will have the authentic southern flavors. We will be back! I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the wonderful job you guys do at handling your orders. My son Josh Martin is in the Army and he usually works out his leave for late spring early fall and we do a big crawfish boil and have a great party while he's home. Sadly this year it was not possible to come home and he was missing home and missing the crawfish boil. I put so much thought into a birthday present for him and didn't come up with anything until Saturday the 17th when I found you guys on a search. I placed the order and tracked every minute of it and today Tuesday the 20th on his birthday he received 30 lbs of crawfish and now he can have his own party with his Army friends (most of them have never had crawfish). He was so excited and so happy he said "mom this is the best idea you have ever had". So I just wanted to take a minute and thank you so much for helping me give my son a wonderful birthday.

Hi! At 11:00 am, NJ time, we got our crawfish. By 2 pm, they were all gone! They were excellent, taking us back to when we had them @ Catfish Juction in Leesville, LA on our past vacation this past February. Hi, I moved up to Bellingham Washington 10 years ago and never thought i would be enjoying crawfish up here. Over 2800 miles from what was once home. I assumed that to have good crawfish or good anything I would have to travel back to Louisiana. Boy was I ever wrong. What a suprise 5 years ago when my boss asked me if I would consider boiling crawfish for the company. I started surfing the web looking for places that would ship live crawfish. Then it was where would I get a boiling rig from. There was no place here that carried big enough pots much less jet burners in Bellingham. Another reason Louisiana Crawfish Company really stood out. That had it all pots burners paddles if you need it to cook crawfish they have it. The first year was quite an experience. I have noticed that each year the quality seems to have gotten better and better. The crawfish arrive in perfect shape. It has become so popular that last year the local paper did a piece on it. Our company paper followed suit and also did a piece on it. Everyone is just amazed at the fact that the crawfish arrive in such good shape and that they taste so good. I cook them in the traditional way with the spices that Louisiana Crawfish Company sends with the crawfish. The only thing different that has been requested by the locals is that with the corn and potatoes that we add mushrooms to the mix. Boy do those things soak up the spice. Once again this April we will boil crawish on the sidewalks of Bellingham. Thank you Louisiana Crawfish Company for your quality and service.
