Our order arrived and and out of the hundreds of craws we had less than a dozen and a half dead and a lot of your "field run" craws are monsters! I really don't know how you guys pull it off, but I'm consistently blown away by the quality. I wish I could get mussels alive at that ratio. I'll be continuing to order from you guys and sing your praises to everyone I meet. Thank you for a great product and a great party!

I just wanted to reach out and let you know that everything was great, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service you guys provide. The quality of the crawfish was even better than last year’s order (which I thought was great)- so we were extremely pleased with everything. The size of the crawfish were spot on, and the loss was only 5-10 actual crawfish…which is amazing. We had our 5th annual Dayton/Crawfish fest yesterday. 90 pounds of awesomeness enjoyed by over 60 people. It was barely above freezing but we loved our indoor/outdoor boil made possible by your incredible company. We only took our gloves off to eat. I really appreciate you offering free shipment on orders over $100 and having PayPal as a mean for making a purchase. The only bad thing was I didn't order enough Hog Head Cheese. After moving to Anchorage Alaska 13yrs ago, I haven't had boiled Louisiana seafood that often. Now that I have found your website, I will be able to satisfy my cravings. I ordered 40lbs of live crawfish and was skeptical at first. I just have to say that I had ordered the Alligator Fillet Nuggets and the Smoked and Fresh Alligator and Pork Sausages this week and just had them yesterday at my BBQ and they both were phenomenal. We received our 60 lb order yesterday here in remote West Texas (where overnight takes two days, normally) on time and in great shape! We only had 6 dead crawfish out of 60 lbs! What a great shipment! That is an all time record. We would never expect such great ratio purchased on site, let alone shipped out. It arrived on time, overnight, and we all had a fantastic time celebrating my birthday. Just wanted to say what an awesome surprise this ended up being for my husbands birthday! He ate lbs himself!!! Everything was awesome! The mudbugs were huge, the gator bites were as well. Just wanted to say thanks for the amazing crawdads! I had 95lbs shipped to Chicago on Friday for a Saturday afternoon boil, and they were amazing! Almost all were still alive and squirmin' come boil time. They were clean, big, and shells were easy to peel! I have a couple of friends from New Orleans up here and they were very impressed with the quality of them. I will definitely recommend y'all to others, and I most definitely will order from you again, as my friends are wanting me to make my crawfish boil a yearly event. Thanks!!

I have attached a few pictures of our boil. I can’t say enough about how happy we are to have found you guys. The crawfish were in great shape and the seasoning was absolutely perfect. We were excited to be able to share a little Louisiana cuisine with people who had never experienced it. We will definitely be back for more!!

A big thank you to LA Crawfish company for making my seafood boil a HUGE success. I placed my order on a Monday and my crawfish arrived Friday morning at 10am. I was surprised that they arrived so early since I live in a rural area. When I opened the box they were alive and well. Our boil wasn't until Saturday so I had to keep them alive until then. They did really well overnight in the container then I put them in a stock tank Saturday morning and gave them a little water so the kids could pick them up and have races. I only lost about 20 crawfish out of 30lbs keeping them alive for the next day. That isn't bad at all. I am a native of Thibodaux and have lived in Missouri for 17 years so this a great way to bring a little cajun country to the midwest. No one at the party had ever eaten crawfish before but it didn't take long for them to learn how to peel and chow down. Even had a few that loved to suck the heads! Thanks again for your great customer service and wonderful product. We will be doing this annually now and I have already reffered several friends to your company.

Our crawfish boil last night was a smash success, We had 24 guest. Fourteen of those had never experienced a crawfish boil before. They are already asking "when's the next one?" Your crawfish arrived on time and in excellent condition. I've enjoyed doing a little harvesting around Abbeville so I do know the difference. We found only two "deads" in the entire 50 pound shipment. I also like your pricing practice, everything included for one simple price. Simple and direct; I like that a lot.
