I want to thank all the hands involved at Louisiana Crawfish! Thank You for your efforts! With the Covid-19 pandemic, stay at home orders, and kids out of school...this Memorial Day was very different to say the least. However, I have typically hosted a crawfish boil on Memorial Day for many years, and it is part of our family tradition. My order was successfully delivered to North Carolina early Saturday morning, the website was easy to use, and I was relieved when that package arrived knowing that many hands at Louisiana Crawfish Company made it happen. I thoroughly enjoyed getting together and celebrating with my family and friends later that afternoon. My wife is a Louisiana native, she absolutely loves crawfish, and it does my heart good to prepare these for her! I believe my pot was spicy enough to kill any virus, and there was enough garlic in my boil to keep all the vampires away too! Thanks again for helping us keep our family tradition alive during these uncertain times. Just getting together, away from the news, proved to be a just what I needed. Louisiana Crawfish Company is definitely an essential business in my book!

Our order arrived and and out of the hundreds of craws we had less than a dozen and a half dead and a lot of your "field run" craws are monsters! I really don't know how you guys pull it off, but I'm consistently blown away by the quality. I wish I could get mussels alive at that ratio. I'll be continuing to order from you guys and sing your praises to everyone I meet. Thank you for a great product and a great party!

I was amazed at the size of the crawfish (as were all my guests) and the purged crawfish only required a couple rinses before dropping them into the pot. Out of 40 pounds of crawfish, there were literally 5 crawfish that weren’t alive! I couldn’t believe how well they were packaged with the ice packs still fairly solid. This was my first time ordering from you, but it definitely won’t be my last. I can’t offer enough praise for your company from start to finish. It was so easy to order online, your description of the crawfish was spot on, and I even received a call confirming my order, as well as letting me know the guaranteed delivery time (since I had requested an earlier time when placing my order), and you included a coozie with my order too. Just a note to thank ya all for our first crawfish boil. Everything was perfect. Your seasoning is second to none. (its good on bass also) The only problem was, I didn't order enough. I just wanted to let you know that our Mishicot matbug boil was a huge success for the youth wrestling club. we ordered 750 lbs Live crawfish shipped to Milwaukee on 5-30-14 by Southwest air. Picked up at airport then a 3 hour drive . when we opened all 20 boxes the crawfish were still cold and the gel packs were still partially frozen when we sorted the crawfish for cooking. there was only 4 lbs of dead ones out of the 750 lbs + Our sorting crew just could not believe it. and this was on Sat 5-31-14. Your crawfish are really the BEST. Our guests kept commenting on the large size and how fresh they were. we served 300 people plus walk ins. After moving to Anchorage Alaska 13yrs ago, I haven't had boiled Louisiana seafood that often. Now that I have found your website, I will be able to satisfy my cravings. I ordered 40lbs of live crawfish and was skeptical at first. But now that I have received my order for a Saturday delivery on time with only 12 dead crawfish, I will definitely be ordering again from La Crawfish for all my seafood needs. We received our 60 lb order yesterday here in remote West Texas (where overnight takes two days, normally) on time and in great shape! We only had 6 dead crawfish out of 60 lbs! What a great shipment! That is an all time record. We would never expect such great ratio purchased on site, let alone shipped out. It arrived on time, overnight, and we all had a fantastic time celebrating my birthday. Thank you for the quick shipment of my order. I ordered live crawfish but you were out so Stacy, I believe that was her name, recommended boiled crawfish. I hesitated a bit but I took the chance any way being i'd already invited my friends over this weekend for a crawfish feast. Wanted to send a huge thank you for sending the most amazing crawfish, shrimp and sausage. We have ordered from you several times when we lived in GA and now in KS. We have indoctrinated some friends into the fun of a crawfish/low country boil. It was a wonderful sendoff with our friends before we all leave Fort Leavenworth for places all over the world!

I just wanted to thank your for the great crawfish I got from you last Friday. I had 100 lbs shipped via "airport to airport" to Philadelphia for a boil on Saturday. Getting the crawfish from the airport went very smooth. The crawfish were healthy and very large and were a big hit. I'm from New Orleans and moved to Philly a year and a half ago. I met another family up here who moved to Philly a number of years ago from Donaldsonville, LA. Having a boil was the obvious thing to do for our new friends and neighbors. We hope to do it again next year. Thank you again and look forward to crawfish again next year.

Knowing this, my sister surprised me with your delicious crawfish this past week! She ordered 10lbs of precooked crawfish and some alligator fillet nuggets for us to enjoy while watching football on Saturday. Let the good times roll in St. Louis! Thank you Louisiana Crawfish for delivering 30 pounds of delicious crawfish right to my door! Our annual "kick off" picnic for our little league team was a success. In the past, we have purchased our crawfish special order at a local fish market. Never a problem with them, but this year, thier prices were out of the roof! I found Louisiana Crawfish, and for LESS, I got home delivery, spices, and a great styrofoam container. Only a handful of the crawfish were not alive, which is what you expect in every batch. The rest were alive and kicking.
