Experienced for the first time by many at our low country boil, and they raved about the sausage!!!! There were left-overs....except for the sausage!

Great tasting and perfect for our Bug Boil. Maybe a little spicy for a few but son in-law said it was great!

The sausage was a little too lean for me, but the flavor was good. I would probably cut the sausage in to larger pieces next time. maybe that will help it from drying out so much.
