Poche's Stuffed Chicken Breast - Crawfish

Deboned chicken breasts stuffed with a rice dressing consisting of fresh crawfish, our own special sauce, onions, bell peppers, celery, garlic and chives. USDA approved - 22oz (2 breasts per pack)

 

Cooking Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Remove chicken from packaging.
  • Place in pan with 1 inch of water and cover with foil.
  • Bake approximately 20 minutes per pound or until internal temperature is at 180 degrees. Uncover for the last 30 minutes.
  • Remove netting before serving.

  • Chicken breast, crawfish stuffing, margarine liquid, celery, bell pepper, water, seasoning, chicken base, all purpose flour, riboflavin, crawfish base, pomerola sauce, crawfish, margarine liquid.
