  • Ingredients: Turkey (contains up to 6% retained water, Partially de-boned, only wing bones remain), water, extra-long grain enriched rice (iron (ferric orthophosphate), niacin, thiamine (thiamine mononitrate) folic acid), shrimp (water, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium bisulfite, Duck meat (boneless, skinless), chicken (less than 3% retained water, boneless, skinless), pork sausage (pork, water, kosher salt (salt yellow prussiate of soda (anti-caking agent), garlic, worcestershire sauce (distilled vinegar, water, corn syrup, salt, molasses, caramel color, spices, garlic, natural flavor, anchovies, tamarind, dextrin and sulfiting agents), garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper, black pepper, paprika), green bell pepper, celery onion, all-purpose enriched flour bleached (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), green onion, European style butter blend (partially hydrogenated soybean oil and liquid soybean oil, water, butter (cream, salt) salt, non-fat dry milk solids, soy lecithin, sodium benzoate (a preservative) artificial flavor, vitamin A palmitate added, beta carotene (color), salt (sodium silicoaluminate), black pepper, red pepper, paprika.  
  • ALLERGENS: SHELLFISH, MILK, SOY, WHEAT, ANCHOVIES
  • Thawing Instructions: Keep product frozen until ready to use. Remove from box, place in a pan & thaw in the refrigerator approximately 24 hours prior to cooking. Quick Thaw Method: Leave wrapper on bird and place in cold water for 6-8 hours.
  • Cooking Instructions: Remove plastic bag, netting stays in place and put completely thawed roll in a non-stick roasting pan or one that has been sprayed with cooking oil.  Preheat oven to 350°  Cover with foil and bake approx. 2 hours. Remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes or until golden brown in color. Basting with butter helps achieve the golden brown color and also keeps the roll moist. Internal temperature must reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Let stand 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove netting - Carve, Serve, and ENJOY!

Family loved the shrimp and sausage turducken roll. Great spicing - delicious Christmas treat. impeccable service!

Absolutely delicious!

One of the most memorable Thanksgiving feasts Ive ever prepared. The layers inside this boneless roast were bursting with flavor and very juicy. I sous vide the turducken in a vacuum bag until to 150 degrees internal temp, then basted with butter and crisped to golden brown with 15 minutes in a very hot oven. The juices inside the bag boosted my already delicious stock gravy to new heights. Do not hesitate to try this for your holiday table. I have another Ill be serving for Christmas!
