The Turducken Breast is a boneless turkey breast stuffed with a boneless duck breast, boneless chicken breast and mouth-watering Cajun Pork Sausage. The Turducken Breast averages 4.25 lbs and provides approximately 7-9 servings.

Ingredients: turkey, chicken, duck, pork, salt, green onions, water, paprika, spices, garlic.

Thawing Instructions: Turducken Roll must thaw completely before cooking.  For best results, remove from box, leave in vacuum-sealed bag and thaw in refrigerator for approximately 48 hours or in cold water for 4-6 hours.

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 325°F.  Remove from bag.  Place Turducken Roll on a rack in a roasting pan.  Bake covered for 2 hours 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.  Allow Turducken Roll to cool for 20 minutes to seal in juices.  Remove netting and slice.

Gluten-free Deliciousness!

Review by Sarah on 12/26/2020

We had been looking everywhere for a gluten free turkducken to have for Christmas. It wasn't easy but finally found this version. Customer service quickly confirmed it was gluten free. It arrived on time and cooked easily. And it is absolutely delicious!! We all devoured it and are already planning our sandwiches with the leftovers. We will definitely make this part of our new tradition. Thank you!

Served the Turducken with the sausage stuffing for a early Christmas dinner. Followed cooking instructions and removed foil at the end of the 2.5 hours for an extra 20 minutes to brown. It was delicious, and will definitely celebrate with Turducken again.

This was phenomenal! Ordered two for an add on to our traditional turkey. These were delicious, so easy to prepare followed cooking instructions all the way through. They were juicy, tasty and great sliced for sandwiches later on in the day.

Cooking temperatures and times

Review by Gerry on 11/27/2020

I received the Turducken Breast with Seafood Jambalaya via FedEx Saturday. It was cold but pretty much defrosted, so rather than re-freeze I kept it in the refrigerator (+38*F) until ready to cook on Thursday afternoon. The cooking instructions on the package and the website both state 325*F covered for 2 hours and 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165*F. This seemed a little low for 4 pounds of meat, so I pre-heated my oven to 350*F. At the 2-1/2 hour mark the internal temperature of the Turducken was barely 149*F. I bumped up the oven to 375*F for another 20 minutes and checked again, the internal temperature was 159*F. I increased the oven to 400*F for another 10 minutes - UNCOVERED - and finally got the internal temperature to read between 162*F and 165*F. The Turducken was tasty, but the Jambalaya was mostly rice and a few small shrimp. All in all, not a bad dish. Temp and timing should be revised. YES- I check my oven regularly for accuracy, and used
