Dear LaCrawfish Team, I want to send you all a heart filled thank you! I received our order on Friday and it exceeded every expectation. Originally from Georgia, but went to college in New Orleans. I moved back to Georgia shortly after graduating in 2002 but have truly missed the taste of Louisiana, Crawfish. After 17 years away, I visited New Orleans in 2018 and the first thing we grabbed were Crawfish when we visited then. I was a little nervous ordering online and doing a boil as it was the first to both. The package arrived timely and out of the entire shipment there were only a handfull that I had to discard. After watching your how to videos, our 1st crawfish boil was a success!!! This was so needed at the time that we are in. Our family had a blast and all complimented the taste brought back memories of me while visiting me in New Orleans for my basketball games. So Thank You and we are now making this a family tradition. “The Crawford Crawfish Boil”. Thank you again, and we will place many orders to come.

I just wanted to to say that my wife and I just celebrated our 29th anniversary. We ordered 35 pounds of crawfish y'all delivered them with perfect timing and they were wonderful. Just wanted to say thanks. We had a great feast.

Dear friends, Thank you! On Sunday, we had the absolute best crawfish boil thanks to you. We live in a remote mountain town in Colorado (moved from New Orleans more than 20 years ago). And on Mother's Day, that's what my sweet wife wanted, a crawfish boil. And you delivered! FedEx doesn't even deliver to our town on weekends, but you kindly arranged for it to be sent to the next nearest town so it would reach us. The select crawfish were big, beautiful and full of life! Your product, service and price simply cannot be beat. Even the FedEx people said, "this company does it right. We get a lot of crawfish and seafood shipments in here, and many of them are leaking, with the containers falling apart. Not this one." They're right. You folks take great care of your customers, and I am so grateful. What a blessing. You provided a very special day for the most special lady. Thank you. I wish I could afford to have a crawfish boil more often. But whenever I do, I will certainly be ordering from you. I can't imagine any business taking better care of their customers than you do. I just wanted to thank you making our crawfish boil in Connecticut a success. Being from Southern Louisiana. I was worried about ordering crawfish and having them shipped. I have been so homesick and when I received the email about the specials for Father's day, I decided to give it a try. My husband thought is was the best father's day gift ever. We had may 10 crawfish out of 60lb that died. We invited all our neighbors and friends, they couldn't get over how awesome the boil was. We've decided to make this an annual tradition. Thank you again for sending home to me.

THANK YOU for delicious crawfish!!!! My order arrived on time and I boiled them the next day. Didn't lose but a couple of crawfish. Used your seasoning and the turned out awesome!!! One big shout out to Louisiana Crawfish Company. I Ordered 70 lbs of crawfish to be shipped to Arizona. Delivered directly to our home at 10:00 am. Only had about 12 crawfish that were dead, a whole lot less than what we expected. We were exceptionally pleased with the quality of the crawfish and the very small loss. We will be ordering again from Louisiana Crawfish Company. We lived on the Gulf Coast before moving to Arizona and really missed our crawfish boils. Now we know where to go to get our fix. Next time we may do it when it is a little cooler, it was 106 here when we decided to have our crawfish boil.

Just wanted to drop a line back to you all and say THANKS for everything you did that made our first crawfish boil a great success! For a bunch of northerner's, we did pretty good! There was only one true Cajun at the party and I'm pretty sure none of our friends knew what boudin was and had never eaten crawfish and for sure not alligator before and it was ALL amazing!!! Everything came just as pictured/promised and you guys obviously have a great system going!!! The boudin balls and alligator bites we big hits and there weren't any leftovers of either!!! We had a lot of weather come in during the party and between cooking, eating and holding down the tent, we didn't get many pictures, but I attached two for you. I will definitely be a repeat customer! I also gave rave reviews of your company to many of my guests!!!

Justed wanted to say thanks for the awesome bag with many Big Boys in there! We always enjoy the fun packages you send us, and the bar is pretty high, but this batch was without question the tastiest, sweetest and largest mudbugs we Northerners have ever eaten, so here's to Y'all for making us so happy!! with warm and satisfied regards!!

You guys are the best! I grew up in east Texas and used to have crawfish boils all the time, but now I live in Chicago and yesterday I had 20 lbs delivered right it my door. We boiled them up and they were fantastic! Also had fewer than 20 dead that's less than when we'd get them straight from the farm. I'm very impressed and will certainly be using your services again! Just a quick note from way up in cold Minnesota to thank you for your wonderful and quick shipment of crawfish tails and other assorted goodies for my Mardi Gras party. Thanks to you and Emeril's recipes my party was a smash!! Everyone loved the food and genuine Louisiana touch. I just want to say that you guys totally rock. We wanted to do a crawfish boil and I got your name from a friend of mine in New Orleans. We ordered the 20 pound party pack and believe me they were nice sized crawfish. Everyone who ate at my house on Saturday was impressed by the quantity and quality of your product. I followed the directions on your website and out of the 20 pounds we had a few dead ones, but you noted that that may happen. I used to do a seasoning of Old Bay, fresh garlic and lemons, but your spices were right on the money and we all enjoyed it immensely. Let's say that a few beers helped cope with the spice. My nephew went to law school in New Orleans and felt like he was back there after eating your crawfish. I can honestly say that Oceanside, NY, on Long Island will make sure your name is known. I could not be more satisfied with the quality, service, price, and product your company provides. Growing up in Mississippi and having a father that lives in New Orleans, I have always associated the spring months with crawfish boils. But, ever since moving to Washington, DC two years ago, I haven't been able to enjoy my favorite crustacean in quite the way I was accustomed to. That is, until I ordered 100 lbs of fresh, live crawfish for my cookout this past weekend! They came off the FedEx truck the morning of the party--just as y'all had promised they would--and, after a thorough cleaning, I found maybe a dozen didn't survive the overnight trip from Louisiana. Oh, and these mudbugs were HUGE with big, meaty tails and claws! The boil was a raging success and my friends and I were able to show our non-Southern guests how to clean, cook, and eat fresh crawfish the proper way. So long as I live in this area, I will never purchase crawfish from anyone outside of the Louisiana Crawfish Company.

Y'all are the greatest! We recieved out package on time and the sight of the size and live nest just blew us away. Each one had nothing but praise for you all.
