My package arrived today and I just want to say thank y'all so much. It was perfect I asked for extra ice and it came with that and it was still frozen like I needed it to be. I will definitely be back. First time customer but I will order again. Great company thank you guys! Fresh as it gets! The cooler is nice also

I ordered 65 lbs from you guys for a crawfish boil on May 12th and I just wanted to say thanks! Everything went very smoothly. They were ready at FedEx at 9am, packaging was all in good shape, and I was shocked at how few didn't survive the trip (fewer even than when I'd buy from the local seafood distributor when I lived in Atlanta). Just amazing! Looking forward to buying again from yall next year.

Greetings from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina: We received our order as promised last Saturday at the FedEx facility in Myrtle Beach, SC. We had a company event entitled Celebrate Summer which started on June 10, 2017 at 5:00pm. We opened the package and found the crawfish to be alive but still cold - just right to boil along with seasoning. After rinsing (these were purged and select grade) and putting on to boil - they turned out perfect and made a wonderful addition to our shrimp and BBQ chicken. We hosted upwards of 75 people and the crawfish were the centerpiece of our event. Rest assured, I will be using you for future events as I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and your customer service. Thank you once again! Just wanted to let you guys know that those were the best crawfish that we have eaten!!!!! Think we might have had 4 dead ones. They were awesome. Would order more for this weekend but my husband thinks Im crazy!!!! Loved loved them. I'll send you a pick of my grandaughter's pile. She is only 11 . Thank you very much. Hello everyone at Louisiana Crawfish :-)(special thanks to Cori who helped me with tons of questions and preparing my order) I wanted to let you know our delivery is in hand it arrived a few hours ago and all is absolutely wonderful ....I can't wait for my husband to get home from work for his birthday present - what a wonderful memory filled meal we will have tonight, We lived in Moss Bluff outside Lake Charles for 10 years and have not had Crawfish since coming to Nova Scotia in 1999 - this is going to be a fun evening to reminise and enjoy some wonderful food! Just a note to thank ya all for our first crawfish boil. Everything was perfect. Your seasoning is second to none. (its good on bass also) The only problem was, I didn't order enough. I grew up in Louisiana and moved to North Carolina several years ago and was missing the food I always loved so much. With help from my parents and brother they have taught my California husband how to master cooking crawfish!! For the past 8 years, we've hosted an annual crawfish boil every first weekend of June. We were able to purchase the crawfish from our local Farmer’s market but the past two years we found a farmer near Raleigh. However, this year he was charging $7.00 a pound (YES I said $7.00lb). Since we have around 30-40 folks it was getting a bit expensive but instead of canceling our party we took a risk and ordered from LA Crawfish. With the assistance of Suzanne (amazing customer service) we ordered 100 pounds of select and received them the evening before through Southwest Cargo. I can’t tell you how pleased I was to see how nice and clean they were. On Saturday, June 7th we hosted 40 of our friends and family with just a little left over for some crawfish etouffee. We will be ordering from you again and wanted you to know you have a loyal customer for life. Not to mention but I'm pretty sure this year's batch were the best crawfish I've ever eaten.

Just wanted to let y'all know that you made my birthday party one of the BEST ever!! My Dad wanted to do a boil for me for my 38th birthday... he had done a boil before at his place for his friends,but I have not been there for it... he lives about 2.5 hours away from me,and it just never worked out for me to make it to one of his boils... Its been about 8 years since I have had a genuine crawfish...there used to have an annual festival down here in south Florida,but for whatever reason they stopped doing that. Dad ordered 30 lbs of the selects,made sure the billing address was him and the shipping address was me...had them overnighted and arrived from Fed Ex the next day right on time at 10:30 AM...we were doing the boil at 7pm so we had plenty of time to get everything ready.. They arrived well packed and almost EVERY one was alive...maybe a total of 5-10 were crushed or otherwise dead, but overall everybody looked good! The spices were just terrific and the crawfish were absolutely amazing.. All my friend had a great time and I cant wait to order from you again. Thanks for making my birthday one of the best ever! I live in the Louisville Ky area and went and had excellent Cajun food at a place called Joe's Ok Bayou. Your seasoning sits on each table. I had to try it and found that I liked it very much. It isn't like typical Cajun seasonings. There is more flavoring to it than just heat. I then had to ask my waitress if they sold your seasoning and to my delight she said yes. I bought it and it is as every bit of greatness as in the restaurant. It is an excellent steak seasoning. Thank you for making such a great product

I am writing to you in thanks for a fantastic service. I am a native Louisianian (Slidell), but I have lived in Portland, Oregon for approximately eight years. During that time, I have repeatedly wished that I could host an authentic crawfish boil for my friends here, and you folks made that possible. I ordered 30 pounds of live crawfish for the recent Memorial Day weekend, and they arrived here in perfect condition (and held up equally well on the drive from Portland to our camping site in the Columbia Gorge). People up here went crazy for the crawfish, and it was wonderful to finally share such a treasured part of my home culture with my Pacific Northwest family. The boudin that I ordered was also exceptional. Great service, great product, and everything at a surprisingly low price. Best, Kyle

Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that this year's crawfish boil at our home was a huge success thanks to the Louisiana Crawfish Company. We had 60 people in attendence (40 of which have attended each of the last 3 years) and they all said that this year's crawfish were the best ever! I have traditionally used another company's spices (I won't say which one, let's just say it starts with a "Z") and I gotta tell ya, your spices had much more flavor, was less salty and gave the crawfish a great kick. I appreciated your follow-up call to check on the flight schedule and delivery status. Overall, I can't think of a better experience when ordering live crawfish, The Croissant Crawfish Boil has finally found a crawfish supplier we can depend on and will be calling again soon for another shipment. What can we say? We had a fabulous 4th of July in Jasper, Indiana - and the main item on the menu was crawfish from the Louisiana Crawfish Company. Our guests could not believe what we were serving - and they were just as good as we remember tasting down in Louisiana on a trip to visit a cousin over ten years ago. The box had a little damage upon arrival - but the crawfish were all fine. We were even able to have a few crawfish races prior to the big boil. So glad we found you on the internet - your website is fantastic and we would recommend your company to anyone and everyone! Thanks so much - perhaps we will order again!

I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you once again for the outstanding servie and product! My husband, born and raised in Louisiana, moved to New Jersey with me after we started dating. Although he loves the area, the thing is he misses the most is some good ol' cajun cuisine. I found your website a fwe years ago when we decided to hold an end-of-the-summer crawfish boil for our friends who had never really experienced mudbug madness. After putting together all the ingredients to your party pack, it didn't take much more to convince them! This year, I decided to suprise my husband to an early Valentine's Day treat in honor of the Saints being in the Superbowl. I placed my order around 1pm on Thursday and they wre waiting for me when I got home from work the next day! I can't tell you how excited my husband was when he saw 10 pounds of crawdads waiting for him in the fridge! IT was such a wonderful was to celebrate the Saints finally bringing victory back to the state (esp. with the Saints beads that came with the shipment!!) Hello! First of all, I'd like to say that as the husband of a lovely lady born into a Cajun family, I've come to love realy Cajun Cuisine. I began making etouffee for ourselves about a year ago, and used whatever crawfish I could find near me...which was Chinese crawfish tailes sold at our local Wal Mart. I never felt right about that, and everytime I made it, I cringed at the idea. So, a couple of months ago, I set out to find a source for real Louisiana crawfish. That is when I found you and ordered five pakcs of your frozen crawfish tails OH MY GOD, what a difference. Where the Chinese tails smelled fishy and were just too funky, yours have what I deem to be the wonderful aroma of the true crawfish taste. They were meatier too. Just all around better. Not to mention it made me feel GOOD to know that I was buying from my fellow citizens. With lots of extended family that live in Louisiana, it just felt right. I'll never go back to anything but your great crawfish. You've won over a customer for life.
