Method
- Combine all ingredients except for the crab meat and half the green onions together in a large bowl.
- Once combined, fold in the crab meat.
- Form into whatever size crab cakes you like.
- Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Place in the freezer for roughly 10 minutes. This allows the cakes to set up nicely.
- Place pan in 450 degree preheated oven and cook for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Take out and top with the remaining green onions.
- Serve crab cakes by themselves or with your favorite remoulade sauce.
