Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes

Ingredients

Method
  1. Combine all ingredients except for the crab meat and half the green onions together in a large bowl.
  2. Once combined, fold in the crab meat.
  3. Form into whatever size crab cakes you like.
  4. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  5. Place in the freezer for roughly 10 minutes. This allows the cakes to set up nicely.
  6. Place pan in 450 degree preheated oven and cook for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Take out and top with the remaining green onions.
  8. Serve crab cakes by themselves or with your favorite remoulade sauce.
