Method
Cut sausage into bite sized pieces
Brown sausage in heavy skillet

Add
shrimp
, green onions, mushrooms, & garlic
Show
Sauté until shrimp turn pink
Remove shrimp mixture from stove & set aside
Add wine to skillet & cook until reduced by half, scrape brown bits from bottom of pan as wine is reduced
Add cream & cook stirring frequently until reduced by a third
Add Creole Seasoning, Creole Mustard, Worcestershire sauce, & cheese
Add shrimp mixture & stir until heated through

Serve over hot cooked pasta with hot French bread
