Ponchatoulas Chicken and Sausage Gumbo 96oz

Chicken and Andouille Sausage sautéed with onions and peppers in a dark roux.  Serve over steamed rice or with potato salad. Pack Size: 6lb bag / 24 - 4oz servings


Heating Method:  To heat product, place frozen or cold bag in boiling water or steamer for 12-14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F.  When ready to serve, shake bag vigorously, open and pour directly into chafing dish or serving container. 

Ingredients: water, chicken thigh meat, smoked sausage (pork water, seasoning [hydrolyzed soy protein and hydrolyzed whey protein], salt, flavorings, dextrose, paprika, sodium phosphates, sodium erythrobate, sodium nitrite), onion, roux (flour, wheat flour, malted barely flour [niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid], and soy bean oil), bell pepper, celery, salt, chicken base (roasted chicken and chicken disodium guyanylate, turmeric [color]. Garlic powder, natural flavors), modified food starch, hot sauce (distilled vinegar, red pepper, salt), spice and coloring, binders, garlic powder, chili powder (chili peppers, spices, salt, silicon dioxide [added to make free flowing], garlic).
