Dear friends, Thank you! On Sunday, we had the absolute best crawfish boil thanks to you. We live in a remote mountain town in Colorado (moved from New Orleans more than 20 years ago). And on Mother's Day, that's what my sweet wife wanted, a crawfish boil. And you delivered! FedEx doesn't even deliver to our town on weekends, but you kindly arranged for it to be sent to the next nearest town so it would reach us. The select crawfish were big, beautiful and full of life! Your product, service and price simply cannot be beat. Even the FedEx people said, "this company does it right. We get a lot of crawfish and seafood shipments in here, and many of them are leaking, with the containers falling apart. Not this one." They're right. You folks take great care of your customers, and I am so grateful. What a blessing. You provided a very special day for the most special lady. Thank you. I wish I could afford to have a crawfish boil more often. But whenever I do, I will certainly be ordering from you. I can't imagine any business taking better care of their customers than you do. I just wanted to thank you for making my first crawfish event a success. I poured through the website and the videos were very helpful. I had called a couple of times asking "rookie" questions. The staff was very helpful. I read many of the testimonials and I was confident that this was the company that I wanted to use. I made the order and chose the purged select size. The order came in by UPS without a hitch and on time. I was impressed by the size and the liveliness of the crawfish. They were very clean and very few were dead. I would estimate out of 50 lbs, maybe only 20 were dead. It was impressive. The event was great. Everyone loved them. The seasoning packets were flavorful and just the right amount of heat. I love LA Crawfish Co. so much, there are no words to describe my appreciation. I am originally from Metairie, LA and moved to Florida. I was under the impression that Florida had seafood, so I traveled with my 100qt. boiling pot. The seafood I get in Florida is no comparison to the fresh seafood and delicious seafood I get when I order from LA Crawfish Co.

Sorry it has taken me over a week to follow up. But I wanted to thank you for taking such good care of my order a few weeks ago. UPS somehow split my shipment up and only half came the day they were supposed to. Ya'll were on top of the issue the whole time and kept me updated. Once you knew that I'd receive the remainder of my order in time for our boil you also sent and extra thirty pounds to cover any loss due to the delay in shipping. So, thank you for being on top of the problem and taking care of it. In fact, you did such a good job packing them that there really wasn't much loss at all. Out of 120 lbs I only culled out about 6-7 lbs of dead ones before boiling. Not bad for mid June! The overall sized and quality of the bugs was great to boot. Anyway. Thank you for great crawfish and outstanding customer service, as usual. This is why I always order from LA Crawfish Company.

Thanks so much for a quality product at a great price. The crawfish and shrimp arrived early the next morning and when I opened the cooler I was greeted with a big bag of frisky crawfish ready for the boiler, and some of the biggest and cleanest shrimp I've seen. Thanks again and looking forward to ordering from y'all again soon. Oh, and the shrimp were better than anything I could get here in Florida.

I don't check my email often but I just want to say that during Good Friday this past year we had an awesome boil. I have always wanted to do something like this, and it turned out awesome. I'm the guy in the family that does those goofy quirky things and everyone shakes their head and wonders how something will turn out. 99% of the time it always does and we had a lot of laughs and good times doing our first boil. We plan on doing them now more often as we will get better in efficiency. Tell everyone thanks for the great crawdads and we'll talk to you later.

Aloha, y'all - I just wanted to let you know the bugs traveled from you to Honolulu just fine, arrived cold and fresh and right on time, and we had a fantastic boil, Hawaiian style. I just love showing off our wonderful food to folks who were not so fortunate to be born in Louisiana, and the crawfish you supplied were perfect! Now if the Saints will please just have a great 2011 season so we have an excuse to do it again!

I just wanted let you know that I appreciate the great customer service I received and the product delivered was fantastic! I ordered the 10 lb. party pack and split it between 2 parties. The first party was hosted by my friend who went to Tulane and learned how to cook Cajun while down there. She had a Jambalaya, Gumbo and Muffaletta which were awesome. I brought 5 lbs. to her party and served them chilled. They were a hit with her who said that they were awesome and we had several converts to the joys of Crawfish and gave them your web site. The next day I took 5lbs. down to Galilee RI to my mom’s house especially for my 91 year old aunt who lived in Baton Rouge for about 40 years and moved back to New England to an assisted living complex. I reheated them as directed with corn, red potatoes, mushrooms, celery, carrots and shallots. She loved it as that’s how she would make them back in Louisiana. It was a great break for her from her bland assisted living fair where she had to harass them for months to make hot sauce available. For the money, this was a fantastic product to purchase and will continue to recommend you guys. I’m contemplating an order for my Masonic Lodge in the coming year!

Well we ate it all!!! We made 2 crawfish pies that were excellent and a huge chicken and sausage jambalay. Everyone really enjoyed the food, but the really popular item was the Gator bits. We had 16 people over and they ate the gator as soon as it came out of the deep fryer. We had 2 packages and could have used 6, now we know. We got our 20lb Party Pack Saturday before noon and it was on!! Only 1 little "bug" dead and crushed. Unbelievable. They were fabulous! More than enough for 4 expatriate Cajuns to eat in all day long. We look forward to placing another order very soon. Could you tell me when the 'season' usually ends? We've heard all that stuff about months that end with 'r' in it and stuff, but I want the info from you folks, 'cuz you're definitely the Mudbug experts! We're celebrating my husband's 30th birthday tomorrow and all he wanted for his party was crawfish! My mother-in-law and I thought we were going to have serious problems locating his birthday wish. We jumped on the internet and lo and behold, there were dozens of crawfish companies. Problem solved...so we thought. I sent out invitations announcing "Crawfish and cocktails" and jumped back on the internet to order out feast. Only, I had no idea that crawfish was out of season. Thank God for Google! I typed in a search for "whole frozen crawfish," and was led to several companies that only sold tails. Just as I was about to give up, I clicked on your link and was pleased to see exactly what I was looking for. I called your company and left a message. Miss Avery called me back right away and answered all of my questions and placed my order for me. I ordered 40 pounds of crawfish, a 36 quart stockpot, and 1 pound of seafood boil. To be honest, I was really worried about not getting my full order in time. The pot arrived yesterday, and the crawfish arrived about 30 minutes ago. I was really surprised and pleased to see that along with my order, I got a couple of bonuses. The jar of cajun seasoning and Mardi Gras beads are a great touch! Thank you so much for the outstanding customer service! I can't wait to show my California friends how to "suck the head!"

I wanted to let you know, and also give you my sincerest THANK YOU for getting those crawfish to us for the event. They were PERFECT!! Great size too. Oh, we also learned, NEVER lean the bags on sharp corners of tables, in case one gets caught, opens up a little. I think these guys have learned the "Art of Escape" from the great Crawfish Houdini! What was even more fun, we had the kids pick a few out and had "MUDBUG" races! During the cooking process, by the time I got to the last 50lb bag, they were coming out perfectly. Many people never had it, and really enjoyed them! And your recipe to fix them was awesome! Thank you for all your help, and I will be contacting you again next year to supply us for the event! I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the wonderful job you guys do at handling your orders. My son Josh Martin is in the Army and he usually works out his leave for late spring early fall and we do a big crawfish boil and have a great party while he's home. Sadly this year it was not possible to come home and he was missing home and missing the crawfish boil. I put so much thought into a birthday present for him and didn't come up with anything until Saturday the 17th when I found you guys on a search. I placed the order and tracked every minute of it and today Tuesday the 20th on his birthday he received 30 lbs of crawfish and now he can have his own party with his Army friends (most of them have never had crawfish). He was so excited and so happy he said "mom this is the best idea you have ever had". So I just wanted to take a minute and thank you so much for helping me give my son a wonderful birthday.

What a day. Thanks to your wonderful company, a bunch of folks (we had about 50 show up) were able to enjoy a little taste of 'back home' right here in northern Kentucky/Cincinnati. I grew up on the West Bank in Gretna, LA....went to LSU....and got transferred back what seems like 1,000 years ago. Thanks to you guys, we were able to crank up some Zydeco music on the boom box, get three pots going with all the fixins....and basically wear me out after a great lunch at our company. The 2nd annual Branton Crawfish Palooza was awesome. Veteran crawfish eaters are asking me my secrets. This is only the 2nd time I've hosted the boil, and your directions and seasons make it a breeze. I steamed them this year like you suggest, and they turned out awesome. Hi, my husband and I moved to California 12 years ago and we really miss the food in Louisiana. Thanks to your great service, we are once again able to enjoy a good ole crawfish boil! This was only the 2nd time we have ordered from you, but you can bet you'll be hearing from us again. The crawfish were delicious! I looked and looked for a "straight tail" to tell my California friends not to eat them, but none to be found. You are the BEST!

Just to let y'all know I got my orders, pot and crawfish, no problem. Recieved on Friday and cooked Sunday. Less than 25 dead. It was great and I really like your seasoning better than Tony's or Zatarains. I will be ordering again for sure and look forward to it. And everyone was so polite and helpful and because we are family farmers I appreciate what you do and am so happy for your success--- And I know it came with a lot of and continued hard work.
