Y'all have made a 77 year-old Louisiana native very happy! The crawfish I received today was excellent. I like mine cold, so all I had to do was thaw them out. The size, quality, taste, and shipping were outstanding

Just wanted to say thank you so much! Your crawfish is amazing and delicious. My family moved from New Orleans in 2010 and we have still been carrying on our tradition of an Annual (sometimes twice annually) Crawfish boil. For the last 6 years, we have been purchasing from Lacrawfish and have enjoyed them every time. This last order was delivered on Sat. 4/29- which we would eat on Sunday, 4/30. I had to change the date of my original ship date because of a sudden death in the family and I really appreciate your working with us on that and making it very easy. We didn't even open the box to check because I knew that I could count on your product to be a quality product and they were good to go. We wanted to keep them cold and not risk letting in any hot humid air. The seasoning mix you send is also a really great tasting seasoning. We will continue to buy from you, please keep up the amazing work! I wanted to make sure I expressed to you how great your product is and at some point, I need to try something other than crawfish but I LOVE IT! Thank you again

Aloha and Happy New Year!!! I just want to say "Thank You". I received my order as expected and was as "Fresh" as if I had purchased it there. I really appreciate you offering free shipment on orders over $100 and having PayPal as a mean for making a purchase. The only bad thing was I didn't order enough Hog Head Cheese. I am originally from the New Orleans area and I could not find this quality anywhere in the New Orleans area. We ordered 50 pounds of the select and only lost 10 crawfish. You and your team are the best!!! I will be ordering again before the season is over.

I just wanted to send you guys a follow-up. I received the package in perfect condition this Friday at the updated address. The contents were perfectly cold and ready to go. These were the best crawfish any of us have ever had and we had a blast. I know the first damaged package was not your fault but I cannot say enough about the way you guys handled this so quickly. Just wanted to send a testimonial about how successful my first crawfish boil was using your product. I ordered 45 pounds of select purged crawfish from you guys over the weekend. Firstly, I was pleased with how well they withstood the shipping up to Chicago, I shipped them Friday and kept them overnight in my basement. I was able to keep them alive but next time I think I'll just pay extra to have the delivered on Saturday. Secondly, your recipes and tutorial videos were very helpful for someone who has never cooked crawfish before. I ended up going with a 20 qt boil pot and was able to do batches and keep them in the cooler they were shipped in. That was helpful since my guests all arrived at various times. Lastly, The purged crawfish were a huge plus. We had a lot of first timers and I was worried they would be turned off of crawfish by muddy or "veiny" crawfish but everyone has a great time and we hope to have another party this year.

I received my live crawfish yesterday & am amazed that y'all shipped live crawfish halfway across the country with only 2 dead out of 5lbs!! Live crawfish are not easy to find here in Savannah but I will definitely be ordering more in the near future. PS thanks for the spice & koozie that was really cool of y'all.

Just wanted to tell you the crawfish we ordered from you was the "best" crawfish we've ever had! I ordered them fresh boiled and they were cooked to perfection. It made it easier for me to entertain knowing all I had to do was heat them up. Boudin was pretty good too! I will forever continue to order our crawfish from your company. Was also very reasonably priced for jumbo size. Made it easier to teach my NC. Friends how to peal them. KUDOS!

I ordered 40 lbs. of crawfish for my daughter's 27th birthday party on Saturday. I just wanted to let you know that they were amazing! We visited New Orleans three times last year - two French Quarter fests, two weddings and one 60th birthday. We love it and sitting at the table in our back yard on Saturday feasting on those crawfish listening to my 12+ hour long NOLA playlist on the iPod was incredible. Hello family, I'm from Grambling, Louisiana and was stationed in Bethesda, MD from 2007-2009. There are a lot of people from Louisiana there.I had a crawfish boil and fish fryback in 2008.I ordered 150 pounds of crawfish some gator meat from yall. I had gumbo,catfish, bbq chicken, sodas, a cake at the cook out. I did my own thing on the base. People came that are not from LA and never eaten gator or crawfish; when it was all said and done I hade only bottles of water left. Everyone was like were did the crawfish come from this big, and my reply was from the home state the only place in the world to get the good stuff. Thanks for everything!

I am writing to you in thanks for a fantastic service. I am a native Louisianian (Slidell), but I have lived in Portland, Oregon for approximately eight years. During that time, I have repeatedly wished that I could host an authentic crawfish boil for my friends here, and you folks made that possible. I ordered 30 pounds of live crawfish for the recent Memorial Day weekend, and they arrived here in perfect condition (and held up equally well on the drive from Portland to our camping site in the Columbia Gorge). People up here went crazy for the crawfish, and it was wonderful to finally share such a treasured part of my home culture with my Pacific Northwest family. We're celebrating my husband's 30th birthday tomorrow and all he wanted for his party was crawfish! My mother-in-law and I thought we were going to have serious problems locating his birthday wish. We jumped on the internet and lo and behold, there were dozens of crawfish companies. Problem solved...so we thought. I sent out invitations announcing "Crawfish and cocktails" and jumped back on the internet to order out feast. Only, I had no idea that crawfish was out of season. Thank God for Google! I typed in a search for "whole frozen crawfish," and was led to several companies that only sold tails. Just as I was about to give up, I clicked on your link and was pleased to see exactly what I was looking for. I called your company and left a message. Miss Avery called me back right away and answered all of my questions and placed my order for me. I ordered 40 pounds of crawfish, a 36 quart stockpot, and 1 pound of seafood boil. To be honest, I was really worried about not getting my full order in time. The pot arrived yesterday, and the crawfish arrived about 30 minutes ago. I was really surprised and pleased to see that along with my order, I got a couple of bonuses. The jar of cajun seasoning and Mardi Gras beads are a great touch! Thank you so much for the outstanding customer service! I can't wait to show my California friends how to "suck the head!"

We had a wonderful crawfish boil here in San Diego this past Saturday, thanks in part to the care and effort you took to pack and ship the crawfish so that they arrive fresh. One of the ladies at Louisiana Crawfish Company was nice enough to unpack the box for us on Friday before it shipped so that I could include some liquid boil in the box. Thanks so much for doing that! I don't know what I would have done if we didn't get the liquid boil. Our neighbors across the street were originally from Slidell, so they were over to help taste and flavor the crawfish. All in all, what a great time. Brings back fond memories of crawfish boils we had back in New Orleans. Have a great spring!!,

Thanks so much for making our 1st annual crawfish boil a tremendous success. FedEx delivered them exactly as planned in perfect condition. The large size of the crawfish was only exceeded by the great taste. We'll be back for more soon.

After having your crawfish this year I will never again buy from anyone else. I was extremely worried that they wouldn't show up on time. I ordered from a different company last year and that turned out to be a disaster. That company said it would be to me on a Friday. They gave me a tracking number and everything. The next day they called me told me they had run our of crawfish. What a joke. The tracking number wasn't even real. They didn't arrive until the following Tuesday. Kinda hard to have a party on a Tuesday when you work 12 hr shifts. I ordered the largest crawfish they had. They might as well have been just born. They weren't even worth the trouble trying to pick them apart. Not to mention half of them were dead. But then there's you guys. The crawfish showed up the next day exactly like you said it would. The tracking number was REAL. The crawfish were perfect size, and after all was done there was no more than ten dead ones. I was stationed in Shreveport for two years and thats how i came to know crawfish. Now I'm in Minot, ND, 30 minutes from the border of Canada. After last year I thought I'd never be able to get good crawfish again. You have won my service with ease. Keep up the good work. You guys gave made living all the way up here that much better. I wanted to send you a note to tell you how much we LOVE your company! For the last 6 years, we've hosted an annual birthday/ Mardi Gras/ crawfish party every year in February,and every February for the last 6 years we've ordered crawfish from you. But this year, on our party date, there was an inisial circumstance-36inches of snow. The DC area aiprorts shut down, and our crawfish were stuck in Memphis. Seeing the we live in Northern Virginia, our party was going to be without crawfish. We thought that we just wouldn't have the party this year, or we'd place a new order later on. BUT! The very morning of our party, with 36inches of snow on the ground on Fedruary 6, LA Crawfish called (becuasr you must have tracked the order and saw that it didn't make it) and you offered to send us a brand new shipment at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE or a refund. That was 80lbs of crawfish. And not JUST 80lbs of crawfish, but 8olbs of new crawfish to be delivered the SAME weekend of MARDI GRAS, and the weekend after the Saints won the Super Bowl. Do you know awesome you are? It wasn't your fault that we got so much snow, or that our crawfish got stuck in Memphis. But please know that you have a loyal customer for life. We've always ordered from you because of your product, but now we have just one more reason to tell people how aewsome you are! I'm pretty sure this year's batch were the best crawfish I've ever eaten. Can't thank you enough!
