Happy Thanksgiving! My little family has had turducken for Thanksgiving ever since Hurricane Katrina when we wanted to support Louisana small businesses from up North here in Maryland. We'd always purchased it from another business until this year when the usual merchant was out of stock of the size turducken we wanted. I'm not sure how I found LACrawfish, but you had what we wanted so I ordered from you.! Yesterday, my husband fired up his pellet grill, we unwrapped our turducken(with jambalaya stuffing) basted it with our traditional butter & olive oil mix and let 'er rip. We will never buy from another grocer again. The LACrawfish turducken was MAGNIFICENT, every one of us determined that it was indisputably the best one we have ever had. The dressing was perfect, the seasoning was perfect, it was PERFECT. And the day after, it is nearly gone. Maybe next round we'll order one a bit larger! It's been a challenging year, but Thanksgiving was extra special thanks to the main dish!!! There has even been a suggestion to do a repeat for Christmas!!! Thanks again! I want to thank all the hands involved at Louisiana Crawfish! Thank You for your efforts! With the Covid-19 pandemic, stay at home orders, and kids out of school...this Memorial Day was very different to say the least. However, I have typically hosted a crawfish boil on Memorial Day for many years, and it is part of our family tradition. My order was successfully delivered to North Carolina early Saturday morning, the website was easy to use, and I was relieved when that package arrived knowing that many hands at Louisiana Crawfish Company made it happen. I thoroughly enjoyed getting together and celebrating with my family and friends later that afternoon. My wife is a Louisiana native, she absolutely loves crawfish, and it does my heart good to prepare these for her! I believe my pot was spicy enough to kill any virus, and there was enough garlic in my boil to keep all the vampires away too! Thanks again for helping us keep our family tradition alive during these uncertain times. Just getting together, away from the news, proved to be a just what I needed. Louisiana Crawfish Company is definitely an essential business in my book!

I just wanted to write to thank you all for your help with our crawfish order this past weekend. We've ordered without trouble several times in the past, but this year the delivery got delayed due to issues with FedEx. Throughout, we appreciated your looking into the situation and keeping us updated. The crawfish arrived at our door at 5:55pm. Although this was six hours after FedEx's guaranteed noon delivery, we were able to quickly whisky them off to the backyard for a rinse and a cool wait for our boil the next day. And, despite the long trip, they turned out just great, as always. Thank you for all of your help in making it so!

I just wanted to thank you for making my first crawfish event a success. I poured through the website and the videos were very helpful. I had called a couple of times asking "rookie" questions. The staff was very helpful. I read many of the testimonials and I was confident that this was the company that I wanted to use. I made the order and chose the purged select size. The order came in by UPS without a hitch and on time. I was impressed by the size and the liveliness of the crawfish. They were very clean and very few were dead. I would estimate out of 50 lbs, maybe only 20 were dead. It was impressive. The event was great. Everyone loved them. The seasoning packets were flavorful and just the right amount of heat. We had such a great time that I can say I will be buying more very soon for another party! It was a great experience from start to finish. Thank you, Pete

Just wanted to send a testimonial about how successful my first crawfish boil was using your product. I ordered 45 pounds of select purged crawfish from you guys over the weekend. Firstly, I was pleased with how well they withstood the shipping up to Chicago, I shipped them Friday and kept them overnight in my basement. I was able to keep them alive but next time I think I'll just pay extra to have the delivered on Saturday. Secondly, your recipes and tutorial videos were very helpful for someone who has never cooked crawfish before. I ended up going with a 20 qt boil pot and was able to do batches and keep them in the cooler they were shipped in. That was helpful since my guests all arrived at various times. Lastly, The purged crawfish were a huge plus. We had a lot of first timers and I was worried they would be turned off of crawfish by muddy or "veiny" crawfish but everyone has a great time and we hope to have another party this year.

Justed wanted to say thanks for the awesome bag with many Big Boys in there! We always enjoy the fun packages you send us, and the bar is pretty high, but this batch was without question the tastiest, sweetest and largest mudbugs we Northerners have ever eaten, so here's to Y'all for making us so happy!! with warm and satisfied regards!!

As far as I know you are the ONLY source for chemical-free, all-natural crawfish and I am so grateful to be able to order this product from you. My family absolutely loves crawfish but we work hard to ensure that the food we eat is as natural and chemical-free as possible. Until we found your product, we thought crawfish were just something we'd have to live without. Your customer service is amazing - when my shipment was damaged in transit and some of my crawfish died as a result, all it took was a 5-minute phone call to get a partial credit applied to my order. Twice I've had to change my ship date and both times your customer service reps were friendly, helpful, and efficient. But most importantly, your products are just absolutely delicious! A couple weeks ago I made an étouffée with leftover crawfish tails I'd frozen from my last order, and it was the best I'd ever had - better than from any restaurant. Tonight my family is looking forward to an amazing dinner of peel-and-eat crawfish. Thanks so much for providing such a superior product

Hello LA Crawfish Co. Attached is our party picture of the week. I recently celebrated my bachelor party with a Pheasant Hunting trip to Martz’s Hunting Preserve (http://www.martzs.com/) located in Dalmatia Pennsylvania. To say the least it was a weekend with indulgence and pure gluttony. Our indulgence included, Crawfish Boil from LA Crawfish Co, and a wild game meal including: Turkey, Pheasant, Chucker's, Emu, and Venison. As usual the highlight of our feasting was the Crawfish Boil. Hi guys, our big ole mardi gras crawfish boil was great and I have a new fave pet...we had 4-5 crawfish left uncooked and put them in our 8 sided 30? gallon fish tank. We had red jewels on top of the rocks at the base of the tank. Each crawfish guarded one of the red stones and in the next couple of days 1 had eaten or beaten up the rest, we named him Mike after Mike Tyson. He is so fun to watch when he emerges from his fave hiding place inside a log? I just wanted to tell you guys how much we appreciated the great service and GREAT crawfish. After moving to West Texas from South Texas (Beaumont) in 2001, we have truly missed the fun and delicacy of spring/summer crawfish boils with family and friends. No one out here has ever heard of crawfish, so I did some Internet research and found your company online. I made the order on Thursday, setting up a Saturday delivery. The staff was super friendly on the phone and the order process was quick and simple. The party pack of crawfish, seasonings, and beads arrived via FedEx to our front door at 10:00 am Saturday. The crawfish were in fantastic shape, great sizes, and not one dead crawfish in the batch! The party was great and the crawfish were super. Thanks for the great service and great pricing. We will definitely use you guys again in the future.

This weekend we boiled 250 pounds of locally raised West Alabama crawfish in your seasoning that I have ordered from you in bulk over the past 2 years. Yours is the best although I also throw a little of this and a little of that in the pot. I hope people weren't being just kind but they said they were the best crawfish they had ever eaten. I just wanted to let y'all know that we were SO happy with our order! We purchased 59 pounds of live crawfish to be delivered to Cape Cod, Mass and only 15 crawfish didn't survive the trip. My husband and I are from southeast Texas and after seeing all our friends back home talk in week in and week out about having crawfish boils, I had to figure out how to get some up here! We are a Coast Guard family, and we have lots of friends up here that missed the goodness of the south too. We ended up with about 40 people at out house- some that wanted crawfish and some that were New Englanders that just wanted to see what the fuss was about. We had a great time, and I'm letting all my other CG friends around the US know that you guys deliver! Thank you for making our first get-together at a new duty station a success!
