I wanted to reach out to write you all a brief note about how excellent I find dealing with your company. I live in Sonoma County, California, a far way away from Louisiana, but I have roots in the Southern states of the US. I've ordered a few times, Live crawfish, and tails, from your company, and it simply is a fantastic experience every time. They always arrive fresh, and in great condition. Each time I am shocked at how efficient, and smooth the process is. Thank you for operating a business in such a way, that allows people like myself, on the other side of the country, to affordably still partake in such a wonderful product. Simply the best!!

Wow, you all never disappoint! My go to crawfish folks for several years now and my birthday weekend was no different. McKayla (I hope I spelled it right) was amazingly sweet and seemed to know exactly what I needed. I'm a Gulfport MS boy transplanted in Kentucky in the Army and just stayed! Yesterday I put on another crawfish class for the folks that use crawfish for bait! When I picked up the crawfish the FedEx lady said "thank goodness you're here, these things scare me!". I told her if they were open later I'd bring her some freshly cooked; she declined and told me others had crawfish to pick up and she'll be glad when they are gone. I told her not to give them to the customers unless they are Louisiana Crawfish Company so she wouldn't be the one ruining their weekend! Smile!! I just wanted to thank you for making my first crawfish event a success. I poured through the website and the videos were very helpful. I had called a couple of times asking "rookie" questions. The staff was very helpful. I read many of the testimonials and I was confident that this was the company that I wanted to use. I made the order and chose the purged select size. The order came in by UPS without a hitch and on time. I was impressed by the size and the liveliness of the crawfish. They were very clean and very few were dead. I would estimate out of 50 lbs, maybe only 20 were dead. It was impressive. The event was great. Everyone loved them. The seasoning packets were flavorful and just the right amount of heat. We had such a great time that I can say I will be buying more very soon for another party! It was a great experience from start to finish. Thank you, Pete

We live in New Jersey and this past Saturday we had a crawfish boil for my son's graduation open house party. We ordered 60lbs of crawfish to be delivered last Friday. This was the 1st time we have ordered live crawfish to be shipped to our house. Everything was fantastic and we had a great crawfish boil. · The crawfish arrived on time last Friday about noon. · There were only a few dead crawfish when we cleaned them on Saturday. · The size of the crawfish were great. Ok guys we received our crawfish 30 lb Jumbo on Friday! Oh My Gosh they were all kicken cept maybe 15 critters. The boil was so great and 7 folks had had some before 3 had not. The Jumbo were so nice folks got good meat out of claws and said baby lobsters. I have more corn/potatoes left and just enough mud bugs to make a gumbo. I could not be happier THANK YOU!!!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that you had sent an additional order of crawdads! This was far beyond my expectations! I was actually able to salvage about 9 pounds from the order that was held up in Memphis for 16 hours. I only lost 6 from the additional order. Thank you so much for making this a special time for us. We had a few " no shows" but had a grand time. I have pictures, see below. Extreme thanks to LA Crawfish for their customer support and follow up on this order. You were in touch with me through all of the issues with the order. A major miss by FedEx, but no fault of yours. I wanted to email and let you know how very impressed I am with your company. As far as I know you are the ONLY source for chemical-free, all-natural crawfish and I am so grateful to be able to order this product from you. My family absolutely loves crawfish but we work hard to ensure that the food we eat is as natural and chemical-free as possible. Until we found your product, we thought crawfish were just something we'd have to live without. Your customer service is amazing - when my shipment was damaged in transit and some of my crawfish died as a result, all it took was a 5-minute phone call to get a partial credit applied to my order. Twice I've had to change my ship date and both times your customer service reps were friendly, helpful, and efficient. But most importantly, your products are just absolutely delicious! A couple weeks ago I made an étouffée with leftover crawfish tails I'd frozen from my last order, and it was the best I'd ever had - better than from any restaurant. Tonight my family is looking forward to an amazing dinner of peel-and-eat crawfish. Thanks so much for providing such a superior product

I ordered 40 lbs. of crawfish for my daughter's 27th birthday party on Saturday. I just wanted to let you know that they were amazing! We visited New Orleans three times last year - two French Quarter fests, two weddings and one 60th birthday. We love it and sitting at the table in our back yard on Saturday feasting on those crawfish listening to my 12+ hour long NOLA playlist on the iPod was incredible. We'll be back for more but may have to go 60 lbs. next time! Thank you!

Just wanted to say thanks for the excellent service and quality of the crawfish, just like it was when I used to visit family in Louisiana. Shipping was fast and we will continue to do our crawfish boil every year as an addition to all the other events we do every year. I just want to thank ya'll for the amazing batch of 120 lbs. of crawfish I received Saturday. They were perfect size and were in great condition with almost no dead loss. The party I catered out here in Sierra Madre, CA. had many folks from Louisiana who had flown in and everyone was thoroughly impressed. I just wanted to write and let you know how great the crawfish was! We had a great party (even with the cold) and everyone (including people driving by our house) asked us where we got our crawfish and we gave them your company's information and sang your praises!

We got our 20lb Party Pack Saturday before noon and it was on!! Only 1 little "bug" dead and crushed. Unbelievable. They were fabulous! More than enough for 4 expatriate Cajuns to eat in all day long. We look forward to placing another order very soon. Could you tell me when the 'season' usually ends? We've heard all that stuff about months that end with 'r' in it and stuff, but I want the info from you folks, 'cuz you're definitely the Mudbug experts! For the first time we tried a crawfish boil here in Colorado. I got the order for my birthday and those that I shared it with have never done it before. We had the most fun preparing the boil and eating the entire 10lbs. There were three of us and we did the boil in our apartment. I was extremely impressed with the service that you gave us and how prompt you were with it. I got numerous orders from different companies for my birthday and your company was by far the best in service and taste. I had neighbors stopping by because the aroma was so good. Now they all want to do a big crawfish boil and we are in the process of putting that together and of course, we will order only from you. I really appreciate the fact the everything was in box and ready to go. All we needed to add was the potato and corn. Your video on how to care for the crawfish until boil and how to boil, was more than helpful in the process. I could never say enough about our crawfish boil. My entire family that lives here in Virginia Beach, VA (moved here between 8 and 15 years) all cam from different areas of Louisiana (born and raised) - Kenner, Destreham, St. Rose, etc. Well boy were we pleasantly suprised at this crawfish boil. Rec'd crawfish and there was only about 7 or 8 dead - WOW!!! We have ordered from other companies and have always had 4 or 5 dozen dead. WE WILL ALWAYS ORDER FROM LACRAWFISH FROM NOW ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone had a great time and we almost felt like we were back home - except it was 68 degrees and quite chilly. All we can say is thank you thank you thank you LACRAWFISH! Laissez les bon temps rouler' y'all. God Bless

Just wanted to let you know we ordered 60 lbs of crawfish last week and they were excellent. We had a so called Crawfish party and guests couldn't believe how many crawfish we received and how good they were. Alot of them had never had crawfish before. Thank you again for wonderful service.

Thanks for providing us with another great batch of crawfish. Our guests totally enjoyed the day and I was thrilled to find no dead crawfish in our shipment. We ordered 100 pounds and we ate 100 pounds!!
