Ordered 50 lb. live crawfish last July, sorry so late in sending this thanks. The order arrived just as promised. There were no more than ten dead crawfish out of whole 50 lbs. Everything was great, thanks for the effort and integrity that you handle your business with. Not many things come just as promised these days.

A note to Avery: I just wanted to say thanks for helping us out on Saturday to get to the bottom of the shipping company's freakout (they called us on delivery day saying the shipment was damaged, it would be a complete loss, and they were getting rid of the crawfish). You straightened them out, and all 100 pounds eventually got delivered safe and sound and ON-TIME, completely fine and ready to cook! The party was a huge success. Thank you!

I ordered the 40-49lbs crawfish bundle last Friday. This was the first time using your company for our annual crawfish boil. I was impressed by your service and quality in the crawfish.

One big shout out to Louisiana Crawfish Company. I Ordered 70 lbs of crawfish to be shipped to Arizona. Delivered directly to our home at 10:00 am. Only had about 12 crawfish that were dead, a whole lot less than what we expected. We were exceptionally pleased with the quality of the crawfish and the very small loss. We will be ordering again from Louisiana Crawfish Company. We lived on the Gulf Coast before moving to Arizona and really missed our crawfish boils. Now we know where to go to get our fix. Next time we may do it when it is a little cooler, it was 106 here when we decided to have our crawfish boil.

Good afternoon, I recently move from Baton Rouge to Oklahoma with a promotion from my company. I quickly realized how empty the spring and early summer are without crawfish. I work for a nationwide company that is based out of Mandeville, LA and I am certainly not the first Louisiana man to move to a different state. I called some of the people that I knew were from Louisiana and every one of them said to contact La Crawfish Company for my crawfish. That was the first surprise. The second surprise was that I got to speak with Samantha today while placing my order. She stated that she had only been there for one season, but that didn't stop her from being extremely knowledgeable about your company and an absolute pleasure to speak with. She really seems to enjoy what she does and it shows through in her voice and in her attitude. 100% satisfied! I ordered the frozen crawfish tails, smoked pork sausage and jambalaya mix. My order showed up at my door exactly when promised. Nicely packed. And the quality of the products was excellent. We made up a family sized portion of jambalaya, and let me tell you: it was FANTASTIC! Delicious is an understatement. Just want to let you know how pleased we were with our live crawfish shipment. I was a little, no, a lot nervous since I ordered the crawfish a day early of our crawfish boil party. I called and received advice on keeping the crawfish alive and well till boiling day. Out of 70 pounds, we only had about ten little crawfish that didn't get to swim in the "hot tub". We had a successful crawfish boil thanks to your advice on the telephone and the instructions and seasonings included with shipment. I can't wait to order again!

First time user of your company and you have earned high marks. Awesome!!! From Louisiana (Chalmette) and have lived in Colorado last 10 years. This is the first time I have tried shipping live crayfish and it was simple and a very good experience. It was surreal boiling crayfish while looking up at 14,000 ft Long's Peak in the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. Seasoning was perfect. Will throw a big bash soon and want to know if you actually have a "season" and how long into the summer can I get the quality that I got today. Could not have been happier with your service. We ordered a Turducken from LACrawfish on 12/22/09 - destination Montreal, Quebec in Canada. We received it within 24 hours after we placed our order as expected, the Turducken is great, and we just wished to express our complete satisfaction with the very smooth transaction with LACrawfish!!! Hello: I am the Executive Chef of the Light Up The Queen Foundation here in Wilmington Delaware and we have used your company twice for the live crawfish used at our fundraising events. Our Executive Director spent 15 years in New Orleans running the Tipitina's Foundation and has brought numerous NOLA musicians up to support the cause. Our emphasis has been on Cajun/Creole cooking for all of the shows just to give our local fans a taste of what Louisiana is all about. Last year's crawfish boil was our first so we only ordered 80 lbs. Due to the high demand at the Big Chief Monk Boudreaux show on May 14th, I decided to pretty much double the order. What your company sent to us nothing short of amazing. Most of the crawfish were HUGE! The tail meat was sweet and tender and we lost very few in transit from your facilities. The crowd response was amazing. At one point I literally had to push people out of the way in order to dump a fresh pot onto the table. I was even more amazed the there were no leftovers at the end of the night. Numerous people inquired as to where i ordered the crawfish and i had no problem handing out your web address. Most of the crowd had never been to a real boil and could only make comparisons to the chain restaurants in the area who serve reheated and frozen crawfish. Needless to say, the "WOW" factor was there and people definitely enjoyed themselves. I will continue to use your company for future events.
