Dear LaCrawfish Team, I want to send you all a heart filled thank you! I received our order on Friday and it exceeded every expectation. Originally from Georgia, but went to college in New Orleans. I moved back to Georgia shortly after graduating in 2002 but have truly missed the taste of Louisiana, Crawfish. After 17 years away, I visited New Orleans in 2018 and the first thing we grabbed were Crawfish when we visited then. I was a little nervous ordering online and doing a boil as it was the first to both. The package arrived timely and out of the entire shipment there were only a handfull that I had to discard. After watching your how to videos, our 1st crawfish boil was a success!!! This was so needed at the time that we are in. Our family had a blast and all complimented the taste brought back memories of me while visiting me in New Orleans for my basketball games. They got there exactly when it was communicated and they were in excellent condition, of the 30#'s I only had 6 dead. I was amazed at the size of the crawfish (as were all my guests) and the purged crawfish only required a couple rinses before dropping them into the pot. Out of 40 pounds of crawfish, there were literally 5 crawfish that weren’t alive! I couldn’t believe how well they were packaged with the ice packs still fairly solid. This was my first time ordering from you, but it definitely won’t be my last. I can’t offer enough praise for your company from start to finish. It was so easy to order online, your description of the crawfish was spot on, and I even received a call confirming my order, as well as letting me know the guaranteed delivery time (since I had requested an earlier time when placing my order), and you included a coozie with my order too. Good afternoon and Greetings from Loveland, CO... A quick note to follow up with a "Colorado Crawfish Boil Report" On April 8th, our daughter turned 40 years old. We have lived in Loveland for the past 10 years. Previously, we lived in Texas for 30 years and had our share of Crawfish Boils. Jody can to me and said "dad, I want to have a Crawfish Boil for my Birthday...." We ordered the crawfish on Friday, April 8th, received the crawfish on Saturday, April 9th and had the party on Sunday, April 10. I called down and spoke with your customer service and told them what I wanted to do...... She mentioned that they do not recommend waiting another day to do the boil, however, it could and can be done...and gave suggestions on how to keep the crawfish over night... We had a "Very Successful Boil" We were pleased and surprised at the "VERY FEW" casualties that we had in the 60 pounds that we purchased... Thanks and Thanks and Thanks.. Greetings from Colorado! I am a displaced Acadian living, working and carrying on our fantastic culture here in Colorado where the mosquitos are way more friendly and aint nearly as large, and the weather aint never too hot for a bayou-born boy from dixieland. I had two crawfish boils last year for my friends here at Ecotech Institute and most had never experienced a boil before. After they got over my pronunciation of the word boil they fell in love with it and demanded more! some folks even went out and bought their own cookers. I recently placed my first order with you for 35 lbs of Crawfish. They arrived right on time packaged perfectly. They were the star of my first annual Mardi Gras party. I had planned to get some pictures to post on your facebook but I also made 3 gallons of hurricanes so pictures were forgotten! I will be ordering from you again! I just wanted let you know that I appreciate the great customer service I received and the product delivered was fantastic! I ordered the 10 lb. party pack and split it between 2 parties. The first party was hosted by my friend who went to Tulane and learned how to cook Cajun while down there. She had a Jambalaya, Gumbo and Muffaletta which were awesome. I brought 5 lbs. to her party and served them chilled. They were a hit with her who said that they were awesome and we had several converts to the joys of Crawfish and gave them your web site. The next day I took 5lbs. down to Galilee RI to my mom’s house especially for my 91 year old aunt who lived in Baton Rouge for about 40 years and moved back to New England to an assisted living complex. I reheated them as directed with corn, red potatoes, mushrooms, celery, carrots and shallots. She loved it as that’s how she would make them back in Louisiana. It was a great break for her from her bland assisted living fair where she had to harass them for months to make hot sauce available. For the money, this was a fantastic product to purchase and will continue to recommend you guys. I’m contemplating an order for my Masonic Lodge in the coming year!

Hello, I received my first order of crawfish from you yesterday afternoon. I don't understand why anyone would order from any other company. They were very lively, only 8 or 9 dead or crushed, and most important they were delicious. I am no expert on crawfish boil, however I do know what I like and I loved the taste of your crawfish boil and creole seasoning. It was simple, no added or hidden charges. You have the right formula. Simple to order, products of excellent quality. But most important, as I said before they were delicious. You will be getting more orders from me. Thanks!

Awesome!!!!!!!!!! It was my first live boil and it could have not gone any better. The crawfish were great!! My employees and guest were so impressed I think this may become a tradition here at Malibu Beach RV Park. Thanks for the great service and the great food. We have a lot of parties here, but when the crawfish hit the table it was on!! The music stopped, the conversations ended and all you could hear was people going yum, yum! with the sun setting on the Pacific Ocean in back of us it could have not been a better day. OMG!!!! It has been several years since we have been to New Orleans. I wanted to do something this year since we couldn't get back there, so I brought it to us. The crawfish and gulf shrimp (head on) were just delicious! My boyfriend didn't know about it so when he walked in, he was just floored! You should have seen his face when he saw that they were alive. By the way, my cat got a grip of the claws himself! I ordered a couple of ball caps and did the trial size of crawfish. The seasoning you sent with it was awesome also. It was such a hit! We sat around the kitchen table and ate them like we were kids with a special treat. I will definitely order from you again and will recommend you to other people. By the way, I only had 3 that were dead and a couple crushed out of the 10 lbs I ordered. It was worth it and brought back some of the romance in our lives! We had great fun in the kitchen!
