Louisiana Crawfish Company

A few of us fellas wanted to get together and do a crawfish boil. We passed the hat and got the money together to order a 40lb pack of crawfish from Louisiana Crawfish . Wow ! In today's world it is sometimes hard to get good products and / or service from anybody. This was absolutely not the case with these fine folks at Louisiana Crawfish. We had a excellent experience from the ordering to the eating! The order showed up on time. It was packaged very well . The quality and size of the crawfish was great. I found out they were very lively after sticking my hand in there with them lol. The spices included in the kit were perfect. We ordered our kit extra spicy. The flavor was spot on! My package arrived today and I just want to say thank y'all so much. It was perfect I asked for extra ice and it came with that and it was still frozen like I needed it to be. I was amazed at the size of the crawfish (as were all my guests) and the purged crawfish only required a couple rinses before dropping them into the pot. Out of 40 pounds of crawfish, there were literally 5 crawfish that weren’t alive! I couldn’t believe how well they were packaged with the ice packs still fairly solid. This was my first time ordering from you, but it definitely won’t be my last. I can’t offer enough praise for your company from start to finish. It was so easy to order online, your description of the crawfish was spot on, and I even received a call confirming my order, as well as letting me know the guaranteed delivery time (since I had requested an earlier time when placing my order), and you included a coozie with my order too. I ordered crawfish for the first time from y'all this past weekend on May 31st. I was pleased from A to Z. The order came on time, the instructions were clear, and the taste was out of this world. It was my first annual crawfish boil and everyone was pleased. I couldn't have asked for better and I will only order from LA Crawfish from here on out. Thank you for making my weekend great.

100% satisfied! I ordered the frozen crawfish tails, smoked pork sausage and jambalaya mix. My order showed up at my door exactly when promised. Nicely packed. And the quality of the products was excellent. We made up a family sized portion of jambalaya, and let me tell you: it was FANTASTIC! Delicious is an understatement. All I can say is WOW! I ordered fresh crawfish for my first boil a couple weeks ago for delivery today. At about 11:45 this morning, FedEx showed up with my 30 pounds of bugs. I'd never cooked them prior to today, only enjoyed them. The enclesed spices were great. I cooked 15 lbs at a time, since my cooker was relatively small. The first batch was a bit spicy for the other partygoers (I thought it was great), so I scaled back the spices on the second batch. Everybody was absolutely thrilled. Most had never tasted crawfish before and all who tried them thought they were fantastic. We'll definitely buy again. Thanks Louisiana Crawfish! Thanks to you, I was the hero of the day. Really, you guys were the heroes. I just followed the instructions. All in all, EXCELLENT!!!

I can not thank you enough for making a very memorable meal possible that kicked off a ten year camping celebration with friends a VERY successful start. I received 30 pounds of crawfish with Dat Dip, beads, a flag, several pounds of sausage and had no idea this all came with a good time baked in to the mix. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I placed an order on Friday at 8:45 for a 40lb party pack and a few extras for the family, extra beads, meat pies, hat, ect. The FedEx man was delivering my order by 9:30 Saturday morning. It was fantastic! The crawfish were huge, the packaging was first rate, and the LA crawfish boil was fantastic. Out of 40lbs. only 3 were crushed, amazing! My only concern was that for some reason the crawfish never got to steam for the 10-15 min. in the cooler prior to consumption like the recipe said. They were so good that the steam time went from 10min. on the first batch to 5 min on the second, to immediate consumption on the last batch. We'll try again next time to get it right. Our friends raved about them so much that we are going to do it again before the season is over. Thanks again for your first rate product and people. God Bless!

We received our crawfish live & healthy. We were so excited. We haven't had live crawfish since leaving the area after Katrina! We were celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary. Boiling crawfish, drinking wine & listening to some good blues made us like we back in New Orleans! Thanks for the memorable anniversary. We plan to make it an annual anniversary celebration!

I'm no stranger to crawfish boils and mud bug festivals and your product was as good as any crawfish I have ever ordered, very spicy and very large crawfish.
