I want to thank all the hands involved at Louisiana Crawfish! Thank You for your efforts! With the Covid-19 pandemic, stay at home orders, and kids out of school...this Memorial Day was very different to say the least. However, I have typically hosted a crawfish boil on Memorial Day for many years, and it is part of our family tradition. My order was successfully delivered to North Carolina early Saturday morning, the website was easy to use, and I was relieved when that package arrived knowing that many hands at Louisiana Crawfish Company made it happen. I thoroughly enjoyed getting together and celebrating with my family and friends later that afternoon. My wife is a Louisiana native, she absolutely loves crawfish, and it does my heart good to prepare these for her! I believe my pot was spicy enough to kill any virus, and there was enough garlic in my boil to keep all the vampires away too! Thanks again for helping us keep our family tradition alive during these uncertain times. Just getting together, away from the news, proved to be a just what I needed. Louisiana Crawfish Company is definitely an essential business in my book!

Y'all have made a 77 year-old Louisiana native very happy! The crawfish I received today was excellent. I like mine cold, so all I had to do was thaw them out. The size, quality, taste, and shipping were outstanding

For the last three years I've hosted a crawfish boil at my home in Maryland for friends and family and every year has been better than the last. The crawfish and sausage all arrived early Saturday morning as scheduled (mix and other items arrived a week early) and they were all fantastic. Thanks again for a great experience. Just wanted to drop a line back to you all and say THANKS for everything you did that made our first crawfish boil a great success! For a bunch of northerner's, we did pretty good! There was only one true Cajun at the party and I'm pretty sure none of our friends knew what boudin was and had never eaten crawfish and for sure not alligator before and it was ALL amazing!!! Everything came just as pictured/promised and you guys obviously have a great system going!!! The boudin balls and alligator bites we big hits and there weren't any leftovers of either!!! We had a lot of weather come in during the party and between cooking, eating and holding down the tent, we didn't get many pictures, but I attached two for you. I will definitely be a repeat customer! I also gave rave reviews of your company to many of my guests!!!

I received my live crawfish yesterday & am amazed that y'all shipped live crawfish halfway across the country with only 2 dead out of 5lbs!! Live crawfish are not easy to find here in Savannah but I will definitely be ordering more in the near future. PS thanks for the spice & koozie that was really cool of y'all.

LOUISIANA CRAWFISH TOTALLY RULLES THE BOIL!!!!!! Once again, LA Crawfish has made a gathering of people happy. Let me re phrase that, we had 19 people over for a crawfish boil and they had the best time ever!!!!!. Why, you may ask, well, how about the freshest, tastiest, spiced up mudbugs that were the centerpiece of the afternoon. My son specifically requested a crawfish boil to celebrate his 30th birthday. So, I ordered 30 lbs (see the connection) of select sized crawfish and 12 pounds to marinated alligator legs. Now, here is the best part. The way LA Crawfish ships their product, I received my package 15 minutes before the estimated delivery time and the alligator legs were still frozen. Unreal. The crawfish were active and I hosed them down 5 times to keep them that way. When I finally did cook them I only lost 32 crawfish out of 30 pounds. That was spectacular. The spices were great and I usually add sliced lemon and garlic cloves to the cooking liquid. After the bugs were bright red I cooked red potatoes and corn in the same broth. 19 people were very happy, very stuffed and asked when we would do it again. Most took home doggy bags. The potatoes are spectacular smashed and cooked as hash browns the next day and served with burgers, chicken or fish. Thank you for another successful party. Your product is stellar, your service is spectacular and your reputation is un questionable. Will I order again, no question. Can I say enough about your product, no. Thank you again and again.

Thanks Stacy for being there to answer the phone and take my order. The boiled crawfish I ordered were absolutly GREAT. I am originally from Metairie and Katrina kinda kicked me out and I have been looking for a Good Company that I could get boiled crawfish from(shipped) without paying and arm and a leg. Not only were the crawfish from La. Crawfish a decent size and priced right in order to be shipped to Michigan, but, they were ABSOLUTLY DELECIOUS. It really reminded me of being at home in "the boot" while being in "the mitten". THANK YOU

I would like to thank you for the wonderful crawfish that I received in my order this Friday we did a boil saturday complete with the crawfish corn potatoes sausage and shrimp. It was a hugh success everyone enjoyed themselves and raved and ranted about the crawfish you will surley receive orders from me in the future since I'am a Baton Rouge transplant in Texas my wife and I both love crawfish, I still have some left I did not use in the freezer the grandbaby is coming for the summer and has requested PaPa to have mud bugs on hand. I just wanted to express my appreciation for your company. Being from Louisiana and now living in Oregon, I am still able to have the tastes of home at an affordable price with a high quality product. I have tried to explain the difference between La. crawfish and the crawfish you can get locally in Oregon, but the proof is always in the taste. Whenever I have ordered crawfish tails, they have always arrived when expected, and are still frozen with the dry ice. Also, if there is ever a question, I get a direct phone call from a very polite member of your staff(instead of an email which may delay delivery). The "extras"(seasoning,hot sauce) that are added are always a nice touch, too. I have only been here a couple of years, but I now have Oregon residents asking me to order for them, as they want the "authentic" crawfish. =) Thanks again for an awesome company,quality products, and true southern hospitality from your staff.

Great experience! I emailed a question about shipping and within an hour you replied back with my answer. I then placed my order and received it the very next day. It came packed safely and frozen. My order was for alligator nuggets which were the hit of my party. Even reluctant Jersey girls said they were surprised how good they were. I rarely write testimonials but this time I had to. My husband is part cajun during his summers as a youth he would visit his father in LA and always raved about crawfish. So as an anniversary party I decided to have a crawfish boil and our family here were just amazed with the crawfish and LOVED them. We only had about 15 dead ones in a 20lb bag. You guys at LCC are the best!! This is our first party pack of the year and there is no way the crawfish could have been any better! Photos were taken by some of our guests that more accurately depict what a grand time we had. We really enjoyed the crawfish that was sent to us for my husband's birthday. We currently live in Raleigh, NC and my husband is from Louisiana. It was nice to give him a taste of home for his 40th birthday. I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know. The size and quality were excellent.
