I just wanted to drop you a line about our recent crawfish delivery. The crawfish were beautiful and arrived here in Florida exactly on time. My family thoroughly enjoyed them and helped us to remember growing up in Louisiana. We usually go home to Louisiana twice a year, but this year things being as they are, we were unable to get there. That 30 lbs. of crawfish was heavenly for us. THANK YOU SO MUCH for your professional handling of our order and we will be back.

Just wanted to send a testimonial about how successful my first crawfish boil was using your product. I ordered 45 pounds of select purged crawfish from you guys over the weekend. Firstly, I was pleased with how well they withstood the shipping up to Chicago, I shipped them Friday and kept them overnight in my basement. I was able to keep them alive but next time I think I'll just pay extra to have the delivered on Saturday. Secondly, your recipes and tutorial videos were very helpful for someone who has never cooked crawfish before. I ended up going with a 20 qt boil pot and was able to do batches and keep them in the cooler they were shipped in. That was helpful since my guests all arrived at various times. Lastly, The purged crawfish were a huge plus. We had a lot of first timers and I was worried they would be turned off of crawfish by muddy or "veiny" crawfish but everyone has a great time and we hope to have another party this year.

The crawfish were perfect. Out of the 15 pounds we ordered only six crawfish were dead and once they were cooked they were amazing. I do feel bad though, as a bunch of our family now has the same addiction to crawfish that my wife and I have. I can't thank you enough. Again, a big thank you for your great product.

Good afternoon, I recently move from Baton Rouge to Oklahoma with a promotion from my company. I quickly realized how empty the spring and early summer are without crawfish. I work for a nationwide company that is based out of Mandeville, LA and I am certainly not the first Louisiana man to move to a different state. I called some of the people that I knew were from Louisiana and every one of them said to contact La Crawfish Company for my crawfish. That was the first surprise. The second surprise was that I got to speak with Samantha today while placing my order. She stated that she had only been there for one season, but that didn't stop her from being extremely knowledgeable about your company and an absolute pleasure to speak with. She really seems to enjoy what she does and it shows through in her voice and in her attitude. Thanks not only for providing me with sustenance that I absolutely can't live without, but also employing friendly people like Samantha. Can't wait until my boil on May 9th and I look forward to the folks out here complaining about how hot they are. More for the wife and I. I recently placed my first order with you for 35 lbs of Crawfish. They arrived right on time packaged perfectly. They were the star of my first annual Mardi Gras party. I had planned to get some pictures to post on your facebook but I also made 3 gallons of hurricanes so pictures were forgotten! I will be ordering from you again! Thank you for the quick shipment of my order. I ordered live crawfish but you were out so Stacy, I believe that was her name, recommended boiled crawfish. I hesitated a bit but I took the chance any way being i'd already invited my friends over this weekend for a crawfish feast. I received my order within 24 hrs of placing the call and must say I am very happy with the quality and flavor

We had our crawfish boil last night, and it was awesome! The crawfish were the largest I had ever seen, and all of them looked to be in good working order. The spices were right on, and your directions were very useful and easy to follow. We introduced our entire party to crawfish at our boil last night, and all of them kept right on eating, some even 'sucked the head'. My wife and I lived in Leesville, LA for 3 years where we developed a taste for crawfish, we left in 1997, so it had been 11 years since I had eaten any, so this was a real treat. You can count on me being a repeat customer for many years to come. Thanks much.

What a day. Thanks to your wonderful company, a bunch of folks (we had about 50 show up) were able to enjoy a little taste of 'back home' right here in northern Kentucky/Cincinnati. I grew up on the West Bank in Gretna, LA....went to LSU....and got transferred back what seems like 1,000 years ago. Thanks to you guys, we were able to crank up some Zydeco music on the boom box, get three pots going with all the fixins....and basically wear me out after a great lunch at our company. We received our crawfish live & healthy. We were so excited. We haven't had live crawfish since leaving the area after Katrina! We were celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary. Boiling crawfish, drinking wine & listening to some good blues made us like we back in New Orleans! Thanks for the memorable anniversary. We plan to make it an annual anniversary celebration!

Just wanted to let you know we ordered 60 lbs of crawfish last week and they were excellent. We had a so called Crawfish party and guests couldn't believe how many crawfish we received and how good they were. Alot of them had never had crawfish before. Thank you again for wonderful service.

Almost all survived the long trip to Canada, maybe 10 dead, which will not go to waste as I will use them for fishing in the upcoming weekend....This experience was one of a kind, definitely worth the extra freight cost.
