Just received (and cooked) your crawfish this past weekend up in NJ. They were great! We recently moved from lower Alabama and I was worried we would not find a reliable source for live sacks, but yours had less floaters than most of the sacks we purchased down south. We are already planning our next boil and will be using your service again. Thanks!

Our order arrived and and out of the hundreds of craws we had less than a dozen and a half dead and a lot of your "field run" craws are monsters! I really don't know how you guys pull it off, but I'm consistently blown away by the quality. I wish I could get mussels alive at that ratio. I live and work in Atchison, Kansas at Benedictine College. In the past three years we've purchased about 600 pounds of crawfish from the Louisiana Crawfish Company for our annual Crawfish Boil. Each time we've ordered the live crawfish, it was overnighted and on time. Our students got a kick out of the live crawfish and look forward every year to the event. We never have left overs after the event. We will be having our boil yet again this year, and everyone is looking forward to it. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Dear Louisiana Crawfish, I would just like to say that you guys "ROCK". Wow! You get "5-Stars"!! I ordered Boudin yesterday and it arrived today well packaged. I was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas, but both of my parents were born and raised in Lake Charles and Calfax, Louisiana. We grew up on Boudin and ate it all the time. After 26 years in the U.S. Navy and ultimately settling down in San Diego, CA I have been looking for a place to order Boudin and have it delivered right at my door. I was little hesitant about ordering a perishable item thinking that it might arrive in bad condition, but you totally dispelled that notion. The Boudin was not only well packaged, but I tried the Comeaux Pork Boudin (hot spicy) and it was "FANTASTIC". Just ordered 70 pounds from you guys and had them shipped a day in advance of our party. Kept some in vented coolers with ice, others in the refrigerator with wet towels. They all easily handled the wait until the next day with only a few casualties! Excellent service, great tracking info and FedEx came through delivering early. The crawfish were huge (ordered Jumbo)! Told everyone at the party about your place / service and expect they will be ordering from you in the future. Very successful party thanks in large part to you guys. This is the 3rd year running for our B&B Crawfish Fest and the first we ordered direct and had them shipped in...will definitely do it again.

I recently placed my first order with you for 35 lbs of Crawfish. They arrived right on time packaged perfectly. They were the star of my first annual Mardi Gras party. I had planned to get some pictures to post on your facebook but I also made 3 gallons of hurricanes so pictures were forgotten! I will be ordering from you again! I moved to Idaho from Shreveport 4 years ago. You can get crawfish here if you go to the local pond and catch them. However those are not Louisiana crawfish, and YES there is a difference! I decided to have crawfish boil this past weekend for all my friends and family here in Idaho and ordered 54 lbs. You guys shipped them overnight which was great. Out of the 54 lbs, only about 20 crawfish were dead! After being shipped by Fed Ex and sitting over night, they did so good. We babysat them all night, making sure they were kept cool. We ordered them at the tail end of crawfish season and we were worried how they would turn out, that maybe they wouldn't be that good, THEY WERE AWESOME! We had a huge boil at the park and I invited all my Idaho family and friends. They all loved them!! When it came time for the boil, I found out that I not only had been planning a big crawfish boil, I had been planning my own surprise birthday party!!! LOL. The boil was a huge success. Thank you so much!! For one day I was back at home. I will recommend your company to anyone. I can't wait until crawfish season comes back, you will be hearing from me again!! Just wanted to say that this was year 6 for our Annual Carter Crawfish Boil and you haven't disappointed us yet. We started the tradition in 2005 for my son's first birthday. We hadn't planned for it to continue but the next year everyone was asking when we were having King's (my son) Crawfish Boil...hence the tradition was started. We started out ordering around 60 pounds and are now up to 120. Every year, without fail, you have provided great crawfish! We love that this year we had the option of choosing select and may have to shoot for the jumbo next year. We want to thank you for your consistancy in quality and customer service. I just want to say that you guys totally rock. We wanted to do a crawfish boil and I got your name from a friend of mine in New Orleans. We ordered the 20 pound party pack and believe me they were nice sized crawfish. Everyone who ate at my house on Saturday was impressed by the quantity and quality of your product. I followed the directions on your website and out of the 20 pounds we had a few dead ones, but you noted that that may happen. I used to do a seasoning of Old Bay, fresh garlic and lemons, but your spices were right on the money and we all enjoyed it immensely. Let's say that a few beers helped cope with the spice. My nephew went to law school in New Orleans and felt like he was back there after eating your crawfish. I can honestly say that Oceanside, NY, on Long Island will make sure your name is known. I just wanted to say thank you for helping make our Easter the best Easter we have ever had. We ordered crawfish and had it delivered on Saturday. We kept it until Sunday and only had a handful that didn't survive the hot weather in Arizona. Every year you come through for us and we appreciate it. Just wanted to say how impressed I was with your service and product. I ordered 20lbs of shrimp for a Mother's Day shrimp boil. They arrived intact, on time, and still frozen solid. We just moved to the midwest from the gulf coast of Texas and miss out availablity of fresh seafood. The party was a great with lots of comments about quality of the shrimp. They all loved the Cajun spices that were included in the order.

Hi! At 11:00 am, NJ time, we got our crawfish. By 2 pm, they were all gone! They were excellent, taking us back to when we had them @ Catfish Juction in Leesville, LA on our past vacation this past February.
