Your website is very user friendly as well~ I ordered alligator tenderloins and they showed up promptly on the day I requested and I couldn't be happier! I just wanted to let yawl know that my crawdad boil turned out fantastic, i was really impressed with the size of them and my family was very happy. And with this being my 1st time boiling them up, turned out fantastic.

We had our 5th annual Dayton/Crawfish fest yesterday. 90 pounds of awesomeness enjoyed by over 60 people. It was barely above freezing but we loved our indoor/outdoor boil made possible by your incredible company. We only took our gloves off to eat. My order came today and I want to say thank you so much. I don't know what I expected, but the order exceeded those expectations. I am disabled and the last ten years I have had to accept the loss of freedoms as well as mobility. I moved from the DC area to ohio be closer to my mother. I lost her 2 years ago. One of the pleasures I had held onto in DC was enjoying the variety of cuisines, fresh fruits and vegetables and fresh seafood from the docks in DC. When I could no longer make it to the docks, I could still find a variety of seafood in the local grocery stores. In my move to rural Ohio, I lost the variety of cuisines and the seafood. I cried when I opened your box seeing all the wonderful, fresh seafood. I've had to freeze most of it, but I look forward to enjoying your seafood many, many times in the future. I only wish I had ordered more soft-shell crabs because I know they are in season for such a limited time. Well, this is a very drawn out and blubbery way of saying thank you for high quality product and fast service and for giving me back one pleasure I never expected to enjoy again.

I'm here to tell you all of America should watch and learn how these folks conduct business. 100% customer satisfaction from the order to the consumption. This is what our nation was built on!! For the people by the people. Thank you so much.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that you had sent an additional order of crawdads! This was far beyond my expectations! I was actually able to salvage about 9 pounds from the order that was held up in Memphis for 16 hours. I only lost 6 from the additional order. Thank you so much for making this a special time for us. We had a few " no shows" but had a grand time. I have pictures, see below. Extreme thanks to LA Crawfish for their customer support and follow up on this order. You were in touch with me through all of the issues with the order. A major miss by FedEx, but no fault of yours. Just wanted to say what an awesome surprise this ended up being for my husbands birthday! He ate lbs himself!!! Everything was awesome! The mudbugs were huge, the gator bites were as well. We had the TurPorken today for an early Thanksgiving with family and friends. It was a HUGE hit. Everyone loved it, and it's so easy to fix. We cooked it in one of those turkey bags, and it came out moist and succulent. First time for the pork version, the consensus was that folks liked it as much or more than the Turducken. Great food and great customer service. We will definitely order from you again. The TurPorken, the crawfish, and the meat pies remind us how much we miss Louisiana food since we moved away a few years ago!!!!

I wanted to let you know, and also give you my sincerest THANK YOU for getting those crawfish to us for the event. They were PERFECT!! Great size too. Oh, we also learned, NEVER lean the bags on sharp corners of tables, in case one gets caught, opens up a little. I think these guys have learned the "Art of Escape" from the great Crawfish Houdini! What was even more fun, we had the kids pick a few out and had "MUDBUG" races! During the cooking process, by the time I got to the last 50lb bag, they were coming out perfectly. Many people never had it, and really enjoyed them! And your recipe to fix them was awesome! Thank you for all your help, and I will be contacting you again next year to supply us for the event! Just wanted to let you know that the crawfish we received on Saturday was amazing!! Of a 20lb shipment, only 8 were dead/crushed, and the rest of the batch were lively and clean. The packing was sturdy, and everything arrived in great condition. This is my second order--best frozen crawfish tails we've had. We love Louisiana and it's food. Previously we had ordered from Cajun Grocer, but the quality varied a lot. It is nice to order from the source. Thanks for your prduct!!

I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you once again for the outstanding servie and product! My husband, born and raised in Louisiana, moved to New Jersey with me after we started dating. Although he loves the area, the thing is he misses the most is some good ol' cajun cuisine. I found your website a fwe years ago when we decided to hold an end-of-the-summer crawfish boil for our friends who had never really experienced mudbug madness. After putting together all the ingredients to your party pack, it didn't take much more to convince them! This year, I decided to suprise my husband to an early Valentine's Day treat in honor of the Saints being in the Superbowl. I placed my order around 1pm on Thursday and they wre waiting for me when I got home from work the next day! I can't tell you how excited my husband was when he saw 10 pounds of crawdads waiting for him in the fridge! IT was such a wonderful was to celebrate the Saints finally bringing victory back to the state (esp. with the Saints beads that came with the shipment!!) I have recommended your site to MANY other displaced cajuns and look forward to the next opportunity to buy some for ourselves!! WHO DAT!!! Thank you again!

I just wanted to let you know how great your company is. We placed our very first order with you last week, received it Saturday and boiled it Sunday. I had to hold it 30 hours after receiving it so I called and asked for advice. After following the instructions I received, when it came tie to boil, there was not a single dead crawfish in the bag. The quality of your products and staff are OUTSTANDING. We will be ordering again!!

As always, your company enabled another successful Kloker Boys annual crawfish cookout this past weekend. I may have mentioned it before, but I am sooo glad you all decided to go with FedEx for your airport to airport delivery. Delta Dash was such a pain to deal with. The crawfish were awesome and very good size this year so thanks again.
