I just wanted to say that the crawfish were excellent. I was so worried about how they would travel and the quality , but my husband was floored at how much meat they held and how good they were. Thank you so much for a good quality product. It made his birthday even better.

I just wanted to let yawl know that my crawdad boil turned out fantastic, i was really impressed with the size of them and my family was very happy. And with this being my 1st time boiling them up, turned out fantastic.

I just wanted to send you guys a follow-up. I received the package in perfect condition this Friday at the updated address. The contents were perfectly cold and ready to go. These were the best crawfish any of us have ever had and we had a blast. I know the first damaged package was not your fault but I cannot say enough about the way you guys handled this so quickly. We ordered the 30 pound value pack on Monday afternoon. The Bugs were here at 9 AM Tuesday and we cooked and ate them at 6 PM last night. What a treat! All bugs made the trip safely. Got my 30 lbs. of crawfish Saturday at noon! Perfect timing and some of the finest crawfish I've seen. I try to boil as many crawfish as i can thru June,have used many different vendors, and I'm done looking! Ya'll really do have a superior product and the best price. It rained 4" Saturday but the crawfish kept everybody happy and full. Good times! Wish I had gotten a whole sack, 10 more pounds would have done it! But i guess that's what Memorial Day is for huh! Wooooo can't wait. Keep up the good work ya'll.

I ordered 15 pound of live crawfish on Thursday and the arrived at 10am on Friday and they were very active. I followed the instructions and cooked them around 6pm and only lost 5 crawfish. They were amazingly fresh and tender. The value and quality are outstanding. We will be ordering again and again. Thanks!

WOW!!!! I ordered my crawfish around 2pm on Thursday and they were at my door Friday around noon. I followed the instructions on how to prepare them and enjoyed the best crawfish outside of Louisiana ;). There were only a few dead ones and they were all a nice size. Just wanted to let you know that our crawfish boil went great this weekend, thanks for such a great product and service. The order arrived exactly when requested and everything was packed very well. Out of 30 pounds, there were only 3-4 deads bugs. I was very pleased to be able to throw a great party and to bring a little bit of Louisiana to Southern California. My family and I ordered crawfish from your company and we can not sing enough praises about the service and product you delivered. We live in Ocoee, Florida and felt as if we were back home in Lake Charles, Louisiana that day. Our friends who are novices at eating crawfish were amazed and are ready for another boil. I placed an order on Friday at 8:45 for a 40lb party pack and a few extras for the family, extra beads, meat pies, hat, ect. The FedEx man was delivering my order by 9:30 Saturday morning. It was fantastic! The crawfish were huge, the packaging was first rate, and the LA crawfish boil was fantastic. Out of 40lbs. only 3 were crushed, amazing! My only concern was that for some reason the crawfish never got to steam for the 10-15 min. in the cooler prior to consumption like the recipe said. They were so good that the steam time went from 10min. on the first batch to 5 min on the second, to immediate consumption on the last batch. We'll try again next time to get it right. Our friends raved about them so much that we are going to do it again before the season is over. Thanks again for your first rate product and people. God Bless!
