Just wanted to say how pleased I am about your product and service. I had 30# of jumbo crawfish delivered to my home on a Saturday. They got there exactly when it was communicated and they were in excellent condition, of the 30#'s I only had 6 dead. We had our 5th annual Dayton/Crawfish fest yesterday. 90 pounds of awesomeness enjoyed by over 60 people. It was barely above freezing but we loved our indoor/outdoor boil made possible by your incredible company. We only took our gloves off to eat. I just wanted to write to thank you all for your help with our crawfish order this past weekend. We've ordered without trouble several times in the past, but this year the delivery got delayed due to issues with FedEx. Throughout, we appreciated your looking into the situation and keeping us updated. The crawfish arrived at our door at 5:55pm. Although this was six hours after FedEx's guaranteed noon delivery, we were able to quickly whisky them off to the backyard for a rinse and a cool wait for our boil the next day. And, despite the long trip, they turned out just great, as always. Thank you for all of your help in making it so!

just wanted to say thank you for doing what y'all do. I'm in KY and ordered my crawfish on Thursday and had it Monday morning for my boil that afternoon. It was amazing! It was also my first boil and it couldn't have gone any better. The instructions in the pamphlet helped like non other. I only had about 10 dead of my 10 pound bag (which I expected) so I'm pleased with the delivery of live crawfish. Overall I want to say thank you so much for helping me have a great boil and to be able to teach my friends how to eat them delicious creatures. Couldn't be happier and will be returning.

I was amazed at the size of the crawfish (as were all my guests) and the purged crawfish only required a couple rinses before dropping them into the pot. Out of 40 pounds of crawfish, there were literally 5 crawfish that weren’t alive! I couldn’t believe how well they were packaged with the ice packs still fairly solid. This was my first time ordering from you, but it definitely won’t be my last. I can’t offer enough praise for your company from start to finish. It was so easy to order online, your description of the crawfish was spot on, and I even received a call confirming my order, as well as letting me know the guaranteed delivery time (since I had requested an earlier time when placing my order), and you included a coozie with my order too. Just wanted to say Thanks for the great service.. We were unable, due to work issues to have our boil on Saturday so we did it on Sunday and only lost 6 mudbugs!! Everyone loved the andouille sausage, wish I had ordered more, I will next time for sure!! Though I can get it local from a great butcher here in Southern Maryland, Yours can't be beat! I just have to say that I had ordered the Alligator Fillet Nuggets and the Smoked and Fresh Alligator and Pork Sausages this week and just had them yesterday at my BBQ and they both were phenomenal. The Alligator Filet Nuggets were absolutely amazing and went really quick! If I ever need to get inspired by NOLA again, I am definitely coming back to get some more! Thanks again!

Yesterday you guys shipped me 61 lbs of quality crawfish and my family and I hosted our first annual Louisiana Crawfish Boil. I just wanted to write you and tell you how amazing your Turducken is. My family ordered our first one for Thanksgiving this year and we loved it. My husband is coming home from his 4th tour in Iraq for Christmas and I will be ordering another one this week so he will have a chance to try one. I am writing to you in thanks for a fantastic service. I am a native Louisianian (Slidell), but I have lived in Portland, Oregon for approximately eight years. During that time, I have repeatedly wished that I could host an authentic crawfish boil for my friends here, and you folks made that possible. I ordered 30 pounds of live crawfish for the recent Memorial Day weekend, and they arrived here in perfect condition (and held up equally well on the drive from Portland to our camping site in the Columbia Gorge). People up here went crazy for the crawfish, and it was wonderful to finally share such a treasured part of my home culture with my Pacific Northwest family. We received our crawfish live & healthy. We were so excited. We haven't had live crawfish since leaving the area after Katrina! We were celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary. Boiling crawfish, drinking wine & listening to some good blues made us like we back in New Orleans! Thanks for the memorable anniversary. We plan to make it an annual anniversary celebration!

You guys are the BEST! I was nervouse about flying in live crawfish to Indy for a group who had never eaten crawfish before, but this boil turned out to be as good as (probably better than) any boil I've ever been to back home in Louisiana! We cultured a lot of 'yanks' this weekend and plan on doing this every year from now on. Thanks for the best weekend of the summer!
