Wow, you all never disappoint! My go to crawfish folks for several years now and my birthday weekend was no different. McKayla (I hope I spelled it right) was amazingly sweet and seemed to know exactly what I needed. I'm a Gulfport MS boy transplanted in Kentucky in the Army and just stayed! Yesterday I put on another crawfish class for the folks that use crawfish for bait! When I picked up the crawfish the FedEx lady said "thank goodness you're here, these things scare me!". I told her if they were open later I'd bring her some freshly cooked; she declined and told me others had crawfish to pick up and she'll be glad when they are gone. I told her not to give them to the customers unless they are Louisiana Crawfish Company so she wouldn't be the one ruining their weekend! Smile!! I guess you can say I am extremely satisfied with you all and appreciate your business integrity and products! You made my YEAR y'all! 5/24/2020

My daughter wanted to do something different for her college graduation party so I ordered 70 lbs of select crawfish.. We could not have been happier with the quality and freshness of the delivery. I planned on starting the boil at 4 pm and As promised it was delivered right on time and packed perfectly. We fed 60 people with a few leftovers! We can't wait to do this again . thank you for helping us to make our party unique and a success!!!!

Just wanted to say thank you so much! Your crawfish is amazing and delicious. My family moved from New Orleans in 2010 and we have still been carrying on our tradition of an Annual (sometimes twice annually) Crawfish boil. For the last 6 years, we have been purchasing from Lacrawfish and have enjoyed them every time. This last order was delivered on Sat. 4/29- which we would eat on Sunday, 4/30. I had to change the date of my original ship date because of a sudden death in the family and I really appreciate your working with us on that and making it very easy. We didn't even open the box to check because I knew that I could count on your product to be a quality product and they were good to go. We wanted to keep them cold and not risk letting in any hot humid air. The seasoning mix you send is also a really great tasting seasoning. We will continue to buy from you, please keep up the amazing work! I wanted to make sure I expressed to you how great your product is and at some point, I need to try something other than crawfish but I LOVE IT! Thank you again

Ive never had a better experience and i can’t imagine buying anywhere else. I absolutely love your products. Best damn alligator sausage out there by far. I just wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you!! I had my crawfish boil two weeks ago. Being that I live in Michigan, we had to get the pre-boiled crawfish (which tasted fantastic). I received my shipment on Friday night for my Saturday party. Upon arrival, the cooler was destroyed and the crawfish were warm. I reached out and sent photos of the package. Within a few minutes, Avery replied to my email. She managed to get a replacement shipment out that night and saved my party. I really appreciate the excellent customer service I received from Avery and your entire staff.

Dear Louisiana Crawfish, I would just like to say that you guys "ROCK". Wow! You get "5-Stars"!! I ordered Boudin yesterday and it arrived today well packaged. I was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas, but both of my parents were born and raised in Lake Charles and Calfax, Louisiana. We grew up on Boudin and ate it all the time. After 26 years in the U.S. Navy and ultimately settling down in San Diego, CA I have been looking for a place to order Boudin and have it delivered right at my door. I was little hesitant about ordering a perishable item thinking that it might arrive in bad condition, but you totally dispelled that notion. The Boudin was not only well packaged, but I tried the Comeaux Pork Boudin (hot spicy) and it was "FANTASTIC". we ordered 100 pounds of live crawfish from you-all last week. They were delivered Saturday morning and were in excellent shape. I think we onlty found 10 or 12 dead ones in the entire batch. They cooked up even better Saturday night. Sunday morning while cleaning up I discovered a full bag of crawfish in one of your coolers that had been overlooked the evening before (a situation possibly related to the large number of empty beer cans and bottles that were gathered during the cleanup effort). After rinsing and purging, I found maybe 20 dead ones (it was at least 25 ounds of crawfish). These were promptly cooked up and yielded a big pot of tails for etouffe. Again, the crawfish were exellent and I appreciate your efforts in selecting quality and surprisingly hardy crawfish. I will reccommend your company to others and will be a returning customer.

Just want to send you a HUGE thank you!! This was the first time we have done a crawfish boil, and it was fantastic! You made it so easy that we are looking forward to making this a yearly tradition. We received our 60 lb order yesterday here in remote West Texas (where overnight takes two days, normally) on time and in great shape! We only had 6 dead crawfish out of 60 lbs! What a great shipment! That is an all time record. We would never expect such great ratio purchased on site, let alone shipped out. It arrived on time, overnight, and we all had a fantastic time celebrating my birthday. I can not thank you enough for making a very memorable meal possible that kicked off a ten year camping celebration with friends a VERY successful start. THe 30lbs of crawfish I received on Saturday were just plain awesome! For this time of year, the size was great and almost every crawfish was alive when I received them. Thanks for taking so much great care in providing live crawfish to those of us up here in the cold Midwest. I just wanted to let you know that our crawfish arrived on time and in great shape for our boil yesterday. You guys do a great job and I think we have converted about 20 Coloradoans to Louisiana food and traditions. They were all wanting to do it again soon……I told them we would do it again…..next season……until then they’ll just have to make do with gumbo and etoufee.
