I wanted to give you feedback on my recent order. I recently ordered 20 lbs of Crawfish, 5 lbs of Shrimp, Boidan and a hat. This is my 4th or 5th order from you. Crawfish were healthy. Alex thought it would be funny to let one pinch him. This provided entertainment for 15 minutes. Boidan tasted much better than my brother's homemade attempt. I'll say I didn't say this if asked. There was a fight for the hat. I won. Quality of all the food was excellent. Same as the previous orders. You guys rock! Customer for life! I just wanted to thank you making our crawfish boil in Connecticut a success. Being from Southern Louisiana. I was worried about ordering crawfish and having them shipped. I have been so homesick and when I received the email about the specials for Father's day, I decided to give it a try. My husband thought is was the best father's day gift ever. We had may 10 crawfish out of 60lb that died. We invited all our neighbors and friends, they couldn't get over how awesome the boil was. We've decided to make this an annual tradition. Thank you again for sending home to me.

Just wanted to follow up with you all to say that the crawfish were OUTSTANDING. They were monsters--it must have been a great season down there! Thank you for helping us have an amazing weekend and soothe our homesickness just a little bit.

The crawfish were perfect. Out of the 15 pounds we ordered only six crawfish were dead and once they were cooked they were amazing. I do feel bad though, as a bunch of our family now has the same addiction to crawfish that my wife and I have. I can't thank you enough. Again, a big thank you for your great product.

I just wanted to thank you all for such a great product! We ordered a 20lb pack of crawfish with the seasoning, alligator & some boudin for our friends going away party. We are military, so we often have going away parties, but this one was the best by far! We only had one, yes, only one that died! We were so impressed by the product! The crawfish were big and yummy! Everyone had such a great time and couldn't stop talking about how great they were! For some of the people it was their first time having crawfish and they were very impressed and couldn't stop eating them! The kids loved them as well and dared to eat the whole bag by themselves! They actually put a dent in them! We will definitely be ordering from y'all again! Easy to order, fast delivery, delicious product! Thank you so much again! You made it such a special event!

You guys are the best! I grew up in east Texas and used to have crawfish boils all the time, but now I live in Chicago and yesterday I had 20 lbs delivered right it my door. We boiled them up and they were fantastic! Also had fewer than 20 dead that's less than when we'd get them straight from the farm. I'm very impressed and will certainly be using your services again! Just a quick note about my recent order. I was very hesitant to order pre-cooked crawfish for our upcoming party. I was worried they would spoil, or be too spicy for some of my guests. I decided to try them anyway. The phone order process was SO easy and professional. They arrived exactly on time and they were DELICIOUS! We had a mudbug feeding frenzy and everyone was happy!!! Our second "near Chicago" crawfish boil was a smash success Saturday. And Louisiana Crawfish Co. is the best. The 60 lbs. of crawfish arrived on time. I did not find a single "damaged" critter in the whole bunch. Special praise is due to you for your great communications, order receipt, order confirmation, order shipping and order tracking. I have twice now had native Louisianans say that these were the best crawfish they had ever eaten. And our northern rookie friends dived in with a passion (after the first bite). Praise doesn't get much higher.

WOW! What a great job y'all did! We hosted a Mardi Gras crawfish boil out here in the middle of the Sonoran Desert for my stepfather's 80th birthday (he's a Georgia good ol' boy) and it was fantastic! It was the first crawfish for a large majority of our 60-plus guests, and they were blown away! As was I - with your product AND your service. A quick online order, a quick payment, and BAM! 30 pounds of pinchin', squirmin' mudbugs on my doorstep and - I'm serious - not ONE dead one in the whole bag. Luckily, my eyes were bigger than my guests stomachs, because now I have a fair bit of crawfish left over and frozen.... going to have some etouffee next week, and jambalaya after that!... Hi Everyone! Just wanted to thank you for making our company's first Annual Process Department Cajun Picnic possible! We had about 80 curious Canadians at our event and 120 lbs of crawfish! Last week while sitting in the San Francisco Airport on my way to a business trip, I called your company. I requested 100# of Mudbugs shipped to my home airport (Portland, OR). I have to tell you I was hesitant to order online from an out of state distributor because the crawfish are so vulnerable. This is the 5th year we've had a "Boil Party" in celebration of my wife's birthday and we had always previously used a local supplier. I took a chance and I have to say, to tell you I was pleased would be a HUGE UNDERSTATEMENT! The bugs arrived on Friday afternoon, and when they landed I received an e-mail telling me that they were here. I drove to the airfreight terminal. loaded them up, drove home, and put them to bed on some ice. Saturday about 11am we started the purge and the boil. 30-40 people arrived (including a few rookies who were very hesitant...) and by 3pm the crawfish WERE ALL GONE!! It was a wonderful success, the wife was happy and we had a wonderful gathering of friends and family. Thank you for your wonderful service, your outstanding product and for running a great organization. I can assure you, next May you will be getting another call from me, however I will be ordering 125# next time! Thank You!

First time user of your company and you have earned high marks. Awesome!!! From Louisiana (Chalmette) and have lived in Colorado last 10 years. This is the first time I have tried shipping live crayfish and it was simple and a very good experience. It was surreal boiling crayfish while looking up at 14,000 ft Long's Peak in the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. Seasoning was perfect. Will throw a big bash soon and want to know if you actually have a "season" and how long into the summer can I get the quality that I got today. Could not have been happier with your service. Hello! First of all, I'd like to say that as the husband of a lovely lady born into a Cajun family, I've come to love realy Cajun Cuisine. I began making etouffee for ourselves about a year ago, and used whatever crawfish I could find near me...which was Chinese crawfish tailes sold at our local Wal Mart. I never felt right about that, and everytime I made it, I cringed at the idea. So, a couple of months ago, I set out to find a source for real Louisiana crawfish. That is when I found you and ordered five pakcs of your frozen crawfish tails OH MY GOD, what a difference. Where the Chinese tails smelled fishy and were just too funky, yours have what I deem to be the wonderful aroma of the true crawfish taste. They were meatier too. Just all around better. Not to mention it made me feel GOOD to know that I was buying from my fellow citizens. With lots of extended family that live in Louisiana, it just felt right. I'll never go back to anything but your great crawfish. You've won over a customer for life.

Hi, my husband and I moved to California 12 years ago and we really miss the food in Louisiana. Thanks to your great service, we are once again able to enjoy a good ole crawfish boil! This was only the 2nd time we have ordered from you, but you can bet you'll be hearing from us again. The crawfish were delicious!
