My package arrived today and I just want to say thank y'all so much. It was perfect I asked for extra ice and it came with that and it was still frozen like I needed it to be. I will definitely be back. First time customer but I will order again. Great company thank you guys! Fresh as it gets! The cooler is nice also

We had our 5th annual Dayton/Crawfish fest yesterday. 90 pounds of awesomeness enjoyed by over 60 people. It was barely above freezing but we loved our indoor/outdoor boil made possible by your incredible company. We only took our gloves off to eat. Just wanted to say that our order was PERFECT. Gave a few Washington DC boys their first taste of mudbugs over Memorial day weekend. Our 15 pounds were absolutely flawless. Not one dead one. delivery was phenomenal even for a holiday weekend. I will be ordering plenty more for years to come and will be recommending y'all to everyone I can. You guys are top notch.

I just wanted to let you know how awesome the crawfish were! We ordered 40 pounds for my 40th birthday party! It was so much fun. Everyone asked where we got them from. They were delivered so quickly and were in great condition. Not to mention, super yummy!

The crawfish delivered Friday afternoon and were great. Only 4 were crushed/dead and everyone enjoyed them. Your boil seasoning was very good on the crawfish and vegetables. Just wanted to let you know that this is the first year we have used your company for our annual crawfish boil. Our group comes from North Baton Rouge, Slidell, Lafourche Parish, and New Orleans. We have found each other over the years and crave La. food as much as we can get it. You guys delivered every thing you promised and then some. The crawfish were beautiful, clean and kicking. The last sack was not boiled till the next day and only 20 crawfish were found dead. That is better than we have had when buying back home in La. We are know permanet customers and look foward to our next shipment for Memorial Day weekend. So glad we found you..

I just wanted let you know that I appreciate the great customer service I received and the product delivered was fantastic! I ordered the 10 lb. party pack and split it between 2 parties. The first party was hosted by my friend who went to Tulane and learned how to cook Cajun while down there. She had a Jambalaya, Gumbo and Muffaletta which were awesome. I brought 5 lbs. to her party and served them chilled. They were a hit with her who said that they were awesome and we had several converts to the joys of Crawfish and gave them your web site. The next day I took 5lbs. down to Galilee RI to my mom’s house especially for my 91 year old aunt who lived in Baton Rouge for about 40 years and moved back to New England to an assisted living complex. I reheated them as directed with corn, red potatoes, mushrooms, celery, carrots and shallots. She loved it as that’s how she would make them back in Louisiana. It was a great break for her from her bland assisted living fair where she had to harass them for months to make hot sauce available. For the money, this was a fantastic product to purchase and will continue to recommend you guys. I’m contemplating an order for my Masonic Lodge in the coming year!

We're celebrating my husband's 30th birthday tomorrow and all he wanted for his party was crawfish! My mother-in-law and I thought we were going to have serious problems locating his birthday wish. We jumped on the internet and lo and behold, there were dozens of crawfish companies. Problem solved...so we thought. I sent out invitations announcing "Crawfish and cocktails" and jumped back on the internet to order out feast. Only, I had no idea that crawfish was out of season. Thank God for Google! I typed in a search for "whole frozen crawfish," and was led to several companies that only sold tails. Just as I was about to give up, I clicked on your link and was pleased to see exactly what I was looking for. I called your company and left a message. Miss Avery called me back right away and answered all of my questions and placed my order for me. I ordered 40 pounds of crawfish, a 36 quart stockpot, and 1 pound of seafood boil. To be honest, I was really worried about not getting my full order in time. The pot arrived yesterday, and the crawfish arrived about 30 minutes ago. I was really surprised and pleased to see that along with my order, I got a couple of bonuses. The jar of cajun seasoning and Mardi Gras beads are a great touch! Thank you so much for the outstanding customer service! I can't wait to show my California friends how to "suck the head!"

Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that this year's crawfish boil at our home was a huge success thanks to the Louisiana Crawfish Company. We had 60 people in attendence (40 of which have attended each of the last 3 years) and they all said that this year's crawfish were the best ever! I have traditionally used another company's spices (I won't say which one, let's just say it starts with a "Z") and I gotta tell ya, your spices had much more flavor, was less salty and gave the crawfish a great kick. I appreciated your follow-up call to check on the flight schedule and delivery status. Overall, I can't think of a better experience when ordering live crawfish, The Croissant Crawfish Boil has finally found a crawfish supplier we can depend on and will be calling again soon for another shipment. I have attached a few pictures of our boil. I can’t say enough about how happy we are to have found you guys. The crawfish were in great shape and the seasoning was absolutely perfect. We were excited to be able to share a little Louisiana cuisine with people who had never experienced it. We will definitely be back for more!!

This is my second order--best frozen crawfish tails we've had. We love Louisiana and it's food. Previously we had ordered from Cajun Grocer, but the quality varied a lot. It is nice to order from the source. Thanks for your prduct!!

The 2nd annual Branton Crawfish Palooza was awesome. Veteran crawfish eaters are asking me my secrets. This is only the 2nd time I've hosted the boil, and your directions and seasons make it a breeze. I steamed them this year like you suggest, and they turned out awesome. We received our crawfish live & healthy. We were so excited. We haven't had live crawfish since leaving the area after Katrina! We were celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary. Boiling crawfish, drinking wine & listening to some good blues made us like we back in New Orleans! Thanks for the memorable anniversary. We plan to make it an annual anniversary celebration!

Just wanted to drop a note and some photos of the crawfish feed my wife and I hosted for about 60 people. Thank you for the EXCELLENT service. This was out first time doing this for us. I was very nervous that I would have 60 people standing around and no crawfish, but you guys were very helpful to make sure everything would be fine. No one got short with me on the phone when I called 8 times the day before to make sure everything was on schedule. We ordered 120 lbs and had a very small amount dead. First class operation.
