I just wanted to say that the crawfish were excellent. I was so worried about how they would travel and the quality , but my husband was floored at how much meat they held and how good they were. Thank you so much for a good quality product. It made his birthday even better.

Thank you so much for a fantastic experience! We had 40 pounds delivered this past Saturday and less than a handful didn't make it through the trip. They were all nice sizes and we had a wildly successful boil...in New Jersey! We cannot wait to order again! (We also had above and beyond customer service with the few inquires we had when ordering.)

I just wanted to write to thank you all for your help with our crawfish order this past weekend. We've ordered without trouble several times in the past, but this year the delivery got delayed due to issues with FedEx. Throughout, we appreciated your looking into the situation and keeping us updated. The crawfish arrived at our door at 5:55pm. Although this was six hours after FedEx's guaranteed noon delivery, we were able to quickly whisky them off to the backyard for a rinse and a cool wait for our boil the next day. And, despite the long trip, they turned out just great, as always. Thank you for all of your help in making it so!

Just wanted to say thank you so much! Your crawfish is amazing and delicious. My family moved from New Orleans in 2010 and we have still been carrying on our tradition of an Annual (sometimes twice annually) Crawfish boil. For the last 6 years, we have been purchasing from Lacrawfish and have enjoyed them every time. This last order was delivered on Sat. 4/29- which we would eat on Sunday, 4/30. I had to change the date of my original ship date because of a sudden death in the family and I really appreciate your working with us on that and making it very easy. We didn't even open the box to check because I knew that I could count on your product to be a quality product and they were good to go. We wanted to keep them cold and not risk letting in any hot humid air. The seasoning mix you send is also a really great tasting seasoning. We will continue to buy from you, please keep up the amazing work! I wanted to make sure I expressed to you how great your product is and at some point, I need to try something other than crawfish but I LOVE IT! Thank you again

We ordered 80lbs of jumbo crawfish for our boil this past Saturday. Received Friday afternoon and took a look. These were the best looking crawfish we’ve seen in years. Hardly found any dead ones and there were all very clean and huge. Thanks for providing such a superior product. Everyone had a great time and the crawfish were awesome. Can’t wait until our next one!

Just wanted to say thanks very much for the recent crawfish orders. Both orders were outstanding! I boiled 60 lbs of crawfish in a 2 week period. I had gone to the home of a friend, Ruben Tornini in OK, and he had ordered 40 lbs which I boiled up myself. I then returned back home to PA and decided to give my local PA friends a real treat and we had a 20lb boil. Both times the crawfish were awesome, they were better then expected and I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate your company very much.

You guys are the best! I grew up in east Texas and used to have crawfish boils all the time, but now I live in Chicago and yesterday I had 20 lbs delivered right it my door. We boiled them up and they were fantastic! Also had fewer than 20 dead that's less than when we'd get them straight from the farm. I'm very impressed and will certainly be using your services again! Wish to thank you very much for helping me make my first mudbug boil up here in Amenia,NY a success! We ordered 180 lbs and had them delivered to a local airport for pick up. I would say we only lost about 2 to 3 lbs out of the whole order. We had 80 "Yankees" over for their first boil ever. At the end of the day I had only 10lbs left to peel and freeze! Now everyone is wanting to know if this going to be an annual event.

I just wanted to write you and tell you how amazing your Turducken is. My family ordered our first one for Thanksgiving this year and we loved it. My husband is coming home from his 4th tour in Iraq for Christmas and I will be ordering another one this week so he will have a chance to try one. I am in the Navy and I am stationed in Northern VA attending school. I found your website about a month ago and asked 6 of my buddies if they wanted to have a boil. I ordered 35lbs of mudbugs from you guys last Friday for delivery Saturday. I got the bugs a little after 10am. This was the first time that i actually hosted (and cooked) a boil. With your bugs and the info I got from your site about preparation, the boil was not only a success but a blast!! One of my buddies is from St. Louis and had never experienced this delicacy. We taught him how to peel and to suck the heads. He did, and he LOVED it! I just wanted to say THANK YOU for a great product. I WILL BE BACK!!!

Just wanted to let you know that the crawfish we received on Saturday was amazing!! Of a 20lb shipment, only 8 were dead/crushed, and the rest of the batch were lively and clean. The packing was sturdy, and everything arrived in great condition. I just wanted to shoot you an e-mail and tell you how great everything worked out. I was a little skeptic at first and was expecting atleat 1/4 of the crawfish to be dead. After 48 hours in the bag and cooler, I think I counted only about 10 total dead out of 55lbs. The little fellas were decent sized and tasty. This was the first crawfish boil for many of the people at the party and they all got a kick out of it. We will definitely be making another order next year. Thanks for coming through on your product. It's nice to work with a company that promises what they can actually deliver.

I could not be more satisfied with the quality, service, price, and product your company provides. Growing up in Mississippi and having a father that lives in New Orleans, I have always associated the spring months with crawfish boils. But, ever since moving to Washington, DC two years ago, I haven't been able to enjoy my favorite crustacean in quite the way I was accustomed to. That is, until I ordered 100 lbs of fresh, live crawfish for my cookout this past weekend! They came off the FedEx truck the morning of the party--just as y'all had promised they would--and, after a thorough cleaning, I found maybe a dozen didn't survive the overnight trip from Louisiana. Oh, and these mudbugs were HUGE with big, meaty tails and claws! The boil was a raging success and my friends and I were able to show our non-Southern guests how to clean, cook, and eat fresh crawfish the proper way. So long as I live in this area, I will never purchase crawfish from anyone outside of the Louisiana Crawfish Company.

Thank y'all so much for making our first crawfish boil in Utah a huge success. We are orginially from Texas and had crawfish boils all the time, but since moving to Utah, it was very expensive to purchase crawfish up here and not worth the price. The crawfish we ordered from y'all arrived exactly when they were suppose to, were big, and most important, alive!! We invited so many of our neighbors, most have never seen a crawfish, let alone have ever eaten one. We'll definitely order from y'aall again! Thanks again for the great service and crawfish!!
