Louisiana Crawfish Co, I just got back to Texas after spending the weekend in Virginia. My granddaughter graduated high school and asked if I could do a crawfish boil for her graduation party. Being a good Papa, how could I say no. Needing crawfish, I googled and found your company. Taking the leap of faith, I placed my order. Guaranteed noon delivery, on Saturday, none the less. Fair price per sack. This is to good to be true. My son in law calls me at the hotel at 9:30am, "Dad, the crawfish are here", Dang! Now to see what "premium" looks like. To say I was pleased when I seen them come out of the sack is an understatement. These were colossal! I can't thank you enough for making me look like a champ to my granddaughter, family and friends! Your product was a hit, your service from order to delivery was impeccable! Thank you! We have another graduation and will celebrate my son-in-law's military retirement this time next year, again in Virginia. Guess who will be getting my repeat business! GREETINGS AND SALUTATIONS..... WE ORDERED FROM U GUYS ON A TUES AND WE GOT HOOKED UP ON THURS, LIKE I REQUESTED. A BAG FULL OF MONSTERS ARRIVED, WE WASHED EM DOWN AND POPPED EM IN THE FRIDGE, UNTILL THE NEXT DAY AT 5PM. WE WASHED EM AGAIN AND ONLY FOUND 5 IN BAD SHAPE. OUT OF A 20 LB BAG. NICE!!!!! Just wanted to say thanks very much for the recent crawfish orders. Both orders were outstanding! I boiled 60 lbs of crawfish in a 2 week period. I had gone to the home of a friend, Ruben Tornini in OK, and he had ordered 40 lbs which I boiled up myself. I then returned back home to PA and decided to give my local PA friends a real treat and we had a 20lb boil. Both times the crawfish were awesome, they were better then expected and I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate your company very much.

I just wanted to let you know that our Mishicot matbug boil was a huge success for the youth wrestling club. we ordered 750 lbs Live crawfish shipped to Milwaukee on 5-30-14 by Southwest air. Picked up at airport then a 3 hour drive . when we opened all 20 boxes the crawfish were still cold and the gel packs were still partially frozen when we sorted the crawfish for cooking. there was only 4 lbs of dead ones out of the 750 lbs + Our sorting crew just could not believe it. and this was on Sat 5-31-14. Your crawfish are really the BEST. Our guests kept commenting on the large size and how fresh they were. we served 300 people plus walk ins. LOUISIANA CRAWFISH TOTALLY RULLES THE BOIL!!!!!! Once again, LA Crawfish has made a gathering of people happy. Let me re phrase that, we had 19 people over for a crawfish boil and they had the best time ever!!!!!. Why, you may ask, well, how about the freshest, tastiest, spiced up mudbugs that were the centerpiece of the afternoon. My son specifically requested a crawfish boil to celebrate his 30th birthday. So, I ordered 30 lbs (see the connection) of select sized crawfish and 12 pounds to marinated alligator legs. Now, here is the best part. The way LA Crawfish ships their product, I received my package 15 minutes before the estimated delivery time and the alligator legs were still frozen. Unreal. The crawfish were active and I hosed them down 5 times to keep them that way. When I finally did cook them I only lost 32 crawfish out of 30 pounds. That was spectacular. The spices were great and I usually add sliced lemon and garlic cloves to the cooking liquid. After the bugs were bright red I cooked red potatoes and corn in the same broth. 19 people were very happy, very stuffed and asked when we would do it again. Most took home doggy bags. The potatoes are spectacular smashed and cooked as hash browns the next day and served with burgers, chicken or fish. Thank you for another successful party. Your product is stellar, your service is spectacular and your reputation is un questionable. Will I order again, no question. Can I say enough about your product, no. Thank you again and again.

I just wanted to thank you all for such a great product! We ordered a 20lb pack of crawfish with the seasoning, alligator & some boudin for our friends going away party. We are military, so we often have going away parties, but this one was the best by far! We only had one, yes, only one that died! We were so impressed by the product! The crawfish were big and yummy! Everyone had such a great time and couldn't stop talking about how great they were! For some of the people it was their first time having crawfish and they were very impressed and couldn't stop eating them! The kids loved them as well and dared to eat the whole bag by themselves! They actually put a dent in them! We will definitely be ordering from y'all again! Easy to order, fast delivery, delicious product! Thank you so much again! You made it such a special event!

All is well that ends well. You guys knew that FedEx had messed up my order before I did and you called to let me know - which gave me time to plan a different menu for a party that could not be moved to a different day. After a prompt, full refund, you let the shipment come to my house anyway. Some friends picked them up as I was out of town. They tell me that, even after the day+ delay, about half of the crawfish were still alive. They sorted them out, cooked 'em up right and had an excellent time. I think you will have them as a new customer and, of course, I will try again in a few weeks. Thanks so much for the way you handled this!

Greetings from Colorado! I am a displaced Acadian living, working and carrying on our fantastic culture here in Colorado where the mosquitos are way more friendly and aint nearly as large, and the weather aint never too hot for a bayou-born boy from dixieland. I had two crawfish boils last year for my friends here at Ecotech Institute and most had never experienced a boil before. After they got over my pronunciation of the word boil they fell in love with it and demanded more! some folks even went out and bought their own cookers. My girlfried is from New Orleans and I visited there for the first time in Dec. 2012. She has lived in Cleveland, OH for about 12 yrs. She made the suggestion of having a crawfish boil for the Superbowl. I had no idea what she was talking about. I usually do a clambake in October but a crawfish boil in 17degree weather in OHIO! Well I ordered 20lbs of crawfish and also beignet mix. Everything arrived right on time! The family loved it! My 95 year old in-law is from Lousiana and she was just as happy as a pig in mud! I just recently move to the Midwest from the east coast, on the coast it's no problem finding fresh crayfish but here in the Midwest most seafood are not in season yet. When my siblings and I planned our fathers 61st birthday my idea was to do something different which was a crayfish boil since he loved seafood. I looked all over the city for the freshes crayfish and found nothing but than I stumbled upon your website. The prices were unbeatable and I found out I could get next day shipping. Boy was I in for an excitement! I placed my order on Friday at 10 am and received my live crayfish at 9 am the next day on Saturday. Out of the 26+ pounds that I recieved, only a handful were dead. The seasoning that I got with the shipment along with the sausage and crayfish was delicious and a big hit with my father and the rest of the family!! I just wanted to thank you and everyone at your company for helping to make possible the crawfish boil we had this past Saturday. While crawfish and the beach might be a strange combination, our party was a great success. My wife and I attended a lot of crawfish boils when we lived in Baton Rouge, but I had never been directly involved with cooking them. Your company-from the online info, to the fast shipping, to the easy-to-follow directions-made it easier for me to try my hand at doing this myself. Everything went off without a hitch-from the kids playing with the crawfish as I rinsed them off in my daughter's old baby pool, to the dueling cookpots I had working non-stop for about 2 hours, to the quality and taste of the crawfish themselves. I even had a few fellow ex-Louisianans there to verify that the crawfish, corn, potatoes, and mushrooms tasted just like they had remembered and to initiate those unfamiliar with eating mudbugs. My favorite testimonial had be from a Marylander who insisted to me that all shellfish should be steamed (e.g. blue crabs), and that he might have "a couple" of crawfish just to give it a try. After getting his fill at the table later in the evening, he was hooked, and made us promise we would do it again next year. I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you once again for the outstanding servie and product! My husband, born and raised in Louisiana, moved to New Jersey with me after we started dating. Although he loves the area, the thing is he misses the most is some good ol' cajun cuisine. I found your website a fwe years ago when we decided to hold an end-of-the-summer crawfish boil for our friends who had never really experienced mudbug madness. After putting together all the ingredients to your party pack, it didn't take much more to convince them! This year, I decided to suprise my husband to an early Valentine's Day treat in honor of the Saints being in the Superbowl. I placed my order around 1pm on Thursday and they wre waiting for me when I got home from work the next day! I can't tell you how excited my husband was when he saw 10 pounds of crawdads waiting for him in the fridge!
