LCC, Thank You! We are a military family stationed in Kansas and we've used your service twice now with AMAZING results! We used the Easter special for one sack of field run and they were huge and fresh! Remarkably, there were ONLY 4 lost our of a whole sack (all were small and most likely crushed by the larger CFs. You have customers for life! You bring LA culture and to military families that are geographically separated from hometown LA and family. We appreciate you guy!

Hi - We ordered 25lbs of mud bugs from you for a spring boil. Not a common thing here in Chicago and (of course) it was a great hit! We also ordered boudin and chicken andouille which were delicious. and some crawfish necklaces. All y'all were super helpful with my several phone calls and what to do and how much etc (since we are novices and had only attended boils in the past, not put one on ourselves). So just writing to say THANKS! and we'll probably do it again later in the summer.

I live and work in Atchison, Kansas at Benedictine College. In the past three years we've purchased about 600 pounds of crawfish from the Louisiana Crawfish Company for our annual Crawfish Boil. Each time we've ordered the live crawfish, it was overnighted and on time. Our students got a kick out of the live crawfish and look forward every year to the event. I just wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you!! I had my crawfish boil two weeks ago. Being that I live in Michigan, we had to get the pre-boiled crawfish (which tasted fantastic). I received my shipment on Friday night for my Saturday party. Upon arrival, the cooler was destroyed and the crawfish were warm. I reached out and sent photos of the package. Within a few minutes, Avery replied to my email. She managed to get a replacement shipment out that night and saved my party. I really appreciate the excellent customer service I received from Avery and your entire staff.

I just wanted to thank you making our crawfish boil in Connecticut a success. Being from Southern Louisiana. I was worried about ordering crawfish and having them shipped. I have been so homesick and when I received the email about the specials for Father's day, I decided to give it a try. My husband thought is was the best father's day gift ever. We had may 10 crawfish out of 60lb that died. We invited all our neighbors and friends, they couldn't get over how awesome the boil was. We've decided to make this an annual tradition. We ordered 80lbs of jumbo crawfish for our boil this past Saturday. Received Friday afternoon and took a look. These were the best looking crawfish we’ve seen in years. Hardly found any dead ones and there were all very clean and huge. Thanks for providing such a superior product. Everyone had a great time and the crawfish were awesome. I just wanted to let you know that our Mishicot matbug boil was a huge success for the youth wrestling club. we ordered 750 lbs Live crawfish shipped to Milwaukee on 5-30-14 by Southwest air. Picked up at airport then a 3 hour drive . when we opened all 20 boxes the crawfish were still cold and the gel packs were still partially frozen when we sorted the crawfish for cooking. there was only 4 lbs of dead ones out of the 750 lbs + Our sorting crew just could not believe it. and this was on Sat 5-31-14. Your crawfish are really the BEST. Our guests kept commenting on the large size and how fresh they were. we served 300 people plus walk ins. Another great experience! This was my third delivery from Louisiana Crawfish Co., and it did not dissapoint. 10 lbs. of live, sweet tasting crawfish delivered on the promised date, and on my porch before 10AM. Hello family, I'm from Grambling, Louisiana and was stationed in Bethesda, MD from 2007-2009. There are a lot of people from Louisiana there.I had a crawfish boil and fish fryback in 2008.I ordered 150 pounds of crawfish some gator meat from yall. I had gumbo,catfish, bbq chicken, sodas, a cake at the cook out. I did my own thing on the base. People came that are not from LA and never eaten gator or crawfish; when it was all said and done I hade only bottles of water left. Everyone was like were did the crawfish come from this big, and my reply was from the home state the only place in the world to get the good stuff. Thanks for everything!

My wife, a Cajun transplant from Louisiana brought some of her wonderful culture to our friends & family here in Tampa, FL. She introduced all of us to crawfish boils & Cajun/Zydeco music. Ever since, our annual crawfish boils have grown larger and larger. The 2nd annual Branton Crawfish Palooza was awesome. Veteran crawfish eaters are asking me my secrets. This is only the 2nd time I've hosted the boil, and your directions and seasons make it a breeze. I steamed them this year like you suggest, and they turned out awesome. You guys are the BEST! I was nervouse about flying in live crawfish to Indy for a group who had never eaten crawfish before, but this boil turned out to be as good as (probably better than) any boil I've ever been to back home in Louisiana! We cultured a lot of 'yanks' this weekend and plan on doing this every year from now on. Thanks for the best weekend of the summer!
