Just received (and cooked) your crawfish this past weekend up in NJ. They were great! We recently moved from lower Alabama and I was worried we would not find a reliable source for live sacks, but yours had less floaters than most of the sacks we purchased down south. We are already planning our next boil and will be using your service again. Thanks!

Our order arrived and and out of the hundreds of craws we had less than a dozen and a half dead and a lot of your "field run" craws are monsters! I really don't know how you guys pull it off, but I'm consistently blown away by the quality. I wish I could get mussels alive at that ratio. Just wanted to thank you guys for a successful crawfish boil, and to let you know that I'm pretty sure my boil would not have been this much of a success without you. Living in South Carolina is a challenge all in itself, but the good news is that I was able to introduce crawfish to a group of about 20 people that have only had Chinese restaurant crawfish or had never tried them before. I only had about 10 crawfish total that didn't make it, which places you guys at the top of my very short list from which I will order from again (You are the only one on the list, BTW). Thanks again for a wonderful product and helping me to have such a great success.

Our crawfish boil was a HUGE success here in Boulder, CO. Wife and I went to LSU and tried to recreate a good crawfish boil for some newbies. Crawfish arrived on time, were clean and big and I counted ONE dead one. Crawfish were delicious....one mild batch and one that gave you a sweat moustache. I love LA Crawfish Co. so much, there are no words to describe my appreciation. I am originally from Metairie, LA and moved to Florida. I was under the impression that Florida had seafood, so I traveled with my 100qt. boiling pot. The seafood I get in Florida is no comparison to the fresh seafood and delicious seafood I get when I order from LA Crawfish Co.

Sorry it has taken me over a week to follow up. But I wanted to thank you for taking such good care of my order a few weeks ago. UPS somehow split my shipment up and only half came the day they were supposed to. Ya'll were on top of the issue the whole time and kept me updated. Once you knew that I'd receive the remainder of my order in time for our boil you also sent and extra thirty pounds to cover any loss due to the delay in shipping. So, thank you for being on top of the problem and taking care of it. In fact, you did such a good job packing them that there really wasn't much loss at all. Out of 120 lbs I only culled out about 6-7 lbs of dead ones before boiling. Not bad for mid June! The overall sized and quality of the bugs was great to boot. Anyway. Thank you for great crawfish and outstanding customer service, as usual. This is why I always order from LA Crawfish Company.

I just wanted to let you know that our Mishicot matbug boil was a huge success for the youth wrestling club. we ordered 750 lbs Live crawfish shipped to Milwaukee on 5-30-14 by Southwest air. Picked up at airport then a 3 hour drive . when we opened all 20 boxes the crawfish were still cold and the gel packs were still partially frozen when we sorted the crawfish for cooking. there was only 4 lbs of dead ones out of the 750 lbs + Our sorting crew just could not believe it. and this was on Sat 5-31-14. Your crawfish are really the BEST. Our guests kept commenting on the large size and how fresh they were. we served 300 people plus walk ins. After moving to Anchorage Alaska 13yrs ago, I haven't had boiled Louisiana seafood that often. Now that I have found your website, I will be able to satisfy my cravings. I ordered 40lbs of live crawfish and was skeptical at first. But now that I have received my order for a Saturday delivery on time with only 12 dead crawfish, I will definitely be ordering again from La Crawfish for all my seafood needs. Greetings from Colorado! I am a displaced Acadian living, working and carrying on our fantastic culture here in Colorado where the mosquitos are way more friendly and aint nearly as large, and the weather aint never too hot for a bayou-born boy from dixieland. I had two crawfish boils last year for my friends here at Ecotech Institute and most had never experienced a boil before. After they got over my pronunciation of the word boil they fell in love with it and demanded more! some folks even went out and bought their own cookers. I lived in Houston for 20 years and loved crawfish; unfortunately I moved back north for family reasons and have been missing it terribly. I was in Houston 12/2012 had to have oysters instead due to the season. Last month (April 2013) my girlfriend "Cookie" that I had been visiting sent me two 10 pound bags cooked crawfish, all I had to do was resteam them! They were just like I had just ordered them at a restaurant!! They landed at my office about 10:00 a.m. still frozen in an amazing cooler! I kept them cool & wet and finished them over a 3 day period! I will order direct in the future but thanks to you and thanks to my friend!!

I don't check my email often but I just want to say that during Good Friday this past year we had an awesome boil. I have always wanted to do something like this, and it turned out awesome. I'm the guy in the family that does those goofy quirky things and everyone shakes their head and wonders how something will turn out. 99% of the time it always does and we had a lot of laughs and good times doing our first boil. You guys at LCC are the best!! This is our first party pack of the year and there is no way the crawfish could have been any better! Photos were taken by some of our guests that more accurately depict what a grand time we had. I am in the Navy and I am stationed in Northern VA attending school. I found your website about a month ago and asked 6 of my buddies if they wanted to have a boil. I ordered 35lbs of mudbugs from you guys last Friday for delivery Saturday. I got the bugs a little after 10am. This was the first time that i actually hosted (and cooked) a boil. With your bugs and the info I got from your site about preparation, the boil was not only a success but a blast!! One of my buddies is from St. Louis and had never experienced this delicacy. We taught him how to peel and to suck the heads. He did, and he LOVED it! I just wanted to say THANK YOU for a great product. I WILL BE BACK!!!

I just want to say that you guys totally rock. We wanted to do a crawfish boil and I got your name from a friend of mine in New Orleans. We ordered the 20 pound party pack and believe me they were nice sized crawfish. Everyone who ate at my house on Saturday was impressed by the quantity and quality of your product. I followed the directions on your website and out of the 20 pounds we had a few dead ones, but you noted that that may happen. I used to do a seasoning of Old Bay, fresh garlic and lemons, but your spices were right on the money and we all enjoyed it immensely. Let's say that a few beers helped cope with the spice. My nephew went to law school in New Orleans and felt like he was back there after eating your crawfish. I can honestly say that Oceanside, NY, on Long Island will make sure your name is known.
