UPS shipped our order to a wrong place and said there was no way to get our order on June 5th for our anniversary dinner. When I called and told you you said you would ship another order at no charge on Monday or refund that order. I chose reship. It was not at all your fault and you reshipped the order. Thank You. I did not see the order arrive as I was out delivering food in the community on Tues, Wed and Friday. My husband was home and he took care of the meat. He immediately cooked up a package for him and our grandson. They ate the whole package.He loved his anniversary present. I just have to say WOW! and Thank You so much! We will order again. Hi - We ordered 25lbs of mud bugs from you for a spring boil. Not a common thing here in Chicago and (of course) it was a great hit! We also ordered boudin and chicken andouille which were delicious. and some crawfish necklaces. All y'all were super helpful with my several phone calls and what to do and how much etc (since we are novices and had only attended boils in the past, not put one on ourselves). So just writing to say THANKS! and we'll probably do it again later in the summer.

My buddy ordered 30lbs to be delivered on a Saturday in New Mexico. They came right on time alive and kicking. Only about 4 dead when we started rinsing them off. The boil went off without a hitch and the taste was amazing. Really can't say enough about the service and quality of this company. We were very impressed and will continue to use lacrawfish.com. Now to start planning a blue crab cook...

Just wanted to send a testimonial about how successful my first crawfish boil was using your product. I ordered 45 pounds of select purged crawfish from you guys over the weekend. Firstly, I was pleased with how well they withstood the shipping up to Chicago, I shipped them Friday and kept them overnight in my basement. I was able to keep them alive but next time I think I'll just pay extra to have the delivered on Saturday. Secondly, your recipes and tutorial videos were very helpful for someone who has never cooked crawfish before. I ended up going with a 20 qt boil pot and was able to do batches and keep them in the cooler they were shipped in. That was helpful since my guests all arrived at various times. Lastly, The purged crawfish were a huge plus. We had a lot of first timers and I was worried they would be turned off of crawfish by muddy or "veiny" crawfish but everyone has a great time and we hope to have another party this year.

Avery, Sorry for just touching base after purchasing our live crawfish from you guys, but I wanted let you know how pleased we were with them. Amazingly, the average amount of dead crawfish equaled the amount if we had purchased them locally in New Orleans! Just wanted to let y'all know that you made my birthday party one of the BEST ever!! My Dad wanted to do a boil for me for my 38th birthday... he had done a boil before at his place for his friends,but I have not been there for it... he lives about 2.5 hours away from me,and it just never worked out for me to make it to one of his boils... Its been about 8 years since I have had a genuine crawfish...there used to have an annual festival down here in south Florida,but for whatever reason they stopped doing that. Dad ordered 30 lbs of the selects,made sure the billing address was him and the shipping address was me...had them overnighted and arrived from Fed Ex the next day right on time at 10:30 AM...we were doing the boil at 7pm so we had plenty of time to get everything ready.. They arrived well packed and almost EVERY one was alive...maybe a total of 5-10 were crushed or otherwise dead, but overall everybody looked good! The spices were just terrific and the crawfish were absolutely amazing.. All my friend had a great time and I cant wait to order from you again. Thanks for making my birthday one of the best ever! Just wanted to compliment you guys on your great service. Orderd the 10 lb pack along with 5 lbs of tails on Tues approx 3:30 and received them by 10 AM Wed morning. THANKS!!! I am active duty military and no matter where I am stationed, I always miss my home state of Louisiana and naturally, the food. Yesterday you guys shipped me 61 lbs of quality crawfish and my family and I hosted our first annual Louisiana Crawfish Boil. It was a huge success and I think we have some converts in the mid atlantic region. Your customer service was fantastic, as was your product. More importantly in my family's view is that you guys brought us a taste of home and for that we are very appreciative.

I couldn't be happier with the crawfish I recieved on friday. We didnt cook them till saturday around 4. But when we did start cooking we only found a few that didnt make it. Great product! I will be ordering from you again.

We're celebrating my husband's 30th birthday tomorrow and all he wanted for his party was crawfish! My mother-in-law and I thought we were going to have serious problems locating his birthday wish. We jumped on the internet and lo and behold, there were dozens of crawfish companies. Problem solved...so we thought. I sent out invitations announcing "Crawfish and cocktails" and jumped back on the internet to order out feast. Only, I had no idea that crawfish was out of season. Thank God for Google! I typed in a search for "whole frozen crawfish," and was led to several companies that only sold tails. Just as I was about to give up, I clicked on your link and was pleased to see exactly what I was looking for. I called your company and left a message. Miss Avery called me back right away and answered all of my questions and placed my order for me. I ordered 40 pounds of crawfish, a 36 quart stockpot, and 1 pound of seafood boil. To be honest, I was really worried about not getting my full order in time. The pot arrived yesterday, and the crawfish arrived about 30 minutes ago. I was really surprised and pleased to see that along with my order, I got a couple of bonuses. The jar of cajun seasoning and Mardi Gras beads are a great touch! I was a crawfish/crawdad/ mudbug virgin until last night. My new girlfriend recently moved from LA and had been talking about missing them. I surprised her with a 20lb bag of them for her birthday. My order was right on time and only had 3 or 4 dead out of 20lbs! It ended up being a great party.Thanks to your whole crew for a job well done. Cudos to FedEx for having them there when promised. I've started a bad precedence however, now I have to top this somehow next birthday...any suggestions!? Thanks Guys!!

I personally have never been to Louisiana and so have never experienced a true Crawfish Boil. My husband and oldest son were able to go down last year on a mission trip with some friends and LOVED the "boils". For my husbands 40th birthday, we decided to do one at home (here in Washington state) so we looked around the internet and my friend found your website. I fell in love with your website (it is SO east to navigate and I LOVE that you have posted all over that the shiping is included in your prices!) and decided that your prices were the best. I ordered but still had one question. I called the next day and spoke with a VERY nice lady who answered my questions quickly and well. We got our crawfish party pack on time and out of 30 pounds, there were only 8 dead ones!! That's crazy!! I am so totally impressed with your company...from your website to your prices to your customer service to the quality of your product. My wife, a Cajun transplant from Louisiana brought some of her wonderful culture to our friends & family here in Tampa, FL. She introduced all of us to crawfish boils & Cajun/Zydeco music. Ever since, our annual crawfish boils have grown larger and larger. Our last party was such a hit, we had to have a second boil for my Father's Day present so I could have my fair share of the crawfish. We started out buying form different companies before we found The Louisiana Crawfish Company three years ago. It is truly not fair to compare your level of quality, service & price to the others. Everything we have received from your company has been top quality & first-class. I am always amazed how large the crawfish are and how over 99% are alive every time. Out of the 120 pounds we bought last year, I believe we only had 6 dead ones. I have one friend in particular that after seeing first hand what your product was like ( he cooks crawfish once a year for a local high end restaurant) is now a very satisfied customer of yours too! We cannot say thanks enough for helping us share good times and good food with our family & friends. We received our crawfish live & healthy. We were so excited. We haven't had live crawfish since leaving the area after Katrina! We were celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary. Boiling crawfish, drinking wine & listening to some good blues made us like we back in New Orleans! Thanks for the memorable anniversary. We plan to make it an annual anniversary celebration!
