Dear friends, Thank you! On Sunday, we had the absolute best crawfish boil thanks to you. We live in a remote mountain town in Colorado (moved from New Orleans more than 20 years ago). And on Mother's Day, that's what my sweet wife wanted, a crawfish boil. And you delivered! FedEx doesn't even deliver to our town on weekends, but you kindly arranged for it to be sent to the next nearest town so it would reach us. The select crawfish were big, beautiful and full of life! Your product, service and price simply cannot be beat. Even the FedEx people said, "this company does it right. We get a lot of crawfish and seafood shipments in here, and many of them are leaking, with the containers falling apart. Not this one." They're right. You folks take great care of your customers, and I am so grateful. What a blessing. You provided a very special day for the most special lady. Thank you. I wish I could afford to have a crawfish boil more often. But whenever I do, I will certainly be ordering from you. I can't imagine any business taking better care of their customers than you do. Sorry for the late response, but I can't let it go with out saying that you costumer service is outstanding you products are the best we've had, to be expected. My family had a great boil. We will keep doing this every year , they liked the two boils that may be the new pre summer party's. Thanks again you are a pleasure to deal with. You and all your family's have a great year. I just placed and received an order of gator nuggets last week and it arrived on time and was on ice and when I fried them up, they were just a big hit with my family. The crawfish delivered Friday afternoon and were great. Only 4 were crushed/dead and everyone enjoyed them. Your boil seasoning was very good on the crawfish and vegetables. We had several people who had never had crawfish and now they are hooked. Thanks again for the easy ordering/tracking process and the party pack included with the crawfish!

100% satisfied! I ordered the frozen crawfish tails, smoked pork sausage and jambalaya mix. My order showed up at my door exactly when promised. Nicely packed. And the quality of the products was excellent. We made up a family sized portion of jambalaya, and let me tell you: it was FANTASTIC! Delicious is an understatement. You guys are "the best" ! This is my 4th order , 110% satisfaction . Live crawdads are sweet as can be. The products are grade A , love the boil season also. I'm pretty picky but find no need to alter your seasoning, well done. I would like to compliment on customer satisfaction , fast, curious and understood.

Just want to let you know how pleased we were with our live crawfish shipment. I was a little, no, a lot nervous since I ordered the crawfish a day early of our crawfish boil party. I called and received advice on keeping the crawfish alive and well till boiling day. Out of 70 pounds, we only had about ten little crawfish that didn't get to swim in the "hot tub". We had a successful crawfish boil thanks to your advice on the telephone and the instructions and seasonings included with shipment. I can't wait to order again!

Hi. I ordered 120 lbs of live crawfish to be delivered to California. They were wonderful. We had less than 2 lbs of loss and I could not have ben happier! We had about 10 people at our home that had never had crawfish before and they really enjoyed it! Thank you for helping me being a little bit of home to California!

Just wanted to say that this was year 6 for our Annual Carter Crawfish Boil and you haven't disappointed us yet. We started the tradition in 2005 for my son's first birthday. We hadn't planned for it to continue but the next year everyone was asking when we were having King's (my son) Crawfish Boil...hence the tradition was started. We started out ordering around 60 pounds and are now up to 120. Every year, without fail, you have provided great crawfish! We love that this year we had the option of choosing select and may have to shoot for the jumbo next year. We want to thank you for your consistancy in quality and customer service. Greetings from Morgan Hill, California! The crawfish order arrived amazingly in perfect condition. All but three were alive. The best crawfish we ever tasted! My son said this is the real thing, how crawfish should taste. Thank you!

I can not thank you enough for making a very memorable meal possible that kicked off a ten year camping celebration with friends a VERY successful start. I received 30 pounds of crawfish with Dat Dip, beads, a flag, several pounds of sausage and had no idea this all came with a good time baked in to the mix. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I have to hand it to the LA Crawfish Company! I ordered 100lbs of live crawfish to be shipped overnight to Fort Worth for a Friday delivery. When the crawfish arrived we followed the instructions on how to handle and maintain the crawfish when received. We transported the crawfish to Possum Kingdom Lake for a Saturday evening boil. We hosed down the crawfish a couple of times and stored them in a cool dry area with some lose ice on top. All night I worried how many we would lose and kept kicking myself for not paying the extra $12.50 to have them delivered directly to PK for a Saturday Delivery. We had never ordered live crawfish and did not know what to expect. To everybody's surprise we only had a dozen or so which did not survive the trip. The crawfish were great! Thanks so much for helping us put our 1st annual end of school crawfish boil. Next years event is schedule Memorial Day week end so until next year-y'all take care of those mud bugs!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for another great shipment of crawfish last week, the 120lbs went well (and quickly), and as usual, they were big, alive, and tasty as ever.
