Louisiana Crawfish Company

I just wanted to to say that my wife and I just celebrated our 29th anniversary. We ordered 35 pounds of crawfish y'all delivered them with perfect timing and they were wonderful. Just wanted to say thanks. We had a great feast.

Just wanted to thank you guys for a successful crawfish boil, and to let you know that I'm pretty sure my boil would not have been this much of a success without you. Living in South Carolina is a challenge all in itself, but the good news is that I was able to introduce crawfish to a group of about 20 people that have only had Chinese restaurant crawfish or had never tried them before. I only had about 10 crawfish total that didn't make it, which places you guys at the top of my very short list from which I will order from again (You are the only one on the list, BTW). Thanks again for a wonderful product and helping me to have such a great success.

I just wanted to thank you making our crawfish boil in Connecticut a success. Being from Southern Louisiana. I was worried about ordering crawfish and having them shipped. I have been so homesick and when I received the email about the specials for Father's day, I decided to give it a try. My husband thought is was the best father's day gift ever. We had may 10 crawfish out of 60lb that died. We invited all our neighbors and friends, they couldn't get over how awesome the boil was. We've decided to make this an annual tradition. Thank you again for sending home to me.

We ordered 80lbs of jumbo crawfish for our boil this past Saturday. Received Friday afternoon and took a look. These were the best looking crawfish we’ve seen in years. Hardly found any dead ones and there were all very clean and huge. Thanks for providing such a superior product. Everyone had a great time and the crawfish were awesome. Can’t wait until our next one!

Just a note to thank ya all for our first crawfish boil. Everything was perfect. Your seasoning is second to none. (its good on bass also) The only problem was, I didn't order enough. I plan on havin a boil over the 4th of July so I will be ordering enough to fill my tractor front end loader. Thanks again and I'll be placin my order soon! Gib, from the hills of Pa.

Dear Louisiana Crawfish, I would just like to say that you guys "ROCK". Wow! You get "5-Stars"!! I ordered Boudin yesterday and it arrived today well packaged. I was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas, but both of my parents were born and raised in Lake Charles and Calfax, Louisiana. We grew up on Boudin and ate it all the time. After 26 years in the U.S. Navy and ultimately settling down in San Diego, CA I have been looking for a place to order Boudin and have it delivered right at my door. I was little hesitant about ordering a perishable item thinking that it might arrive in bad condition, but you totally dispelled that notion. The Boudin was not only well packaged, but I tried the Comeaux Pork Boudin (hot spicy) and it was "FANTASTIC". All is well that ends well. You guys knew that FedEx had messed up my order before I did and you called to let me know - which gave me time to plan a different menu for a party that could not be moved to a different day. After a prompt, full refund, you let the shipment come to my house anyway. Some friends picked them up as I was out of town. They tell me that, even after the day+ delay, about half of the crawfish were still alive. They sorted them out, cooked 'em up right and had an excellent time. I think you will have them as a new customer and, of course, I will try again in a few weeks. Thanks so much for the way you handled this!

I would like to thank you for the wonderful crawfish that I received in my order this Friday we did a boil saturday complete with the crawfish corn potatoes sausage and shrimp. It was a hugh success everyone enjoyed themselves and raved and ranted about the crawfish you will surley receive orders from me in the future since I'am a Baton Rouge transplant in Texas my wife and I both love crawfish, I still have some left I did not use in the freezer the grandbaby is coming for the summer and has requested PaPa to have mud bugs on hand. I wanted to thank you for the best gift I could ever get my mom! We both moved away from Louisiana do to the military and always talk about how much we missed having crawfish. So I ordered 10lbs as a surprise, my sister and she went crazy when it arrived. My sister wouldn't stop hugging the box! Thank you again so much!

We had our crawfish boil last night, and it was awesome! The crawfish were the largest I had ever seen, and all of them looked to be in good working order. The spices were right on, and your directions were very useful and easy to follow. We introduced our entire party to crawfish at our boil last night, and all of them kept right on eating, some even 'sucked the head'. My wife and I lived in Leesville, LA for 3 years where we developed a taste for crawfish, we left in 1997, so it had been 11 years since I had eaten any, so this was a real treat. You can count on me being a repeat customer for many years to come. Thanks much.

First, I hope you are all doing okay after Gustav! I was hoping that it would all stay south of you, but from watching the news, it looks like he got pretty far inland. Second, I just want to write and say thank you for the great crawfish! I live in Ann Arbor, MI, and I've been wanting to order from you guys for some time. Knowing this, my sister surprised me with your delicious crawfish this past week! She ordered 10lbs of precooked crawfish and some alligator fillet nuggets for us to enjoy while watching football on Saturday. She even got me Louisiana Crawfish Co. t-shirt, which I will wear proudly! Everything was fresh and fantastic! Nice and spicy (I like spicy food, thus my appreciation/fascination for Louisiana cooking!) and flavorful! This definitely will not be the last time we order from you guys! Love them mudbugs! For the first time we tried a crawfish boil here in Colorado. I got the order for my birthday and those that I shared it with have never done it before. We had the most fun preparing the boil and eating the entire 10lbs. There were three of us and we did the boil in our apartment. I was extremely impressed with the service that you gave us and how prompt you were with it. I got numerous orders from different companies for my birthday and your company was by far the best in service and taste. I had neighbors stopping by because the aroma was so good. Now they all want to do a big crawfish boil and we are in the process of putting that together and of course, we will order only from you. I really appreciate the fact the everything was in box and ready to go. All we needed to add was the potato and corn. Your video on how to care for the crawfish until boil and how to boil, was more than helpful in the process. Thank you for the most delightful experience and I cannot wait to do it again, time and time again. :) Thank you very much!
