Dear LaCrawfish Team, I want to send you all a heart filled thank you! I received our order on Friday and it exceeded every expectation. Originally from Georgia, but went to college in New Orleans. I moved back to Georgia shortly after graduating in 2002 but have truly missed the taste of Louisiana, Crawfish. After 17 years away, I visited New Orleans in 2018 and the first thing we grabbed were Crawfish when we visited then. I was a little nervous ordering online and doing a boil as it was the first to both. The package arrived timely and out of the entire shipment there were only a handfull that I had to discard. After watching your how to videos, our 1st crawfish boil was a success!!! This was so needed at the time that we are in. Our family had a blast and all complimented the taste brought back memories of me while visiting me in New Orleans for my basketball games. I wanted to give you feedback on my recent order. I recently ordered 20 lbs of Crawfish, 5 lbs of Shrimp, Boidan and a hat. This is my 4th or 5th order from you. Crawfish were healthy. Alex thought it would be funny to let one pinch him. This provided entertainment for 15 minutes. Boidan tasted much better than my brother's homemade attempt. I'll say I didn't say this if asked. There was a fight for the hat. I won. Quality of all the food was excellent. Same as the previous orders. You guys rock! Customer for life! Good afternoon, I recently move from Baton Rouge to Oklahoma with a promotion from my company. I quickly realized how empty the spring and early summer are without crawfish. I work for a nationwide company that is based out of Mandeville, LA and I am certainly not the first Louisiana man to move to a different state. I called some of the people that I knew were from Louisiana and every one of them said to contact La Crawfish Company for my crawfish. That was the first surprise. The second surprise was that I got to speak with Samantha today while placing my order. She stated that she had only been there for one season, but that didn't stop her from being extremely knowledgeable about your company and an absolute pleasure to speak with. She really seems to enjoy what she does and it shows through in her voice and in her attitude. Thanks so much for a quality product at a great price. The crawfish and shrimp arrived early the next morning and when I opened the cooler I was greeted with a big bag of frisky crawfish ready for the boiler, and some of the biggest and cleanest shrimp I've seen. Thanks again and looking forward to ordering from y'all again soon. Oh, and the shrimp were better than anything I could get here in Florida.

I ordered from you guys because the company I had been ordering from for the last 8 years could not guarantee me crawfish for the Memorial Day weekend. Luckily I found your website online and placed an order for 70 lbs for delivery to my house on the Saturday of that weekend. The crawfish were amazing as was the seasoning you included. Great size and not too many dead ones. I will no longer be using that other company and look forward to ordering from you again. You definitely have a new customer!

Just wanted to say that this was year 6 for our Annual Carter Crawfish Boil and you haven't disappointed us yet. We started the tradition in 2005 for my son's first birthday. We hadn't planned for it to continue but the next year everyone was asking when we were having King's (my son) Crawfish Boil...hence the tradition was started. We started out ordering around 60 pounds and are now up to 120. Every year, without fail, you have provided great crawfish! We love that this year we had the option of choosing select and may have to shoot for the jumbo next year. We want to thank you for your consistancy in quality and customer service. My daughter was home from college and wanted something special for easter, so last week, my wife and I ordered 20lbs of crawfish from your company for the first time. I can't say how impressed I was. The crawfish were delivered early and with very little dead loss, much less than I expected. The mudbugs tasted great and the meat was sweet. The spices included were positively the best we've ever tasted. I know the party was going well because I couldn't get anyone to stop eating long enough to carry on a conversation. In my book, that's the highest compliment. You have new loyal customers in my family and have begun a new easter tradition. My wife, a Cajun transplant from Louisiana brought some of her wonderful culture to our friends & family here in Tampa, FL. She introduced all of us to crawfish boils & Cajun/Zydeco music. Ever since, our annual crawfish boils have grown larger and larger. Our last party was such a hit, we had to have a second boil for my Father's Day present so I could have my fair share of the crawfish. We started out buying form different companies before we found The Louisiana Crawfish Company three years ago. It is truly not fair to compare your level of quality, service & price to the others. Everything we have received from your company has been top quality & first-class. I am always amazed how large the crawfish are and how over 99% are alive every time. Out of the 120 pounds we bought last year, I believe we only had 6 dead ones. I have one friend in particular that after seeing first hand what your product was like ( he cooks crawfish once a year for a local high end restaurant) is now a very satisfied customer of yours too! We cannot say thanks enough for helping us share good times and good food with our family & friends. This was the first time I have ordered from your company and the first time the crawfish have arrived in New Bern on time and intact. Your FedEx shipping worked great. Additionally, I found several crawfish farmers here in North Carolina. When I called one of them he said that he was charging $4.00 per pound for live crawfish. I just wanted to let you know how great your company is. We placed our very first order with you last week, received it Saturday and boiled it Sunday. I had to hold it 30 hours after receiving it so I called and asked for advice. After following the instructions I received, when it came tie to boil, there was not a single dead crawfish in the bag. The quality of your products and staff are OUTSTANDING. We will be ordering again!!
