To whom it may concern, First off, I do not write reviews. In all my life I may have written 3 or 4, but I wanted to send one to you guys to show my gratitude. My wife is from New Orleans. We met 17 years ago on Bourbon St. This year for her birthday all she wanted was to go home to New Orleans and spend time with family. Due to the Corona virus that was not going to be an option. She was very depressed and I was racking my brains as to what I could do for her birthday. Being a New Orleans native she naturally loves crawfish boils. We have tried to order live crawfish twice before from other companies and the experience was not a good one. Both times they were almost all dead and also very small. So I was very nervous to hinge her birthday plans on trying to order live crawfish from LA. I placed an order for a sack with you guys the day before her birthday. I received a call confirming my order. The lady I spoke with was very nice and I was even able to make a last second change to my order pertaining to the spices that were included. The next day the crawfish arrived in time and were kickin like crazy. I sent a video of the crawfish moving in the cooler to my buddy in Kenner. He said "those things look better than the ones I get here locally". We had a Mardi Gras themed birthday party for my wife and the crawfish boil went off without a hitch. I passed your info off to all my friends here locally who all plan on placing some orders for their boils. Hello you wonderful folks at LA Crawfish Co! I have been meaning to write back to you for several weeks now and thank you... We ended up ordering 40 lbs of crawfish from you to celebrate our Dad's birthday for delivery on August 5th, to cook on the 6th. This was our first attempt at a crawfish boil, and thanks to you, it was a success! We were nervous about it being late in the season, and keeping the bugs alive overnight, but we followed your (Cori's?) instructions and almost all of them made it to the boil the next morning! Boy were they FIESTY! I ordered the package that included your spice mix, which was just perfect. I can't thank you enough for selling a great product and providing amazing customer service to make my Dad's special day extra special. Thank you...thank you...THANK YOU! You now have some loyal customers out in Western NY who will order from you again, and recommend you to everyone!

Thanks so much for sending those 20 lbs of kickass crawfish and spices and really simple directions. Also to Corey for such good advice and vegetable suggestions. I never would've thought to include asparagus. We had such a great feast yesterday. Felt like NOLA in Bmore!!!

Hello everyone at Louisiana Crawfish :-)(special thanks to Cori who helped me with tons of questions and preparing my order) I wanted to let you know our delivery is in hand it arrived a few hours ago and all is absolutely wonderful ....I can't wait for my husband to get home from work for his birthday present - what a wonderful memory filled meal we will have tonight, We lived in Moss Bluff outside Lake Charles for 10 years and have not had Crawfish since coming to Nova Scotia in 1999 - this is going to be a fun evening to reminise and enjoy some wonderful food! I just wanted to thank you making our crawfish boil in Connecticut a success. Being from Southern Louisiana. I was worried about ordering crawfish and having them shipped. I have been so homesick and when I received the email about the specials for Father's day, I decided to give it a try. My husband thought is was the best father's day gift ever. We had may 10 crawfish out of 60lb that died. We invited all our neighbors and friends, they couldn't get over how awesome the boil was. We've decided to make this an annual tradition. Good afternoon and Greetings from Loveland, CO... A quick note to follow up with a "Colorado Crawfish Boil Report" On April 8th, our daughter turned 40 years old. We have lived in Loveland for the past 10 years. Previously, we lived in Texas for 30 years and had our share of Crawfish Boils. Jody can to me and said "dad, I want to have a Crawfish Boil for my Birthday...." We ordered the crawfish on Friday, April 8th, received the crawfish on Saturday, April 9th and had the party on Sunday, April 10. I called down and spoke with your customer service and told them what I wanted to do...... She mentioned that they do not recommend waiting another day to do the boil, however, it could and can be done...and gave suggestions on how to keep the crawfish over night... We had a "Very Successful Boil" We were pleased and surprised at the "VERY FEW" casualties that we had in the 60 pounds that we purchased... Thanks and Thanks and Thanks.. I ordered the 40-49lbs crawfish bundle last Friday. This was the first time using your company for our annual crawfish boil. I was impressed by your service and quality in the crawfish.

Just a note to thank ya all for our first crawfish boil. Everything was perfect. Your seasoning is second to none. (its good on bass also) The only problem was, I didn't order enough. Just wanted to send a testimonial about how successful my first crawfish boil was using your product. I ordered 45 pounds of select purged crawfish from you guys over the weekend. Firstly, I was pleased with how well they withstood the shipping up to Chicago, I shipped them Friday and kept them overnight in my basement. I was able to keep them alive but next time I think I'll just pay extra to have the delivered on Saturday. Secondly, your recipes and tutorial videos were very helpful for someone who has never cooked crawfish before. I ended up going with a 20 qt boil pot and was able to do batches and keep them in the cooler they were shipped in. That was helpful since my guests all arrived at various times. Lastly, The purged crawfish were a huge plus. We had a lot of first timers and I was worried they would be turned off of crawfish by muddy or "veiny" crawfish but everyone has a great time and we hope to have another party this year.

Received the 40#'s yesterday. And of coarse everyone enjoyed them. Great job as always guy. Looking forward to next months batch.

I wanted to post a Testimonial: Last year was the first time I decided to order Live Crawfish to bring with us for our camp out with another family. We live in New York so craw daddies are nowhere to be found. I have to tell you that not only did I impress my husband but the other family has already asked if I would do the same this year! I used your boil pack, added fresh corn on the cob and red potatoes into the pot. Drained and poured everything out on the picnic table and all 8 of us chowed down! I am originally from Baton Rouge. I grew up and left for a career in the military and ended up in El Paso, Texas after 20 plus years as a Soldier...well there is little water and no seafood here(only frozen crap) till my wife discovered your site. So for the second year in a row I have ordered from your site crawfish for my birthday in March ....even though the fedex guy dropped and almost botched my order My taste buds were rewarded with my favorite dish from home ....hot spicy boiled mudbugs!!!!...one even survived the west Texas heat for 3 weeks after the party in a bowl of cool water (my grand-daughter fed him beta feed ) ....Thanks to you I get a taste of home at least once a year and have started a new tradition out in the desert!! I have been around the world and bought from different places but u guys actually do what u say you will and thats bring the best product from the gulf area at a competitive price!!!!!!! Our second "near Chicago" crawfish boil was a smash success Saturday. And Louisiana Crawfish Co. is the best. The 60 lbs. of crawfish arrived on time. I did not find a single "damaged" critter in the whole bunch. Special praise is due to you for your great communications, order receipt, order confirmation, order shipping and order tracking. I have twice now had native Louisianans say that these were the best crawfish they had ever eaten. And our northern rookie friends dived in with a passion (after the first bite). Praise doesn't get much higher.

Every year, we have a party we call "Critter Christmas" where we get friends and family together and cook a large variety of exotic game. This was my first year to order alligator from Louisiana Crawfish Company and rest assured, I will continue using your company in the future. Just wanted to say that this was year 6 for our Annual Carter Crawfish Boil and you haven't disappointed us yet. We started the tradition in 2005 for my son's first birthday. We hadn't planned for it to continue but the next year everyone was asking when we were having King's (my son) Crawfish Boil...hence the tradition was started. We started out ordering around 60 pounds and are now up to 120. Every year, without fail, you have provided great crawfish! We love that this year we had the option of choosing select and may have to shoot for the jumbo next year. We want to thank you for your consistancy in quality and customer service. From reading through a few of the customer testimonials on your site I can't imagine that I am going to tell you anything that you don't already know...But I do want to thank your company and tell you what an outstanding party your crawfish and shrimp helped to create a couple of weeks ago. The food was amazing but what was really cool was when we poured them onto the table it became a rotating center of conversation. We had about 40 people and about 15 at a time would filter in and out. It really brought people together. I have thrown a ton of parties in my life but this one garnered the most compliments ever and it was all because of your crawfish. I foresee myself being a loyal customer for years to come. I wanted to thank you for the best gift I could ever get my mom! We both moved away from Louisiana do to the military and always talk about how much we missed having crawfish. So I ordered 10lbs as a surprise, my sister and she went crazy when it arrived. My sister wouldn't stop hugging the box! Thank you again so much!

I have attached a few pictures of our boil. I can’t say enough about how happy we are to have found you guys. The crawfish were in great shape and the seasoning was absolutely perfect. We were excited to be able to share a little Louisiana cuisine with people who had never experienced it. We will definitely be back for more!!
