Wow, you all never disappoint! My go to crawfish folks for several years now and my birthday weekend was no different. McKayla (I hope I spelled it right) was amazingly sweet and seemed to know exactly what I needed. I'm a Gulfport MS boy transplanted in Kentucky in the Army and just stayed! Yesterday I put on another crawfish class for the folks that use crawfish for bait! When I picked up the crawfish the FedEx lady said "thank goodness you're here, these things scare me!". I told her if they were open later I'd bring her some freshly cooked; she declined and told me others had crawfish to pick up and she'll be glad when they are gone. I told her not to give them to the customers unless they are Louisiana Crawfish Company so she wouldn't be the one ruining their weekend! Smile!! I guess you can say I am extremely satisfied with you all and appreciate your business integrity and products! You made my YEAR y'all! 5/24/2020

I live and work in Atchison, Kansas at Benedictine College. In the past three years we've purchased about 600 pounds of crawfish from the Louisiana Crawfish Company for our annual Crawfish Boil. Each time we've ordered the live crawfish, it was overnighted and on time. Our students got a kick out of the live crawfish and look forward every year to the event. We never have left overs after the event. We will be having our boil yet again this year, and everyone is looking forward to it. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Thank you for fulfilling my order of 50 pounds of large,fantastic crawfish. My wife's 60th birthday seafood boil was a success. La Crawfish delivered the product just as promised directly to my doorstep. Take it from me, we will be ordering in the near future!

I just wanted to thank you for making my first crawfish event a success. I poured through the website and the videos were very helpful. I had called a couple of times asking "rookie" questions. The staff was very helpful. I read many of the testimonials and I was confident that this was the company that I wanted to use. I made the order and chose the purged select size. The order came in by UPS without a hitch and on time. I was impressed by the size and the liveliness of the crawfish. They were very clean and very few were dead. I would estimate out of 50 lbs, maybe only 20 were dead. It was impressive. The event was great. Everyone loved them. The seasoning packets were flavorful and just the right amount of heat. We had such a great time that I can say I will be buying more very soon for another party! It was a great experience from start to finish. Thank you, Pete

I was amazed at the size of the crawfish (as were all my guests) and the purged crawfish only required a couple rinses before dropping them into the pot. Out of 40 pounds of crawfish, there were literally 5 crawfish that weren’t alive! I couldn’t believe how well they were packaged with the ice packs still fairly solid. This was my first time ordering from you, but it definitely won’t be my last. I can’t offer enough praise for your company from start to finish. It was so easy to order online, your description of the crawfish was spot on, and I even received a call confirming my order, as well as letting me know the guaranteed delivery time (since I had requested an earlier time when placing my order), and you included a coozie with my order too. I just wanted to share a picture and say thanks for everything. I was really surprised with the quality of your crawfish. I am originally from the New Orleans area and I could not find this quality anywhere in the New Orleans area. We ordered 50 pounds of the select and only lost 10 crawfish. You and your team are the best!!! I will be ordering again before the season is over.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that you had sent an additional order of crawdads! This was far beyond my expectations! I was actually able to salvage about 9 pounds from the order that was held up in Memphis for 16 hours. I only lost 6 from the additional order. Thank you so much for making this a special time for us. We had a few " no shows" but had a grand time. I have pictures, see below. Extreme thanks to LA Crawfish for their customer support and follow up on this order. You were in touch with me through all of the issues with the order. A major miss by FedEx, but no fault of yours. Good afternoon, I recently move from Baton Rouge to Oklahoma with a promotion from my company. I quickly realized how empty the spring and early summer are without crawfish. I work for a nationwide company that is based out of Mandeville, LA and I am certainly not the first Louisiana man to move to a different state. I called some of the people that I knew were from Louisiana and every one of them said to contact La Crawfish Company for my crawfish. That was the first surprise. The second surprise was that I got to speak with Samantha today while placing my order. She stated that she had only been there for one season, but that didn't stop her from being extremely knowledgeable about your company and an absolute pleasure to speak with. She really seems to enjoy what she does and it shows through in her voice and in her attitude. Thanks not only for providing me with sustenance that I absolutely can't live without, but also employing friendly people like Samantha. Our second "near Chicago" crawfish boil was a smash success Saturday. And Louisiana Crawfish Co. is the best. The 60 lbs. of crawfish arrived on time. I did not find a single "damaged" critter in the whole bunch. Special praise is due to you for your great communications, order receipt, order confirmation, order shipping and order tracking. I have twice now had native Louisianans say that these were the best crawfish they had ever eaten. And our northern rookie friends dived in with a passion (after the first bite). Praise doesn't get much higher.

I ordered 15 pound of live crawfish on Thursday and the arrived at 10am on Friday and they were very active. I followed the instructions and cooked them around 6pm and only lost 5 crawfish. They were amazingly fresh and tender. The value and quality are outstanding. We will be ordering again and again. Thanks!

Hi, I just wanted to say thanks for an outstanding customer service and wanted to applaud your family history (videos fantastic!). It was my first time hosting a boil, and quite honestly, it turned out quite good! Of course, I did tweak the ingredients a bit, a slight South American touch if you will (all i did was add some sweet potatoes), and it turned out wonderful! Im attaching a few pictures of my family the day of the feast (i'm the safari-looking guy). All i had was a willingness to try something new, and you guys provided me with the tools!! I could not be more satisfied with the quality, service, price, and product your company provides. Growing up in Mississippi and having a father that lives in New Orleans, I have always associated the spring months with crawfish boils. But, ever since moving to Washington, DC two years ago, I haven't been able to enjoy my favorite crustacean in quite the way I was accustomed to. That is, until I ordered 100 lbs of fresh, live crawfish for my cookout this past weekend! They came off the FedEx truck the morning of the party--just as y'all had promised they would--and, after a thorough cleaning, I found maybe a dozen didn't survive the overnight trip from Louisiana. Oh, and these mudbugs were HUGE with big, meaty tails and claws! The boil was a raging success and my friends and I were able to show our non-Southern guests how to clean, cook, and eat fresh crawfish the proper way. So long as I live in this area, I will never purchase crawfish from anyone outside of the Louisiana Crawfish Company.
