Wow, you all never disappoint! My go to crawfish folks for several years now and my birthday weekend was no different. McKayla (I hope I spelled it right) was amazingly sweet and seemed to know exactly what I needed. I'm a Gulfport MS boy transplanted in Kentucky in the Army and just stayed! Yesterday I put on another crawfish class for the folks that use crawfish for bait! When I picked up the crawfish the FedEx lady said "thank goodness you're here, these things scare me!". I told her if they were open later I'd bring her some freshly cooked; she declined and told me others had crawfish to pick up and she'll be glad when they are gone. I told her not to give them to the customers unless they are Louisiana Crawfish Company so she wouldn't be the one ruining their weekend! Smile!! I guess you can say I am extremely satisfied with you all and appreciate your business integrity and products! You made my YEAR y'all! 5/24/2020

I want to let LA CRAWFISH and the world know that it is very refreshing to deal with a company that truly understands the meaning of Customer Service. LA Crawfish did their job, shipping out 100 lbs. of crawfish on the requested date to arrive the day before our party. We always get the crawfish on Friday to give us a day buffer in case of any snafu. We received a call on Friday morning from FED EX advising us the shipment was delayed in Memphis, TN and would arrive the next business day. I advised them that live crawfish arriving on Monday after the party, are totally useless to us. FED EX then advised me that they would put a note in the computer to deliver on Saturday but they couldn’t guarantee it. Having dealt with large corporations in the past, I realize we are a grain of sand and I didn’t have a good feeling. Thankfully one of the two coolers of crawfish did arrive on Friday as expected. They were very active and healthy. The type of product we always receive from LA CRAWFISH. I called LA Crawfish and they advised me they already knew of the problem and were researching the solution. We expressed our concern that crawfish sitting in the airport for 2 days in a container with limited air could be cause for dead crawfish. They didn’t argue with us, they advised they would send out 50 lbs. via UPS for Saturday delivery – at no charge. Saturday morning came and to our surprise, FED EX did arrive with the crawfish – a bit smelly but still alive. After rinsing them with water and releasing them into the holding tank they came back to life. Not even an hour later we received the UPS shipment, the crawfish were even healthier than the shipment we received on Friday and they were HUGE!! I think LA CRAWFISH sent us jumbo to solidify the customer relationship. I would recommend LA CRAWFISH to anyone who is interested in getting live crawfish. This was our 20th year to deal with them and we have always had a very positive experience. Thank you LA CRAWFISH for making our party a success – again!!

Thank yall for the beautiful crawfish shipped to us in KC , being from down the bayou and having moved to KC years ago we just don't see much crawfish. Heard about yall from family , put in my order and enjoyed every bit of those crawfish here in KC with family ! Again thank yall for the good quality crawfish . I love LA Crawfish Co. so much, there are no words to describe my appreciation. I am originally from Metairie, LA and moved to Florida. I was under the impression that Florida had seafood, so I traveled with my 100qt. boiling pot. The seafood I get in Florida is no comparison to the fresh seafood and delicious seafood I get when I order from LA Crawfish Co.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that you had sent an additional order of crawdads! This was far beyond my expectations! I was actually able to salvage about 9 pounds from the order that was held up in Memphis for 16 hours. I only lost 6 from the additional order. Thank you so much for making this a special time for us. We had a few " no shows" but had a grand time. I have pictures, see below. Extreme thanks to LA Crawfish for their customer support and follow up on this order. You were in touch with me through all of the issues with the order. A major miss by FedEx, but no fault of yours. I would like to thank your company for such a wonderful experience. We ordered for my sons wedding rehearsal dinner. Almost all of the fifty people in attendance had never experienced crawfish before. Everyone tried them and loved them. I am sure you will receive some new customers. You guys are the best! I grew up in east Texas and used to have crawfish boils all the time, but now I live in Chicago and yesterday I had 20 lbs delivered right it my door. We boiled them up and they were fantastic! Also had fewer than 20 dead that's less than when we'd get them straight from the farm. I'm very impressed and will certainly be using your services again! Just wanted to drop a note to tell you thank you for an amazing crawfish! My husband is a big fan of crawfish. However, living in Argentina the last 15 years, he was deprived of these tasty creatures. It is impossible to get them there. Finally, he is now in US and the first thing I ddi when he came was ordered your live crawfish!!!! I was not sure how it would be possible to have live crawfish delivered to my house in NJ, but I still placed the order trusting that you guys know what you are doing!! I was amazed how quickly and efficiently my order was delivered. I was even more amazed, that out of the 15lb there were not even one dead. All of them were very alive! I just wanted to thank you guys for such a great service and product. This was my first time ordering perishable food over internet, and I was impressed. The crawfish came fresh, alive, clean, tasted really good. They even stayed alive in our bathtub for 2days after delivery (got hem delivered Friday morning and finished cooking and eating on Sunday night). This meant so much for my husband!!! It was a way to bring him back to his childhood! Thank you so much for making it happen!

Thanks LA Crawfish team! I just have to say that I had ordered the Alligator Fillet Nuggets and the Smoked and Fresh Alligator and Pork Sausages this week and just had them yesterday at my BBQ and they both were phenomenal. The Alligator Filet Nuggets were absolutely amazing and went really quick! If I ever need to get inspired by NOLA again, I am definitely coming back to get some more! Thanks again!

Hi, I just wanted to say thanks for an outstanding customer service and wanted to applaud your family history (videos fantastic!). It was my first time hosting a boil, and quite honestly, it turned out quite good! Of course, I did tweak the ingredients a bit, a slight South American touch if you will (all i did was add some sweet potatoes), and it turned out wonderful! Im attaching a few pictures of my family the day of the feast (i'm the safari-looking guy). All i had was a willingness to try something new, and you guys provided me with the tools!! THe 30lbs of crawfish I received on Saturday were just plain awesome! For this time of year, the size was great and almost every crawfish was alive when I received them. Thanks for taking so much great care in providing live crawfish to those of us up here in the cold Midwest. I think you will also pick up a couple new customers who ate them for the first time at our party.

What can we say? We had a fabulous 4th of July in Jasper, Indiana - and the main item on the menu was crawfish from the Louisiana Crawfish Company. Our guests could not believe what we were serving - and they were just as good as we remember tasting down in Louisiana on a trip to visit a cousin over ten years ago. The box had a little damage upon arrival - but the crawfish were all fine. We were even able to have a few crawfish races prior to the big boil. So glad we found you on the internet - your website is fantastic and we would recommend your company to anyone and everyone! Thanks so much - perhaps we will order again!

Awesome!!!!!!!!!! It was my first live boil and it could have not gone any better. The crawfish were great!! My employees and guest were so impressed I think this may become a tradition here at Malibu Beach RV Park. Thanks for the great service and the great food. We have a lot of parties here, but when the crawfish hit the table it was on!! The music stopped, the conversations ended and all you could hear was people going yum, yum! with the sun setting on the Pacific Ocean in back of us it could have not been a better day. I just wanted to say thank you for helping make our Easter the best Easter we have ever had. We ordered crawfish and had it delivered on Saturday. We kept it until Sunday and only had a handful that didn't survive the hot weather in Arizona. Every year you come through for us and we appreciate it. Just wanted to let you know we ordered 60 lbs of crawfish last week and they were excellent. We had a so called Crawfish party and guests couldn't believe how many crawfish we received and how good they were. Alot of them had never had crawfish before. Thank you again for wonderful service.

As always, your company enabled another successful Kloker Boys annual crawfish cookout this past weekend. I may have mentioned it before, but I am sooo glad you all decided to go with FedEx for your airport to airport delivery. Delta Dash was such a pain to deal with. The crawfish were awesome and very good size this year so thanks again.
