To whom it may concern, First off, I do not write reviews. In all my life I may have written 3 or 4, but I wanted to send one to you guys to show my gratitude. My wife is from New Orleans. We met 17 years ago on Bourbon St. This year for her birthday all she wanted was to go home to New Orleans and spend time with family. Due to the Corona virus that was not going to be an option. She was very depressed and I was racking my brains as to what I could do for her birthday. Being a New Orleans native she naturally loves crawfish boils. We have tried to order live crawfish twice before from other companies and the experience was not a good one. Both times they were almost all dead and also very small. So I was very nervous to hinge her birthday plans on trying to order live crawfish from LA. I placed an order for a sack with you guys the day before her birthday. I received a call confirming my order. The lady I spoke with was very nice and I was even able to make a last second change to my order pertaining to the spices that were included. The next day the crawfish arrived in time and were kickin like crazy. I sent a video of the crawfish moving in the cooler to my buddy in Kenner. He said "those things look better than the ones I get here locally". We had a Mardi Gras themed birthday party for my wife and the crawfish boil went off without a hitch. I passed your info off to all my friends here locally who all plan on placing some orders for their boils. My Wife Suprised me for Father's Day with a 20lb live sack here in Pennsylvania! They were just as good as when i had them down there 20 years ago. Thanks for making them affordable. We will order more again soon!!!

One big shout out to Louisiana Crawfish Company. I Ordered 70 lbs of crawfish to be shipped to Arizona. Delivered directly to our home at 10:00 am. Only had about 12 crawfish that were dead, a whole lot less than what we expected. We were exceptionally pleased with the quality of the crawfish and the very small loss. We will be ordering again from Louisiana Crawfish Company. We lived on the Gulf Coast before moving to Arizona and really missed our crawfish boils. Now we know where to go to get our fix. Next time we may do it when it is a little cooler, it was 106 here when we decided to have our crawfish boil.

Dear Louisiana Crawfish, I would just like to say that you guys "ROCK". Wow! You get "5-Stars"!! I ordered Boudin yesterday and it arrived today well packaged. I was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas, but both of my parents were born and raised in Lake Charles and Calfax, Louisiana. We grew up on Boudin and ate it all the time. After 26 years in the U.S. Navy and ultimately settling down in San Diego, CA I have been looking for a place to order Boudin and have it delivered right at my door. I was little hesitant about ordering a perishable item thinking that it might arrive in bad condition, but you totally dispelled that notion. The Boudin was not only well packaged, but I tried the Comeaux Pork Boudin (hot spicy) and it was "FANTASTIC". It has been a long time coming for me to order the crawlfish. I hadn't ordered these things in about 10-12 years so my youngest didn't remember them. Worst of all is he absolutely loves them. Well our order came 7-3-13 and I couldn't wait. He has never had them that fresh and he went to town eating them. I forgot how great they tasted fresh. We had a great time and for the quality, shipping, fun and price you cant beat it. Oh did I mention the alligator. Yeah 4lbs of alligator gone in minutes. Thanks again for the service, AWESOME customer service, and the great time. I cant wait to order again and do it right. I got the rust off now the fun begins. You guys are "the best" ! This is my 4th order , 110% satisfaction . Live crawdads are sweet as can be. The products are grade A , love the boil season also. I'm pretty picky but find no need to alter your seasoning, well done. I would like to compliment on customer satisfaction , fast, curious and understood.

Just wanted to let you guys know that I decided to have a crawfish boil to celebrate my retirement from the U.S. Air Force and it went off without a hitch thanks to y'all. I ordered 50lbs and seasoning originally then added platters and changed the delivery to a Saturday and you guys never missed a beat. We received our 60 lb order yesterday here in remote West Texas (where overnight takes two days, normally) on time and in great shape! We only had 6 dead crawfish out of 60 lbs! What a great shipment! That is an all time record. We would never expect such great ratio purchased on site, let alone shipped out. It arrived on time, overnight, and we all had a fantastic time celebrating my birthday. Thanks for such excellent service and quality products. The goods arrived as expected and were enjoyed by a large crowd here in TN on Sat. evening. The cooker is a serious machine and nothing about the evening, food or other was disappointing in any way. Just wanted to let y'all know that our 10 pounds of mudbugs were awesome with less than five of 'em dead! The gator bites were excellent as well! Can't wait to order them again next year!!!

WOW! This is the second time I have ordered from you. I was not disappointed. The crawfish arrived live and fiesty. I followed the instructions and hosed them down a few times and got them wriggling. The cajun treats were dilivered on Saturday and stayed until Sunday when I cooked them. The spices were fantastic. I added corn and potatoes and everyone had a blast. Now here is the thing. Out of 30 pounds I only had 57 dead ones. I was pleased with that ration and 4 of the people that were at my house asked me where I got the 'bugs' and how I cooked them. I gave away your brochure so expect to ship some up to Long Island, NY. Basically, we overdosed on crawfish, aligator legs and tons of other things. You guys know your stuff and I was very happy with the results. Thank you for the quality that comes from Louisiana. The good time truly rolled in my house this past weekend. Stan Perlin

Hello, I received my first order of crawfish from you yesterday afternoon. I don't understand why anyone would order from any other company. They were very lively, only 8 or 9 dead or crushed, and most important they were delicious. I am no expert on crawfish boil, however I do know what I like and I loved the taste of your crawfish boil and creole seasoning. It was simple, no added or hidden charges. You have the right formula. Simple to order, products of excellent quality. But most important, as I said before they were delicious. You will be getting more orders from me. Thanks!

Just wanted to let you know that the shipment arrived right on time. Almost all survived the long trip to Canada, maybe 10 dead, which will not go to waste as I will use them for fishing in the upcoming weekend....This experience was one of a kind, definitely worth the extra freight cost. A big thanks goes out to you and your family for making the ordering process as painless as it could be and having such good quality.
