I received your crawfish party pack and I just would like to say thank you very much! I hope this will become a annual tradition as it is mine and a few other friends birthdays. I love LA Crawfish Co. so much, there are no words to describe my appreciation. I am originally from Metairie, LA and moved to Florida. I was under the impression that Florida had seafood, so I traveled with my 100qt. boiling pot. The seafood I get in Florida is no comparison to the fresh seafood and delicious seafood I get when I order from LA Crawfish Co.

I wanted to email you and tell you how much my buddies and I enjoyed the crawfish we received. The crawfish were completely alive and yall exceeded all of our expectations. Big and fat ones seemed to be the majority of our package. Also thank you for the free koozi yall threw in the package. Lubbock Texas has never seen better crawfish and I plan on ordering much more this season and seasons to come.

LOUISIANA CRAWFISH TOTALLY RULLES THE BOIL!!!!!! Once again, LA Crawfish has made a gathering of people happy. Let me re phrase that, we had 19 people over for a crawfish boil and they had the best time ever!!!!!. Why, you may ask, well, how about the freshest, tastiest, spiced up mudbugs that were the centerpiece of the afternoon. My son specifically requested a crawfish boil to celebrate his 30th birthday. So, I ordered 30 lbs (see the connection) of select sized crawfish and 12 pounds to marinated alligator legs. Now, here is the best part. The way LA Crawfish ships their product, I received my package 15 minutes before the estimated delivery time and the alligator legs were still frozen. Unreal. The crawfish were active and I hosed them down 5 times to keep them that way. When I finally did cook them I only lost 32 crawfish out of 30 pounds. That was spectacular. The spices were great and I usually add sliced lemon and garlic cloves to the cooking liquid. After the bugs were bright red I cooked red potatoes and corn in the same broth. 19 people were very happy, very stuffed and asked when we would do it again. Most took home doggy bags. The potatoes are spectacular smashed and cooked as hash browns the next day and served with burgers, chicken or fish. Thank you for another successful party. Your product is stellar, your service is spectacular and your reputation is un questionable. Will I order again, no question. Can I say enough about your product, no. Thank you again and again.

Wanted to send a huge thank you for sending the most amazing crawfish, shrimp and sausage. We have ordered from you several times when we lived in GA and now in KS. I wanted to send a quick note and tell you that the 50 lbs that we got last week were AWESOME!!! We only had about 10 dead ones out of the whole batch...the seasoning was perfect, and our Crawfish boil in Ohio was PERFECT. There was not one left on the table...

A big thank you to LA Crawfish company for making my seafood boil a HUGE success. I placed my order on a Monday and my crawfish arrived Friday morning at 10am. I was surprised that they arrived so early since I live in a rural area. When I opened the box they were alive and well. Our boil wasn't until Saturday so I had to keep them alive until then. They did really well overnight in the container then I put them in a stock tank Saturday morning and gave them a little water so the kids could pick them up and have races. I only lost about 20 crawfish out of 30lbs keeping them alive for the next day. That isn't bad at all. I am a native of Thibodaux and have lived in Missouri for 17 years so this a great way to bring a little cajun country to the midwest. No one at the party had ever eaten crawfish before but it didn't take long for them to learn how to peel and chow down. Even had a few that loved to suck the heads! Thanks again for your great customer service and wonderful product. We will be doing this annually now and I have already reffered several friends to your company.

I would like to send a thank you for your excellent customer service. FedEx had a problem with Memphis airport and told me my shipment would not be received in time for my party. I received a call from you that you would not charge me for the shipment even though it really did not fall under your resonsibility. It turns out I recieved my shipment right at the beginning of my party and we were able to still have a great live crawfish boil! I have to say your crawfish were much larger than I expected and your seasonings were the best I have ever had. Thank you for providing great customer service and a wonderful product.
