I want to thank all the hands involved at Louisiana Crawfish! Thank You for your efforts! With the Covid-19 pandemic, stay at home orders, and kids out of school...this Memorial Day was very different to say the least. However, I have typically hosted a crawfish boil on Memorial Day for many years, and it is part of our family tradition. My order was successfully delivered to North Carolina early Saturday morning, the website was easy to use, and I was relieved when that package arrived knowing that many hands at Louisiana Crawfish Company made it happen. I thoroughly enjoyed getting together and celebrating with my family and friends later that afternoon. My wife is a Louisiana native, she absolutely loves crawfish, and it does my heart good to prepare these for her! I believe my pot was spicy enough to kill any virus, and there was enough garlic in my boil to keep all the vampires away too! Thanks again for helping us keep our family tradition alive during these uncertain times. Just getting together, away from the news, proved to be a just what I needed. Louisiana Crawfish Company is definitely an essential business in my book!

Happy Thanksgiving! My little family has had turducken for Thanksgiving ever since Hurricane Katrina when we wanted to support Louisana small businesses from up North here in Maryland. We'd always purchased it from another business until this year when the usual merchant was out of stock of the size turducken we wanted. I'm not sure how I found LACrawfish, but you had what we wanted so I ordered from you.! Yesterday, my husband fired up his pellet grill, we unwrapped our turducken(with jambalaya stuffing) basted it with our traditional butter & olive oil mix and let 'er rip. We will never buy from another grocer again. The LACrawfish turducken was MAGNIFICENT, every one of us determined that it was indisputably the best one we have ever had. The dressing was perfect, the seasoning was perfect, it was PERFECT. And the day after, it is nearly gone. Maybe next round we'll order one a bit larger! It's been a challenging year, but Thanksgiving was extra special thanks to the main dish!!! There has even been a suggestion to do a repeat for Christmas!!! Thanks again! My daughter wanted to do something different for her college graduation party so I ordered 70 lbs of select crawfish.. We could not have been happier with the quality and freshness of the delivery. I planned on starting the boil at 4 pm and As promised it was delivered right on time and packed perfectly. We fed 60 people with a few leftovers! I was amazed at the size of the crawfish (as were all my guests) and the purged crawfish only required a couple rinses before dropping them into the pot. Out of 40 pounds of crawfish, there were literally 5 crawfish that weren’t alive! I couldn’t believe how well they were packaged with the ice packs still fairly solid. This was my first time ordering from you, but it definitely won’t be my last. I can’t offer enough praise for your company from start to finish. It was so easy to order online, your description of the crawfish was spot on, and I even received a call confirming my order, as well as letting me know the guaranteed delivery time (since I had requested an earlier time when placing my order), and you included a coozie with my order too. wanted to drop you a quick note to say thanks again for your quality service. Once again the 150 lbs of crawfish arrived as scheduled and were alive, large, ready for a bath with some fixens. Hello LA Crawfish Co. Attached is our party picture of the week. I recently celebrated my bachelor party with a Pheasant Hunting trip to Martz’s Hunting Preserve (http://www.martzs.com/) located in Dalmatia Pennsylvania. To say the least it was a weekend with indulgence and pure gluttony. Our indulgence included, Crawfish Boil from LA Crawfish Co, and a wild game meal including: Turkey, Pheasant, Chucker's, Emu, and Venison. As usual the highlight of our feasting was the Crawfish Boil. Also, I want to express my appreciation and gratitude to LA Crawfish CO for providing awesome customer service and the highest quality product in the industry. You guys make crawfish boils easy and possible anywhere in the nation. WOW! I hope we are not to late to submit our Party Pic of the Week. We just got back from the hunting trip today. Thanks Stacy for being there to answer the phone and take my order. The boiled crawfish I ordered were absolutly GREAT. I am originally from Metairie and Katrina kinda kicked me out and I have been looking for a Good Company that I could get boiled crawfish from(shipped) without paying and arm and a leg. Not only were the crawfish from La. Crawfish a decent size and priced right in order to be shipped to Michigan, but, they were ABSOLUTLY DELECIOUS. It really reminded me of being at home in "the boot" while being in "the mitten". THANK YOU

We have been planning a big party for my wife's 50th Birthday out in California. She is from Louisiana. We are having a Crawfish Boil in the backyard and wanted to be as authentic as possible. Accordingly, we found your website. BTW- it is a great website and easy to use. We were nervous about ordering the frozen perishable crawfish, but with all of the great testimonials and explanations on shipping, I felt more secure. We placed the order on Wednesday for Thursday delivery. We also ordered some other party items that we wanted immediately as well. Cori called me on Wednesday and was outstanding in helping me get everything ordered. On Thursday morning, Cori called me and explained there was a problem with Fed Ex overnight. The crawfish were stuck in Ft. Worth unrefrigerated and ruined. She immediately told me that she was reshipping and recalling the bad shipment. I was extremely impressed by Cori and Louisiana Crawfish for taking the initiative to track my order for me and identify a problem, even though it wasn't their fault. It was Fed Ex's fault. The reshipment was received in good order today and we will have a great memory and party. Cori and Louisiana Crawfish went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. Hi. I ordered 120 lbs of live crawfish to be delivered to California. They were wonderful. We had less than 2 lbs of loss and I could not have ben happier! We had about 10 people at our home that had never had crawfish before and they really enjoyed it! Thank you for helping me being a little bit of home to California!

Fathers Day (celebrated on Saturday cuz we couldn't wait to try them) turned out to be fabulous and why? Because your crawfish made it that way. They were wonderful, tasty and delicious. We had enough left over to make an Etoufee the next day. Thank-you so much for those tasty tidbits!

Just wanted to say that this was year 6 for our Annual Carter Crawfish Boil and you haven't disappointed us yet. We started the tradition in 2005 for my son's first birthday. We hadn't planned for it to continue but the next year everyone was asking when we were having King's (my son) Crawfish Boil...hence the tradition was started. We started out ordering around 60 pounds and are now up to 120. Every year, without fail, you have provided great crawfish! We love that this year we had the option of choosing select and may have to shoot for the jumbo next year. We want to thank you for your consistancy in quality and customer service. I think you run a top notch business and will recommend you to all of my friends. I have really had some poor service in this industry-late deliveries, poor quality, and sometimes no delivery at all. I could never say enough about our crawfish boil. My entire family that lives here in Virginia Beach, VA (moved here between 8 and 15 years) all cam from different areas of Louisiana (born and raised) - Kenner, Destreham, St. Rose, etc. Well boy were we pleasantly suprised at this crawfish boil. Rec'd crawfish and there was only about 7 or 8 dead - WOW!!! We have ordered from other companies and have always had 4 or 5 dozen dead. WE WILL ALWAYS ORDER FROM LACRAWFISH FROM NOW ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone had a great time and we almost felt like we were back home - except it was 68 degrees and quite chilly. I just wanted to thank you. The shipping was great. The crawfish were awesome. The first crawfish that alot of the northerns have ever seen. I'm so glad I could have a little piece of home all the way up in Bismark, North Dakota.

Just wanted to let you know that the shipment arrived right on time. Almost all survived the long trip to Canada, maybe 10 dead, which will not go to waste as I will use them for fishing in the upcoming weekend....This experience was one of a kind, definitely worth the extra freight cost. A big thanks goes out to you and your family for making the ordering process as painless as it could be and having such good quality. And there's nothing wrong with having another excuse to drink more beer. I would go nowhere else to place another order which I'm sure I will do before the season is up.
