Louisiana Crawfish Co, I just got back to Texas after spending the weekend in Virginia. My granddaughter graduated high school and asked if I could do a crawfish boil for her graduation party. Being a good Papa, how could I say no. Needing crawfish, I googled and found your company. Taking the leap of faith, I placed my order. Guaranteed noon delivery, on Saturday, none the less. Fair price per sack. This is to good to be true. My son in law calls me at the hotel at 9:30am, "Dad, the crawfish are here", Dang! Now to see what "premium" looks like. To say I was pleased when I seen them come out of the sack is an understatement. These were colossal! I can't thank you enough for making me look like a champ to my granddaughter, family and friends! Your product was a hit, your service from order to delivery was impeccable! Thank you! We have another graduation and will celebrate my son-in-law's military retirement this time next year, again in Virginia. Guess who will be getting my repeat business! Thank you so much for making our party the best one we have had. The crayfish boil was a 100% home run with everyone - including those that doubted how good they twist an how fun to eat they are. They came wen you said they would an out of 30 lbs - 5 an only 5 had died. Next time I think we will get a whole alligator. But will will defiantly order from you all again. Thank you so much

I don't need any help, I just wanted to let you guys know that I ordered a sack of crawfish on Friday 4/26 that was delivered to us on 4/27 over here in Saint Augustine, Florida. They arrived, and man did we eat good. For field run crawfish they were mostly huge, I'd say way above average. Being from New Orleans and living out of the state now, its darn near impossible to get good oysters, crabs, shrimp that taste like gulf shrimp, and absolutely impossible to find good crawfish. You guys did an amazing job at what I think was a better than fair price. There were maybe a dozen dead crawfish in the whole sack, and that's probably because we waited to eat them on Sunday. They were clean, and the honestly the best I've ever had. You guys made my 8 year old's day and made me realize just how proud I am to be from Louisiana!

Just wanted to let you know that we appreciate the great customer service. We ordered 5lbs live crawfish to be shipped to MO and Fedex delayed the shipment. Just wanted to say how pleased I am about your product and service. I had 30# of jumbo crawfish delivered to my home on a Saturday. They got there exactly when it was communicated and they were in excellent condition, of the 30#'s I only had 6 dead. Greetings from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina: We received our order as promised last Saturday at the FedEx facility in Myrtle Beach, SC. We had a company event entitled Celebrate Summer which started on June 10, 2017 at 5:00pm. We opened the package and found the crawfish to be alive but still cold - just right to boil along with seasoning. After rinsing (these were purged and select grade) and putting on to boil - they turned out perfect and made a wonderful addition to our shrimp and BBQ chicken. We hosted upwards of 75 people and the crawfish were the centerpiece of our event. Rest assured, I will be using you for future events as I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and your customer service. Thank you once again! just wanted to say thank you for doing what y'all do. I'm in KY and ordered my crawfish on Thursday and had it Monday morning for my boil that afternoon. It was amazing! It was also my first boil and it couldn't have gone any better. The instructions in the pamphlet helped like non other. I only had about 10 dead of my 10 pound bag (which I expected) so I'm pleased with the delivery of live crawfish. Overall I want to say thank you so much for helping me have a great boil and to be able to teach my friends how to eat them delicious creatures. Couldn't be happier and will be returning.

Our crawfish boil was a HUGE success here in Boulder, CO. Wife and I went to LSU and tried to recreate a good crawfish boil for some newbies. Crawfish arrived on time, were clean and big and I counted ONE dead one. Crawfish were delicious....one mild batch and one that gave you a sweat moustache. New tradition...look for annual orders from me in May/June. Thanks again!

Howdy Folks, Just wanted to drop a line and say Thank You for such good service and a great product! I ordered live crawfish to be shipped to my in-laws in Idaho. The order arrived on time, in perfect condition and without anything missing. They had a great boil and enjoyed the mudbugs very much. This was not my first order from LA Crawfish, and it definitely will not be my last.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that you had sent an additional order of crawdads! This was far beyond my expectations! I was actually able to salvage about 9 pounds from the order that was held up in Memphis for 16 hours. I only lost 6 from the additional order. Thank you so much for making this a special time for us. We had a few " no shows" but had a grand time. I have pictures, see below. Extreme thanks to LA Crawfish for their customer support and follow up on this order. You were in touch with me through all of the issues with the order. A major miss by FedEx, but no fault of yours. Thanks so much for a quality product at a great price. The crawfish and shrimp arrived early the next morning and when I opened the cooler I was greeted with a big bag of frisky crawfish ready for the boiler, and some of the biggest and cleanest shrimp I've seen. Thanks again and looking forward to ordering from y'all again soon. Oh, and the shrimp were better than anything I could get here in Florida.

The party was a tremendous hit. The alligator was delectible and I should have ordered more. Made about 20 gallons of gumbos, one shrimp and tasso and one chicken with sausage. Louisiana Crawfish will remain on my list to visit frequently. Thanks.

Just wanted to commend you for such awesome crawfish. I've lived in Louisiana all my life (I'm 56) except when we moved away last year to Columbia, MO, where people have no idea what good seafood is. We have boiled crawfish twice this month & I must say the ones we cooked today were the best by far. They were so big that I thought they would be hard, since it's getting late in the season, but they were perfect. Even though they are quite expensive, darn well worth it in my opinion!!! Awesome!!!!!!!!!! It was my first live boil and it could have not gone any better. The crawfish were great!! My employees and guest were so impressed I think this may become a tradition here at Malibu Beach RV Park. Thanks for the great service and the great food. We have a lot of parties here, but when the crawfish hit the table it was on!! The music stopped, the conversations ended and all you could hear was people going yum, yum! with the sun setting on the Pacific Ocean in back of us it could have not been a better day. Thanks so much for the quality and fast shipping of crawfish. There were very few dead ones. Out of 120lbs there were only 25 dead ones, total not pounds. This crawfish boil for my sons graduation will be a forever memory. I was able to introduce what a Louisiana crawfish boil is all about to 60+ people here in Iowa and everyone had a great time and loved the food. I will order from you again. Thanks!

I would like to send a thank you for your excellent customer service. FedEx had a problem with Memphis airport and told me my shipment would not be received in time for my party. I received a call from you that you would not charge me for the shipment even though it really did not fall under your resonsibility. It turns out I recieved my shipment right at the beginning of my party and we were able to still have a great live crawfish boil! I have to say your crawfish were much larger than I expected and your seasonings were the best I have ever had. Thank you for providing great customer service and a wonderful product.

I just wanted to send you guys a message thanking you for making my NYC Juneteenth crawfish boil a success. Not only did they arrive at 10:45am, but they were ALL still alive and were impressively big crawfish. Once cooked the smiles and fun could not be contained, and we turned many yankees into crawfish lovers.
