Happy Thanksgiving! My little family has had turducken for Thanksgiving ever since Hurricane Katrina when we wanted to support Louisana small businesses from up North here in Maryland. We'd always purchased it from another business until this year when the usual merchant was out of stock of the size turducken we wanted. I'm not sure how I found LACrawfish, but you had what we wanted so I ordered from you.! Yesterday, my husband fired up his pellet grill, we unwrapped our turducken(with jambalaya stuffing) basted it with our traditional butter & olive oil mix and let 'er rip. We will never buy from another grocer again. The LACrawfish turducken was MAGNIFICENT, every one of us determined that it was indisputably the best one we have ever had. The dressing was perfect, the seasoning was perfect, it was PERFECT. And the day after, it is nearly gone. Maybe next round we'll order one a bit larger! It's been a challenging year, but Thanksgiving was extra special thanks to the main dish!!! There has even been a suggestion to do a repeat for Christmas!!! Thanks again! Our order arrived and and out of the hundreds of craws we had less than a dozen and a half dead and a lot of your "field run" craws are monsters! I really don't know how you guys pull it off, but I'm consistently blown away by the quality. I wish I could get mussels alive at that ratio. I just wanted to take a minute and thank you for the great crawfish! My wife and I recently ordered 70lbs of live crawfish for a Saturday boil with our friends and family. My husband is part cajun during his summers as a youth he would visit his father in LA and always raved about crawfish. So as an anniversary party I decided to have a crawfish boil and our family here were just amazed with the crawfish and LOVED them. We only had about 15 dead ones in a 20lb bag. I am writing to you in thanks for a fantastic service. I am a native Louisianian (Slidell), but I have lived in Portland, Oregon for approximately eight years. During that time, I have repeatedly wished that I could host an authentic crawfish boil for my friends here, and you folks made that possible. I ordered 30 pounds of live crawfish for the recent Memorial Day weekend, and they arrived here in perfect condition (and held up equally well on the drive from Portland to our camping site in the Columbia Gorge). People up here went crazy for the crawfish, and it was wonderful to finally share such a treasured part of my home culture with my Pacific Northwest family. The boudin that I ordered was also exceptional. Great service, great product, and everything at a surprisingly low price. Best, Kyle

Howdy! Just wanted to drop you a quick note and thank you for all of your assistance in helping to make our first annual "Crawfish and Bullets" event a success. We had 14 guys out for a crawfish boil and skeet shoot and the quality (size and taste) of the live crawfish was spectacular. We opted for a Saturday delivery, early pickup from FedEx at your recommendation and had almost no dead loss out of 40lbs. Many of the participants had never been to a crawfish boil and they loved every tasty red mud bug. Your customer service from the time of order to delivery was spectacular (including a number of calls and hand-holding) and your instructions for how to prepare and serve was spot on (we found a little longer steam helped plump them up a bit, but that's nit picking). You have made a lot of fans (including a couple of Dallas Cowboys) and we'll definitely be placing future orders.

We got our 20lb Party Pack Saturday before noon and it was on!! Only 1 little "bug" dead and crushed. Unbelievable. They were fabulous! More than enough for 4 expatriate Cajuns to eat in all day long. We look forward to placing another order very soon. Could you tell me when the 'season' usually ends? We've heard all that stuff about months that end with 'r' in it and stuff, but I want the info from you folks, 'cuz you're definitely the Mudbug experts! Just wanted to let you know that our crawfish boil went great this weekend, thanks for such a great product and service. The order arrived exactly when requested and everything was packed very well. Out of 30 pounds, there were only 3-4 deads bugs. I was very pleased to be able to throw a great party and to bring a little bit of Louisiana to Southern California. First time user of your company and you have earned high marks. Awesome!!! From Louisiana (Chalmette) and have lived in Colorado last 10 years. This is the first time I have tried shipping live crayfish and it was simple and a very good experience. It was surreal boiling crayfish while looking up at 14,000 ft Long's Peak in the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. Seasoning was perfect. Will throw a big bash soon and want to know if you actually have a "season" and how long into the summer can I get the quality that I got today. Could not have been happier with your service. My family and friends had such a wonderful time, I thought I would take a few minutes to send you guys an e-mail saying "thanks!" and share some photos with you, as I know you like getting them. Let me first say, your customer service was awesome and the ordering process could not have been easier. Most of the 50 people I had over have never tested crawfish before and some have never even seen them before...I know! I can't believe it either! What did they think of your crawfish? Our crawfish boil last night was a smash success, We had 24 guest. Fourteen of those had never experienced a crawfish boil before. They are already asking "when's the next one?" Your crawfish arrived on time and in excellent condition. I've enjoyed doing a little harvesting around Abbeville so I do know the difference. We found only two "deads" in the entire 50 pound shipment. I also like your pricing practice, everything included for one simple price. Simple and direct; I like that a lot. I could never say enough about our crawfish boil. My entire family that lives here in Virginia Beach, VA (moved here between 8 and 15 years) all cam from different areas of Louisiana (born and raised) - Kenner, Destreham, St. Rose, etc. Well boy were we pleasantly suprised at this crawfish boil. Rec'd crawfish and there was only about 7 or 8 dead - WOW!!! We have ordered from other companies and have always had 4 or 5 dozen dead. WE WILL ALWAYS ORDER FROM LACRAWFISH FROM NOW ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone had a great time and we almost felt like we were back home - except it was 68 degrees and quite chilly.
