I ordered 65 lbs from you guys for a crawfish boil on May 12th and I just wanted to say thanks! Everything went very smoothly. They were ready at FedEx at 9am, packaging was all in good shape, and I was shocked at how few didn't survive the trip (fewer even than when I'd buy from the local seafood distributor when I lived in Atlanta). Just amazing! Looking forward to buying again from yall next year.

Those were the best crawfish we have ever received by mail. You guys have my business for sure in the future. Good prices and select crawfish! I had only three die before boiling and they looked like they were attacked by the others. Judy made the order process easy, and sent me the info for holding. I just wanted to say that the crawfish were excellent. I was so worried about how they would travel and the quality , but my husband was floored at how much meat they held and how good they were. Thank you so much for a good quality product. It made his birthday even better.

I want to let LA CRAWFISH and the world know that it is very refreshing to deal with a company that truly understands the meaning of Customer Service. LA Crawfish did their job, shipping out 100 lbs. of crawfish on the requested date to arrive the day before our party. We always get the crawfish on Friday to give us a day buffer in case of any snafu. We received a call on Friday morning from FED EX advising us the shipment was delayed in Memphis, TN and would arrive the next business day. I advised them that live crawfish arriving on Monday after the party, are totally useless to us. FED EX then advised me that they would put a note in the computer to deliver on Saturday but they couldn’t guarantee it. Having dealt with large corporations in the past, I realize we are a grain of sand and I didn’t have a good feeling. Thankfully one of the two coolers of crawfish did arrive on Friday as expected. They were very active and healthy. The type of product we always receive from LA CRAWFISH. I called LA Crawfish and they advised me they already knew of the problem and were researching the solution. We expressed our concern that crawfish sitting in the airport for 2 days in a container with limited air could be cause for dead crawfish. They didn’t argue with us, they advised they would send out 50 lbs. via UPS for Saturday delivery – at no charge. Saturday morning came and to our surprise, FED EX did arrive with the crawfish – a bit smelly but still alive. After rinsing them with water and releasing them into the holding tank they came back to life. Not even an hour later we received the UPS shipment, the crawfish were even healthier than the shipment we received on Friday and they were HUGE!! I think LA CRAWFISH sent us jumbo to solidify the customer relationship. I would recommend LA CRAWFISH to anyone who is interested in getting live crawfish. This was our 20th year to deal with them and we have always had a very positive experience. Thank you LA CRAWFISH for making our party a success – again!!

I just wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you!! I had my crawfish boil two weeks ago. Being that I live in Michigan, we had to get the pre-boiled crawfish (which tasted fantastic). I received my shipment on Friday night for my Saturday party. Upon arrival, the cooler was destroyed and the crawfish were warm. I reached out and sent photos of the package. Within a few minutes, Avery replied to my email. She managed to get a replacement shipment out that night and saved my party. I really appreciate the excellent customer service I received from Avery and your entire staff.

Just wanted to say that our order was PERFECT. Gave a few Washington DC boys their first taste of mudbugs over Memorial day weekend. Our 15 pounds were absolutely flawless. I couldn't be happier with the crawfish I recieved on friday. We didnt cook them till saturday around 4. But when we did start cooking we only found a few that didnt make it. Great product! I will be ordering from you again.

Unbelievable! My 20 lbs of live crawfish arrived at 10:30 am Saturday on Memorial Day weekend. Not only was every one alive, they were actually crawling and jumping out of the pot. They were truly delicious. I can't wait for my next order. Thank you.

I just wanted to tell you guys how much we appreciated the great service and GREAT crawfish. After moving to West Texas from South Texas (Beaumont) in 2001, we have truly missed the fun and delicacy of spring/summer crawfish boils with family and friends. No one out here has ever heard of crawfish, so I did some Internet research and found your company online. I made the order on Thursday, setting up a Saturday delivery. The staff was super friendly on the phone and the order process was quick and simple. The party pack of crawfish, seasonings, and beads arrived via FedEx to our front door at 10:00 am Saturday. The crawfish were in fantastic shape, great sizes, and not one dead crawfish in the batch! The party was great and the crawfish were super. Thanks for the great service and great pricing. We will definitely use you guys again in the future.

Just wanted to let you know that our crawfish boil went great this weekend, thanks for such a great product and service. The order arrived exactly when requested and everything was packed very well. Out of 30 pounds, there were only 3-4 deads bugs. I was very pleased to be able to throw a great party and to bring a little bit of Louisiana to Southern California. Just wanted to let you know that we received this order last week and the crawfish were BIG and DELICIOUS. I've never done a crawfish boil before-but I used the boil mix and spice that you guys sent along with the order...threw in a couple extra things like lemons, garlic, potatoes, corn, etc. and it turned out GREAT!! We had about 12 people over and we all ate until we couldn't move. Thanks so much- we will certainly go straight to you guys the next time we do a crawfish boil.

First time user of your company and you have earned high marks. Awesome!!! From Louisiana (Chalmette) and have lived in Colorado last 10 years. This is the first time I have tried shipping live crayfish and it was simple and a very good experience. It was surreal boiling crayfish while looking up at 14,000 ft Long's Peak in the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. Seasoning was perfect. Will throw a big bash soon and want to know if you actually have a "season" and how long into the summer can I get the quality that I got today. Could not have been happier with your service. We just the third annual Chuck Lewis Crawfish Boil and it was awesome! I had to get frozen crawfish this year because I live in Hawaii now, and I was a little nervous, but it was the absolute heat! Matter of fact, it was so good that there’s been a demand for an encore. So, we’re going to throw “Crawfest 09” 31 July 2009. How late can I order the crawfish and still have some available? How long is the season going to run? And for some reason I had this thought that you might like some pictures. Thanks again for another awesome setup.

Hi folks, The crawfish were, in one word, AWESOME! I had two craw-sperienced ex-LA helpers and we all agreed that the 120lbs of jumbos that we got were about the finest that any of us had ever seen. Our boil was a huge success; we have done our part to help spread the culture around the world. In true LA fashion, we were planning the next boil before this one was done.
