Wow, you all never disappoint! My go to crawfish folks for several years now and my birthday weekend was no different. McKayla (I hope I spelled it right) was amazingly sweet and seemed to know exactly what I needed. I'm a Gulfport MS boy transplanted in Kentucky in the Army and just stayed! Yesterday I put on another crawfish class for the folks that use crawfish for bait! When I picked up the crawfish the FedEx lady said "thank goodness you're here, these things scare me!". I told her if they were open later I'd bring her some freshly cooked; she declined and told me others had crawfish to pick up and she'll be glad when they are gone. I told her not to give them to the customers unless they are Louisiana Crawfish Company so she wouldn't be the one ruining their weekend! Smile!! I just wanted to thank you all for another great job on my order this past weekend. For the last three years I've hosted a crawfish boil at my home in Maryland for friends and family and every year has been better than the last. The crawfish and sausage all arrived early Saturday morning as scheduled (mix and other items arrived a week early) and they were all fantastic. Thanks again for a great experience. just wanted to say thank you for doing what y'all do. I'm in KY and ordered my crawfish on Thursday and had it Monday morning for my boil that afternoon. It was amazing! It was also my first boil and it couldn't have gone any better. The instructions in the pamphlet helped like non other. I only had about 10 dead of my 10 pound bag (which I expected) so I'm pleased with the delivery of live crawfish. Overall I want to say thank you so much for helping me have a great boil and to be able to teach my friends how to eat them delicious creatures. Couldn't be happier and will be returning.

I just wanted to let y'all know that I ordered the 11 pound turducken for Thanksgiving. Everyone was very excited about it, and it completely exceeded our expectations. No one ate any of the other meats I had prepared! They have requested it from now on, at every holiday meal. Thank you so much for a Thanksgiving meal we will never forget. Just wanted to send a testimonial about how successful my first crawfish boil was using your product. I ordered 45 pounds of select purged crawfish from you guys over the weekend. Firstly, I was pleased with how well they withstood the shipping up to Chicago, I shipped them Friday and kept them overnight in my basement. I was able to keep them alive but next time I think I'll just pay extra to have the delivered on Saturday. Secondly, your recipes and tutorial videos were very helpful for someone who has never cooked crawfish before. I ended up going with a 20 qt boil pot and was able to do batches and keep them in the cooler they were shipped in. That was helpful since my guests all arrived at various times. Lastly, The purged crawfish were a huge plus. We had a lot of first timers and I was worried they would be turned off of crawfish by muddy or "veiny" crawfish but everyone has a great time and we hope to have another party this year.

I received my live crawfish yesterday & am amazed that y'all shipped live crawfish halfway across the country with only 2 dead out of 5lbs!! Live crawfish are not easy to find here in Savannah but I will definitely be ordering more in the near future. PS thanks for the spice & koozie that was really cool of y'all.

I ordered crawfish on Friday late morning to be delivered to Alaska on Saturday morning. Unbelievably, they arrived on time and were perfect. I ordered 10 pounds and all but 8 arrived alive. The seasoning pack was perfect. I simply followed the provided instructions and had the best boil I've ever had. My guests were very surprised to have crawfish in Alaska. And everyone thought they tasted awesome. I received so many comments that the spice was just right and they were the best they'd ever tasted. I just wanted to let you know that our Mishicot matbug boil was a huge success for the youth wrestling club. we ordered 750 lbs Live crawfish shipped to Milwaukee on 5-30-14 by Southwest air. Picked up at airport then a 3 hour drive . when we opened all 20 boxes the crawfish were still cold and the gel packs were still partially frozen when we sorted the crawfish for cooking. there was only 4 lbs of dead ones out of the 750 lbs + Our sorting crew just could not believe it. and this was on Sat 5-31-14. Your crawfish are really the BEST. Our guests kept commenting on the large size and how fresh they were. we served 300 people plus walk ins. I just recieved 50 pounds of the largest, liveliest, and most beautiful jumbo crawfish I have ever seen. Just wanted to let you know that this is the first year we have used your company for our annual crawfish boil. Our group comes from North Baton Rouge, Slidell, Lafourche Parish, and New Orleans. We have found each other over the years and crave La. food as much as we can get it. You guys delivered every thing you promised and then some. The crawfish were beautiful, clean and kicking. The last sack was not boiled till the next day and only 20 crawfish were found dead. That is better than we have had when buying back home in La. We are know permanet customers and look foward to our next shipment for Memorial Day weekend. So glad we found you..

Just wanted to commend you for such awesome crawfish. I've lived in Louisiana all my life (I'm 56) except when we moved away last year to Columbia, MO, where people have no idea what good seafood is. We have boiled crawfish twice this month & I must say the ones we cooked today were the best by far. They were so big that I thought they would be hard, since it's getting late in the season, but they were perfect. Even though they are quite expensive, darn well worth it in my opinion!!! I've never had a crawfish boil outside of the southern LA/MS area until my order from the Louisiana Crawfish Company arrived on Saturday at 11am in Williamsburg, VA. Everything was GREAT! We had a mix of visitors who attended our cooking event, some never had crawfish and those who grew up in the New Orleans area, as myself, but live outside of the crawfish eating crawfish community. We now have some new Crawfish Eating Fans and some full Louisianans. The Louisiana Crawfish Company made this event a Great Success!
