My package arrived today and I just want to say thank y'all so much. It was perfect I asked for extra ice and it came with that and it was still frozen like I needed it to be. Just wanted to say thanks very much for the recent crawfish orders. Both orders were outstanding! I boiled 60 lbs of crawfish in a 2 week period. I had gone to the home of a friend, Ruben Tornini in OK, and he had ordered 40 lbs which I boiled up myself. I then returned back home to PA and decided to give my local PA friends a real treat and we had a 20lb boil. Both times the crawfish were awesome, they were better then expected and I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate your company very much.

All I can say is WOW! I ordered fresh crawfish for my first boil a couple weeks ago for delivery today. At about 11:45 this morning, FedEx showed up with my 30 pounds of bugs. I'd never cooked them prior to today, only enjoyed them. The enclesed spices were great. I cooked 15 lbs at a time, since my cooker was relatively small. The first batch was a bit spicy for the other partygoers (I thought it was great), so I scaled back the spices on the second batch. Everybody was absolutely thrilled. Most had never tasted crawfish before and all who tried them thought they were fantastic. We'll definitely buy again. Thanks Louisiana Crawfish! Thanks to you, I was the hero of the day. Really, you guys were the heroes. I just followed the instructions. All in all, EXCELLENT!!!

I've been a Louisiana Crawfish Company customer for 14 years now! We bought our first 80 lb. batch back in 1999! We've never experienced anything but pleasure and full stomachs at our annual Crawfish Boil and BBQ thanks to you folks! We've just ordered our 80 lb. for this year's bash! Back in the day we did business personally on the phone and we've watched as your business has grown up in the internet era. Because of your attention to detail and customer service we've never needed to look anywhere else for our crawdads when May-June rolls around for our party here at the Jersey Shore. Wanted to send a huge thank you for sending the most amazing crawfish, shrimp and sausage. We have ordered from you several times when we lived in GA and now in KS. We have indoctrinated some friends into the fun of a crawfish/low country boil. It was a wonderful sendoff with our friends before we all leave Fort Leavenworth for places all over the world!

Yesterday you guys shipped me 61 lbs of quality crawfish and my family and I hosted our first annual Louisiana Crawfish Boil. Great experience! I emailed a question about shipping and within an hour you replied back with my answer. I then placed my order and received it the very next day. It came packed safely and frozen. My order was for alligator nuggets which were the hit of my party. Even reluctant Jersey girls said they were surprised how good they were. I rarely write testimonials but this time I had to. Aloha, y'all - I just wanted to let you know the bugs traveled from you to Honolulu just fine, arrived cold and fresh and right on time, and we had a fantastic boil, Hawaiian style. I just love showing off our wonderful food to folks who were not so fortunate to be born in Louisiana, and the crawfish you supplied were perfect! Now if the Saints will please just have a great 2011 season so we have an excuse to do it again!

WOW! This is the second time I have ordered from you. I was not disappointed. The crawfish arrived live and fiesty. I followed the instructions and hosed them down a few times and got them wriggling. The cajun treats were dilivered on Saturday and stayed until Sunday when I cooked them. The spices were fantastic. I added corn and potatoes and everyone had a blast. Now here is the thing. Out of 30 pounds I only had 57 dead ones. I was pleased with that ration and 4 of the people that were at my house asked me where I got the 'bugs' and how I cooked them. I gave away your brochure so expect to ship some up to Long Island, NY. Basically, we overdosed on crawfish, aligator legs and tons of other things. Just wanted to say that this was year 6 for our Annual Carter Crawfish Boil and you haven't disappointed us yet. We started the tradition in 2005 for my son's first birthday. We hadn't planned for it to continue but the next year everyone was asking when we were having King's (my son) Crawfish Boil...hence the tradition was started. We started out ordering around 60 pounds and are now up to 120. Every year, without fail, you have provided great crawfish! We love that this year we had the option of choosing select and may have to shoot for the jumbo next year. We want to thank you for your consistancy in quality and customer service. For years I've been ordering our live crawfish from y'all and have to date never been disappointed. I appreciate that you take such good care of us. I was so glad that you called on Thursday to let me know about the bad weather headed east and the possibility of our crawfish being delayed. Having them arrive a day early was easy and we lost maybe 6 crawfish. They were just what I expected and it really hit the spot. Thank you for what you do, y'all do it well.

I could not be more satisfied with the quality, service, price, and product your company provides. Growing up in Mississippi and having a father that lives in New Orleans, I have always associated the spring months with crawfish boils. But, ever since moving to Washington, DC two years ago, I haven't been able to enjoy my favorite crustacean in quite the way I was accustomed to. That is, until I ordered 100 lbs of fresh, live crawfish for my cookout this past weekend! They came off the FedEx truck the morning of the party--just as y'all had promised they would--and, after a thorough cleaning, I found maybe a dozen didn't survive the overnight trip from Louisiana. Oh, and these mudbugs were HUGE with big, meaty tails and claws! The boil was a raging success and my friends and I were able to show our non-Southern guests how to clean, cook, and eat fresh crawfish the proper way. So long as I live in this area, I will never purchase crawfish from anyone outside of the Louisiana Crawfish Company.

I must tell you that, once again, it was an absolute pleasureto deal with you folks. Your friendliness, passion, and professionalism is apparent at every step of the way; from the initial phone call I made for information on available sizes, the emails I received indicating the processing and shipping of my order, to the phone call I made to confirm my order.
