I ordered crawfish on Friday late morning to be delivered to Alaska on Saturday morning. Unbelievably, they arrived on time and were perfect. I ordered 10 pounds and all but 8 arrived alive. The seasoning pack was perfect. I simply followed the provided instructions and had the best boil I've ever had. My guests were very surprised to have crawfish in Alaska. And everyone thought they tasted awesome. I received so many comments that the spice was just right and they were the best they'd ever tasted. I've been a Louisiana Crawfish Company customer for 14 years now! We bought our first 80 lb. batch back in 1999! We've never experienced anything but pleasure and full stomachs at our annual Crawfish Boil and BBQ thanks to you folks! We've just ordered our 80 lb. for this year's bash! Back in the day we did business personally on the phone and we've watched as your business has grown up in the internet era. Because of your attention to detail and customer service we've never needed to look anywhere else for our crawdads when May-June rolls around for our party here at the Jersey Shore. Now if we can get some help this year from the weather so we don't have to fly the giant tarp over the yard this might be the best Crawfish Party and BBQ ever! Thanks for the years of good eating! In 2008 we held a party for my Mother for her 80th birthday. We gathered the family together in Texas, on the Bolivar Penninsula. We had a Crawfish Boil for about 50 folks to mark the occasion. This year, for her 85th we could not get the majority of the family to Texas, so we held the party in Las Vegas where she lives. I still wanted to have a boil so I looked online and found you folks. I was very impressed with with your website and your follow up call after I ordered. I was most impressed with the confidence that was conveyed to me that the Crawfish would show up in Vegas, alive and on time. And you lived up to all my expectations. The All natural Crawfish were awesome. They arrived early and were not only alive, but very lively. And delicious. They really made the party and brought the Gulf coast to a backyard in Las Vegas. I want to Thank You and let you know I could not have been more pleased and will tell anyone who will listen about your great Crawfish and excellent service.

I just wanted to express my appreciation for your company. Being from Louisiana and now living in Oregon, I am still able to have the tastes of home at an affordable price with a high quality product. I have tried to explain the difference between La. crawfish and the crawfish you can get locally in Oregon, but the proof is always in the taste. Whenever I have ordered crawfish tails, they have always arrived when expected, and are still frozen with the dry ice. Also, if there is ever a question, I get a direct phone call from a very polite member of your staff(instead of an email which may delay delivery). The "extras"(seasoning,hot sauce) that are added are always a nice touch, too. I have only been here a couple of years, but I now have Oregon residents asking me to order for them, as they want the "authentic" crawfish. =) Thanks again for an awesome company,quality products, and true southern hospitality from your staff.

Hi guys, our big ole mardi gras crawfish boil was great and I have a new fave pet...we had 4-5 crawfish left uncooked and put them in our 8 sided 30? gallon fish tank. We had red jewels on top of the rocks at the base of the tank. Each crawfish guarded one of the red stones and in the next couple of days 1 had eaten or beaten up the rest, we named him Mike after Mike Tyson. He is so fun to watch when he emerges from his fave hiding place inside a log? Every year I have a crawfish boil for all my Ducks Unlimited volunteers in Northern Illinois. As you can imagine, we don't have too many crawfish boils up here, so it is a very well attended event and the people love it! We have around 300 attendees every year and people come from all over to attend. I have been ordering crawfish from Louisiana Crawfish Company for 3 years now, and I just wanted you to know that it has been a pleasure doing business with you. When you have that many people coming to an event, it can be very stressful. I used to lay awake at night praying that the crawfish would arrive ontime and alive. Our event was last Saturday and yet again, everything you promised was delivered. We had a great event and the crawfish were ontime and alive!! I can't thank you enough for your tremendous service. We got our 20lb Party Pack Saturday before noon and it was on!! Only 1 little "bug" dead and crushed. Unbelievable. They were fabulous! More than enough for 4 expatriate Cajuns to eat in all day long. We look forward to placing another order very soon. Could you tell me when the 'season' usually ends? We've heard all that stuff about months that end with 'r' in it and stuff, but I want the info from you folks, 'cuz you're definitely the Mudbug experts! I placed an order on Friday at 8:45 for a 40lb party pack and a few extras for the family, extra beads, meat pies, hat, ect. The FedEx man was delivering my order by 9:30 Saturday morning. It was fantastic! The crawfish were huge, the packaging was first rate, and the LA crawfish boil was fantastic. Out of 40lbs. only 3 were crushed, amazing! My only concern was that for some reason the crawfish never got to steam for the 10-15 min. in the cooler prior to consumption like the recipe said. They were so good that the steam time went from 10min. on the first batch to 5 min on the second, to immediate consumption on the last batch. We'll try again next time to get it right. Our friends raved about them so much that we are going to do it again before the season is over. Thanks again for your first rate product and people. God Bless!

Thank you for our order of the 10 lb crawfish party pack, received last Saturday before noon. My husband who is cajun and in the US Navy, stationed in California, was really suprised with his early father's day present. He had as much fun playing with them before cooking them as he did eating them. We had about 10 dead crawfish. The remaining were large and very active. We were pleased with the product, service, as well as your very reasonable prices and will certainly order again in the near future (our older son is an exchange student in Costa Rica and he is a big crawfish lover, so we definitely have to have more of your crawfish when he comes back to the states)!

I just had to write and tell you how satisfied I was with your crawfish. The 15 lbs. of crawfish came right on schedule and they were ALL big and alive! Moving from Dallas to Philadelphia recently, I was extremely disappointed to realize that there are no crawfish up in the northeast. I chose you guys for the fact that I could purchase the crawfish by the pound and not by bulk like other companies. Thank God that you guys exist and that your products and services are so affordable! Also, I'm hooked on your seasoning and will no longer be using that salty Louisiana Crab Boil brand anymore.
