Wow, you all never disappoint! My go to crawfish folks for several years now and my birthday weekend was no different. McKayla (I hope I spelled it right) was amazingly sweet and seemed to know exactly what I needed. I'm a Gulfport MS boy transplanted in Kentucky in the Army and just stayed! Yesterday I put on another crawfish class for the folks that use crawfish for bait! When I picked up the crawfish the FedEx lady said "thank goodness you're here, these things scare me!". I told her if they were open later I'd bring her some freshly cooked; she declined and told me others had crawfish to pick up and she'll be glad when they are gone. I told her not to give them to the customers unless they are Louisiana Crawfish Company so she wouldn't be the one ruining their weekend! Smile!! I wanted to thank you supplying what was the best meal I have had in years. A handful of my buddies and I were curious about doing a crawfish boil and being that they aren't plentiful where I come from we wanted to get the freshest crawfish we could get our hands on. We did just that by purchasing 20lbs from you. They were received lively as can be and only found about 3 dead that we picked out. The instructions supplied along with the party pack worked out absolutely perfect. We will be talking about that for a long time coming. We will definitely be purchasing more in the near future as our bragging to friends has peaked interest in doing this again soon.

We ordered 80lbs of jumbo crawfish for our boil this past Saturday. Received Friday afternoon and took a look. These were the best looking crawfish we’ve seen in years. Hardly found any dead ones and there were all very clean and huge. Thanks for providing such a superior product. Everyone had a great time and the crawfish were awesome. Can’t wait until our next one!

Hello LA Crawfish Co. Attached is our party picture of the week. I recently celebrated my bachelor party with a Pheasant Hunting trip to Martz’s Hunting Preserve (http://www.martzs.com/) located in Dalmatia Pennsylvania. To say the least it was a weekend with indulgence and pure gluttony. Our indulgence included, Crawfish Boil from LA Crawfish Co, and a wild game meal including: Turkey, Pheasant, Chucker's, Emu, and Venison. As usual the highlight of our feasting was the Crawfish Boil. Greetings from Colorado! I am a displaced Acadian living, working and carrying on our fantastic culture here in Colorado where the mosquitos are way more friendly and aint nearly as large, and the weather aint never too hot for a bayou-born boy from dixieland. I had two crawfish boils last year for my friends here at Ecotech Institute and most had never experienced a boil before. After they got over my pronunciation of the word boil they fell in love with it and demanded more! some folks even went out and bought their own cookers. I recently placed my first order with you for 35 lbs of Crawfish. They arrived right on time packaged perfectly. They were the star of my first annual Mardi Gras party. I had planned to get some pictures to post on your facebook but I also made 3 gallons of hurricanes so pictures were forgotten! I will be ordering from you again! I ordered 40 lbs. of crawfish for my daughter's 27th birthday party on Saturday. I just wanted to let you know that they were amazing! We visited New Orleans three times last year - two French Quarter fests, two weddings and one 60th birthday. We love it and sitting at the table in our back yard on Saturday feasting on those crawfish listening to my 12+ hour long NOLA playlist on the iPod was incredible. We'll be back for more but may have to go 60 lbs. next time! Thank you!

In 2008 we held a party for my Mother for her 80th birthday. We gathered the family together in Texas, on the Bolivar Penninsula. We had a Crawfish Boil for about 50 folks to mark the occasion. This year, for her 85th we could not get the majority of the family to Texas, so we held the party in Las Vegas where she lives. I still wanted to have a boil so I looked online and found you folks. I was very impressed with with your website and your follow up call after I ordered. I was most impressed with the confidence that was conveyed to me that the Crawfish would show up in Vegas, alive and on time. And you lived up to all my expectations. The All natural Crawfish were awesome. They arrived early and were not only alive, but very lively. And delicious. They really made the party and brought the Gulf coast to a backyard in Las Vegas. We received our 60 lb order yesterday here in remote West Texas (where overnight takes two days, normally) on time and in great shape! We only had 6 dead crawfish out of 60 lbs! What a great shipment! That is an all time record. We would never expect such great ratio purchased on site, let alone shipped out. It arrived on time, overnight, and we all had a fantastic time celebrating my birthday. WOW!!!! I ordered my crawfish around 2pm on Thursday and they were at my door Friday around noon. I followed the instructions on how to prepare them and enjoyed the best crawfish outside of Louisiana ;). There were only a few dead ones and they were all a nice size. I will definitely be ordering more in the very near future. Great company and I love the fact that it is family based. Keep it in the U.S.A. THANKS!!!!!

I just thought I would e-mail you to let you know that I just placed my third order from you today. I am originally from Louisiana and have lived in Tennessee now for 9 years. I miss Southern Louisiana terribly. I just discovered I can order a little bit of home and have it shipped to me by ordering crawfish from you. Why I haven't done it sooner is beyond me. You have great service and wonderful live crawfish at prices I can afford to have shipped to me every weekend! I am glad I found you online. You know you live in the wrong place when they use the term crayfish or craydad. Don't worry though,I plan on setting these Tennesseans straight and letting them experience real crawifsh boils! Hello, I received my first order of crawfish from you yesterday afternoon. I don't understand why anyone would order from any other company. They were very lively, only 8 or 9 dead or crushed, and most important they were delicious. I am no expert on crawfish boil, however I do know what I like and I loved the taste of your crawfish boil and creole seasoning. It was simple, no added or hidden charges. You have the right formula. Simple to order, products of excellent quality. But most important, as I said before they were delicious. You will be getting more orders from me. Thanks!

We had our crawfish boil last night, and it was awesome! The crawfish were the largest I had ever seen, and all of them looked to be in good working order. The spices were right on, and your directions were very useful and easy to follow. We introduced our entire party to crawfish at our boil last night, and all of them kept right on eating, some even 'sucked the head'. My wife and I lived in Leesville, LA for 3 years where we developed a taste for crawfish, we left in 1997, so it had been 11 years since I had eaten any, so this was a real treat. I wanted to send you a note to tell you how much we LOVE your company! For the last 6 years, we've hosted an annual birthday/ Mardi Gras/ crawfish party every year in February,and every February for the last 6 years we've ordered crawfish from you. But this year, on our party date, there was an inisial circumstance-36inches of snow. The DC area aiprorts shut down, and our crawfish were stuck in Memphis. Seeing the we live in Northern Virginia, our party was going to be without crawfish. We thought that we just wouldn't have the party this year, or we'd place a new order later on. BUT! The very morning of our party, with 36inches of snow on the ground on Fedruary 6, LA Crawfish called (becuasr you must have tracked the order and saw that it didn't make it) and you offered to send us a brand new shipment at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE or a refund. That was 80lbs of crawfish. And not JUST 80lbs of crawfish, but 8olbs of new crawfish to be delivered the SAME weekend of MARDI GRAS, and the weekend after the Saints won the Super Bowl. Do you know awesome you are? It wasn't your fault that we got so much snow, or that our crawfish got stuck in Memphis. But please know that you have a loyal customer for life. We've always ordered from you because of your product, but now we have just one more reason to tell people how aewsome you are! I'm pretty sure this year's batch were the best crawfish I've ever eaten. Can't thank you enough!
