Hi people of the the Louisiana Crawfish Company~ I just wanted to write to say thank you for your fabulous and super speedy service. Your website is very user friendly as well~ I ordered alligator tenderloins and they showed up promptly on the day I requested and I couldn't be happier! I'm sure I'll be a returning customer after the holiday season. Thanks again and have a great holiday!

GREETINGS AND SALUTATIONS..... WE ORDERED FROM U GUYS ON A TUES AND WE GOT HOOKED UP ON THURS, LIKE I REQUESTED. A BAG FULL OF MONSTERS ARRIVED, WE WASHED EM DOWN AND POPPED EM IN THE FRIDGE, UNTILL THE NEXT DAY AT 5PM. WE WASHED EM AGAIN AND ONLY FOUND 5 IN BAD SHAPE. OUT OF A 20 LB BAG. NICE!!!!! WE HAD THE BEST TIME COOKING AND EATING THESE MUDBUGS. THEY WERE HUGE. YOU GUYS AND GIRLS DID A GREAT JOB. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST....SEASONING WAS PERFECT. CANT WAIT TO ORDER AGAIN.

Just wanted to let you guys know that those were the best crawfish that we have eaten!!!!! Think we might have had 4 dead ones. They were awesome. Would order more for this weekend but my husband thinks Im crazy!!!! Loved loved them. I'll send you a pick of my grandaughter's pile. She is only 11 . Thank you very much. Aloha and Happy New Year!!! I just want to say "Thank You". I received my order as expected and was as "Fresh" as if I had purchased it there. I really appreciate you offering free shipment on orders over $100 and having PayPal as a mean for making a purchase. The only bad thing was I didn't order enough Hog Head Cheese. Downed the 1st within minutes and finished the second one today. Is there any possibilities of you adding cracklings? Sincerely, Steve

Just wanted to follow up with you all to say that the crawfish were OUTSTANDING. They were monsters--it must have been a great season down there! Thank you for helping us have an amazing weekend and soothe our homesickness just a little bit.

I just placed and received an order of gator nuggets last week and it arrived on time and was on ice and when I fried them up, they were just a big hit with my family. It was the first time we had tried gator and we all loved it. We are planning to make another order soon! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I just wanted to thank you all for such a great product! We ordered a 20lb pack of crawfish with the seasoning, alligator & some boudin for our friends going away party. We are military, so we often have going away parties, but this one was the best by far! We only had one, yes, only one that died! We were so impressed by the product! The crawfish were big and yummy! Everyone had such a great time and couldn't stop talking about how great they were! For some of the people it was their first time having crawfish and they were very impressed and couldn't stop eating them! The kids loved them as well and dared to eat the whole bag by themselves! They actually put a dent in them! We will definitely be ordering from y'all again! Easy to order, fast delivery, delicious product! Thank you so much again! You made it such a special event!

The party I catered out here in Sierra Madre, CA. had many folks from Louisiana who had flown in and everyone was thoroughly impressed. This weekend we boiled 250 pounds of locally raised West Alabama crawfish in your seasoning that I have ordered from you in bulk over the past 2 years. Yours is the best although I also throw a little of this and a little of that in the pot. I hope people weren't being just kind but they said they were the best crawfish they had ever eaten. Thank you for you prompt service and delicious seasoning.

I personally have never been to Louisiana and so have never experienced a true Crawfish Boil. My husband and oldest son were able to go down last year on a mission trip with some friends and LOVED the "boils". For my husbands 40th birthday, we decided to do one at home (here in Washington state) so we looked around the internet and my friend found your website. I fell in love with your website (it is SO east to navigate and I LOVE that you have posted all over that the shiping is included in your prices!) and decided that your prices were the best. I ordered but still had one question. I called the next day and spoke with a VERY nice lady who answered my questions quickly and well. We got our crawfish party pack on time and out of 30 pounds, there were only 8 dead ones!! That's crazy!! I am so totally impressed with your company...from your website to your prices to your customer service to the quality of your product. I will definitely recommend you to anyone who asks, and it is more than likely that we will order from you again!! We had the best time and the food was great! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service you provided. The crawfish boil was the hit of the party, I have had crawfish before but I have to say this was the best ever. The seasoning was great, the kids loved the beads, my son tried to give his beads to the ladies but too bad for him he still had them when the party was over. We just the third annual Chuck Lewis Crawfish Boil and it was awesome! I had to get frozen crawfish this year because I live in Hawaii now, and I was a little nervous, but it was the absolute heat! Matter of fact, it was so good that there’s been a demand for an encore. So, we’re going to throw “Crawfest 09” 31 July 2009. How late can I order the crawfish and still have some available? How long is the season going to run? And for some reason I had this thought that you might like some pictures. Thanks again for another awesome setup.

Hello! First of all, I'd like to say that as the husband of a lovely lady born into a Cajun family, I've come to love realy Cajun Cuisine. I began making etouffee for ourselves about a year ago, and used whatever crawfish I could find near me...which was Chinese crawfish tailes sold at our local Wal Mart. I never felt right about that, and everytime I made it, I cringed at the idea. So, a couple of months ago, I set out to find a source for real Louisiana crawfish. That is when I found you and ordered five pakcs of your frozen crawfish tails OH MY GOD, what a difference. Where the Chinese tails smelled fishy and were just too funky, yours have what I deem to be the wonderful aroma of the true crawfish taste. They were meatier too. Just all around better. Not to mention it made me feel GOOD to know that I was buying from my fellow citizens. With lots of extended family that live in Louisiana, it just felt right. I'll never go back to anything but your great crawfish. You've won over a customer for life.

Thanks for providing us with another great batch of crawfish. Our guests totally enjoyed the day and I was thrilled to find no dead crawfish in our shipment. We ordered 100 pounds and we ate 100 pounds!!
