Happy Thanksgiving! My little family has had turducken for Thanksgiving ever since Hurricane Katrina when we wanted to support Louisana small businesses from up North here in Maryland. We'd always purchased it from another business until this year when the usual merchant was out of stock of the size turducken we wanted. I'm not sure how I found LACrawfish, but you had what we wanted so I ordered from you.! Yesterday, my husband fired up his pellet grill, we unwrapped our turducken(with jambalaya stuffing) basted it with our traditional butter & olive oil mix and let 'er rip. We will never buy from another grocer again. The LACrawfish turducken was MAGNIFICENT, every one of us determined that it was indisputably the best one we have ever had. The dressing was perfect, the seasoning was perfect, it was PERFECT. And the day after, it is nearly gone. Maybe next round we'll order one a bit larger! It's been a challenging year, but Thanksgiving was extra special thanks to the main dish!!! There has even been a suggestion to do a repeat for Christmas!!! Thanks again! Dear LaCrawfish Team, I want to send you all a heart filled thank you! I received our order on Friday and it exceeded every expectation. Originally from Georgia, but went to college in New Orleans. I moved back to Georgia shortly after graduating in 2002 but have truly missed the taste of Louisiana, Crawfish. After 17 years away, I visited New Orleans in 2018 and the first thing we grabbed were Crawfish when we visited then. I was a little nervous ordering online and doing a boil as it was the first to both. The package arrived timely and out of the entire shipment there were only a handfull that I had to discard. After watching your how to videos, our 1st crawfish boil was a success!!! This was so needed at the time that we are in. Our family had a blast and all complimented the taste brought back memories of me while visiting me in New Orleans for my basketball games. Hi! Just wanted to thank y’all for making our 1st annual crawfish boil a complete success! We ordered 30lbs from you and we got our box early. Cleaning the crawfish became a neighborhood activity as all of my neighbors came out to watch me and the kids wash the little bugs. The kids had so much fun helping sort through the crawfish and we only lost about 2lbs of crawfish. The crawfish boil I purchased was delicious and I really appreciate you guys walking me through the process. We will definitely be ordering again next year for our 2nd crawfish boil. Our crawfish boil was a HUGE success here in Boulder, CO. Wife and I went to LSU and tried to recreate a good crawfish boil for some newbies. Crawfish arrived on time, were clean and big and I counted ONE dead one. Crawfish were delicious....one mild batch and one that gave you a sweat moustache. New tradition...look for annual orders from me in May/June. Thanks again!

One big shout out to Louisiana Crawfish Company. I Ordered 70 lbs of crawfish to be shipped to Arizona. Delivered directly to our home at 10:00 am. Only had about 12 crawfish that were dead, a whole lot less than what we expected. We were exceptionally pleased with the quality of the crawfish and the very small loss. We will be ordering again from Louisiana Crawfish Company. We lived on the Gulf Coast before moving to Arizona and really missed our crawfish boils. Now we know where to go to get our fix. Next time we may do it when it is a little cooler, it was 106 here when we decided to have our crawfish boil.

It came packaged excellent, and we fryed up a bunch and it is the talk of the town (considering Tillamook, Oregon has more cows then people). Hello family, I'm from Grambling, Louisiana and was stationed in Bethesda, MD from 2007-2009. There are a lot of people from Louisiana there.I had a crawfish boil and fish fryback in 2008.I ordered 150 pounds of crawfish some gator meat from yall. I had gumbo,catfish, bbq chicken, sodas, a cake at the cook out. I did my own thing on the base. People came that are not from LA and never eaten gator or crawfish; when it was all said and done I hade only bottles of water left. Everyone was like were did the crawfish come from this big, and my reply was from the home state the only place in the world to get the good stuff. Thanks for everything!

Just wanted to let y'all know that our 10 pounds of mudbugs were awesome with less than five of 'em dead! The gator bites were excellent as well! Can't wait to order them again next year!!!

Every year I have a crawfish boil for all my Ducks Unlimited volunteers in Northern Illinois. As you can imagine, we don't have too many crawfish boils up here, so it is a very well attended event and the people love it! We have around 300 attendees every year and people come from all over to attend. I have been ordering crawfish from Louisiana Crawfish Company for 3 years now, and I just wanted you to know that it has been a pleasure doing business with you. When you have that many people coming to an event, it can be very stressful. I used to lay awake at night praying that the crawfish would arrive ontime and alive. I wanted to thank you for the best gift I could ever get my mom! We both moved away from Louisiana do to the military and always talk about how much we missed having crawfish. Hi folks, The crawfish were, in one word, AWESOME! I had two craw-sperienced ex-LA helpers and we all agreed that the 120lbs of jumbos that we got were about the finest that any of us had ever seen.
