Louisiana Crawfish Co, I just got back to Texas after spending the weekend in Virginia. My granddaughter graduated high school and asked if I could do a crawfish boil for her graduation party. Being a good Papa, how could I say no. Needing crawfish, I googled and found your company. Taking the leap of faith, I placed my order. Guaranteed noon delivery, on Saturday, none the less. Fair price per sack. This is to good to be true. My son in law calls me at the hotel at 9:30am, "Dad, the crawfish are here", Dang! Now to see what "premium" looks like. To say I was pleased when I seen them come out of the sack is an understatement. These were colossal! I can't thank you enough for making me look like a champ to my granddaughter, family and friends! We had our 5th annual Dayton/Crawfish fest yesterday. 90 pounds of awesomeness enjoyed by over 60 people. It was barely above freezing but we loved our indoor/outdoor boil made possible by your incredible company. We only took our gloves off to eat. Hello you wonderful folks at LA Crawfish Co! I have been meaning to write back to you for several weeks now and thank you... We ended up ordering 40 lbs of crawfish from you to celebrate our Dad's birthday for delivery on August 5th, to cook on the 6th. This was our first attempt at a crawfish boil, and thanks to you, it was a success! We were nervous about it being late in the season, and keeping the bugs alive overnight, but we followed your (Cori's?) instructions and almost all of them made it to the boil the next morning! Boy were they FIESTY! I ordered the package that included your spice mix, which was just perfect. I can't thank you enough for selling a great product and providing amazing customer service to make my Dad's special day extra special. Thank you...thank you...THANK YOU! I just wanted to write to thank you all for your help with our crawfish order this past weekend. We've ordered without trouble several times in the past, but this year the delivery got delayed due to issues with FedEx. Throughout, we appreciated your looking into the situation and keeping us updated. The crawfish arrived at our door at 5:55pm. Although this was six hours after FedEx's guaranteed noon delivery, we were able to quickly whisky them off to the backyard for a rinse and a cool wait for our boil the next day. And, despite the long trip, they turned out just great, as always. Thank you for all of your help in making it so!

Just want to let you know how pleased we were with our live crawfish shipment. I was a little, no, a lot nervous since I ordered the crawfish a day early of our crawfish boil party. I called and received advice on keeping the crawfish alive and well till boiling day. Out of 70 pounds, we only had about ten little crawfish that didn't get to swim in the "hot tub". We had a successful crawfish boil thanks to your advice on the telephone and the instructions and seasonings included with shipment. I can't wait to order again!

I am originally from Metairie and Katrina kinda kicked me out and I have been looking for a Good Company that I could get boiled crawfish from(shipped) without paying and arm and a leg. Not only were the crawfish from La. Crawfish a decent size and priced right in order to be shipped to Michigan, but, they were ABSOLUTLY DELECIOUS. It really reminded me of being at home in "the boot" while being in "the mitten". THANK YOU

I am originally from Baton Rouge. I grew up and left for a career in the military and ended up in El Paso, Texas after 20 plus years as a Soldier...well there is little water and no seafood here(only frozen crap) till my wife discovered your site. So for the second year in a row I have ordered from your site crawfish for my birthday in March ....even though the fedex guy dropped and almost botched my order My taste buds were rewarded with my favorite dish from home ....hot spicy boiled mudbugs!!!!...one even survived the west Texas heat for 3 weeks after the party in a bowl of cool water (my grand-daughter fed him beta feed ) ....Thanks to you I get a taste of home at least once a year and have started a new tradition out in the desert!! I have been around the world and bought from different places but u guys actually do what u say you will and thats bring the best product from the gulf area at a competitive price!!!!!!! Just wanted to let you know we had the best Father's Day weekend ever thanks to your company! The crawfish were at my door in Northern California just 24 hours after we placed our order. It was the best crawfish boil we've had since we moved from Louisiana 24 years ago!! The crawfish were all alive just as you promised. Everyone we've told can't believe we were able to have them delivered straight to our door! Your company is the best! We will be ordering again soon! I wanted to thank you for the best gift I could ever get my mom! We both moved away from Louisiana do to the military and always talk about how much we missed having crawfish. So I ordered 10lbs as a surprise, my sister and she went crazy when it arrived. My sister wouldn't stop hugging the box! Thank you again so much!

I was a crawfish/crawdad/ mudbug virgin until last night. My new girlfriend recently moved from LA and had been talking about missing them. I surprised her with a 20lb bag of them for her birthday. My order was right on time and only had 3 or 4 dead out of 20lbs! It ended up being a great party.Thanks to your whole crew for a job well done. Cudos to FedEx for having them there when promised. What can we say? We had a fabulous 4th of July in Jasper, Indiana - and the main item on the menu was crawfish from the Louisiana Crawfish Company. Our guests could not believe what we were serving - and they were just as good as we remember tasting down in Louisiana on a trip to visit a cousin over ten years ago. The box had a little damage upon arrival - but the crawfish were all fine. We were even able to have a few crawfish races prior to the big boil. So glad we found you on the internet - your website is fantastic and we would recommend your company to anyone and everyone! Thanks so much - perhaps we will order again!

A big thank you to LA Crawfish company for making my seafood boil a HUGE success. I placed my order on a Monday and my crawfish arrived Friday morning at 10am. I was surprised that they arrived so early since I live in a rural area. When I opened the box they were alive and well. Our boil wasn't until Saturday so I had to keep them alive until then. They did really well overnight in the container then I put them in a stock tank Saturday morning and gave them a little water so the kids could pick them up and have races. I only lost about 20 crawfish out of 30lbs keeping them alive for the next day. That isn't bad at all. I am a native of Thibodaux and have lived in Missouri for 17 years so this a great way to bring a little cajun country to the midwest. No one at the party had ever eaten crawfish before but it didn't take long for them to learn how to peel and chow down. Even had a few that loved to suck the heads! Thanks again for your great customer service and wonderful product. We will be doing this annually now and I have already reffered several friends to your company.
