Thank you so much for making our party the best one we have had. The crayfish boil was a 100% home run with everyone - including those that doubted how good they twist an how fun to eat they are. They came wen you said they would an out of 30 lbs - 5 an only 5 had died. Next time I think we will get a whole alligator. But will will defiantly order from you all again. Thank you so much

Good Morning, I just wanted to say thank you for the shipment of 600 lbs of crawfish, 200 lbs shrimp, spices and table roll. Out of 600 lbs, I did not see a single dead crawfish in the entire batch. This was amazing and no matter how careful everyone is from packing, shipping, etc., there is normally 2 - 3 dead in each bag. Not this time. From the customer service we received from Avery and staff, to the order itself, I thank you for helping us make our Missouri Crawfish Boil successful for our local Veterans. After expenses, we raised over $10,500 to help us get our homeless Veterans into housing. We will do two smaller boils (around 30 to 90 pounds) in the next two months and will certainly be in contact when we're ready to order.

I just wanted to reach out and let you know that everything was great, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service you guys provide. The quality of the crawfish was even better than last year’s order (which I thought was great)- so we were extremely pleased with everything. The size of the crawfish were spot on, and the loss was only 5-10 actual crawfish…which is amazing. We had our 5th annual Dayton/Crawfish fest yesterday. 90 pounds of awesomeness enjoyed by over 60 people. It was barely above freezing but we loved our indoor/outdoor boil made possible by your incredible company. We only took our gloves off to eat. Just wanted to say thank you so much! Your crawfish is amazing and delicious. My family moved from New Orleans in 2010 and we have still been carrying on our tradition of an Annual (sometimes twice annually) Crawfish boil. For the last 6 years, we have been purchasing from Lacrawfish and have enjoyed them every time. This last order was delivered on Sat. 4/29- which we would eat on Sunday, 4/30. I had to change the date of my original ship date because of a sudden death in the family and I really appreciate your working with us on that and making it very easy. We didn't even open the box to check because I knew that I could count on your product to be a quality product and they were good to go. We wanted to keep them cold and not risk letting in any hot humid air. The seasoning mix you send is also a really great tasting seasoning. We will continue to buy from you, please keep up the amazing work! I wanted to make sure I expressed to you how great your product is and at some point, I need to try something other than crawfish but I LOVE IT! Thank you again

Just wanted to send a testimonial about how successful my first crawfish boil was using your product. I ordered 45 pounds of select purged crawfish from you guys over the weekend. Firstly, I was pleased with how well they withstood the shipping up to Chicago, I shipped them Friday and kept them overnight in my basement. I was able to keep them alive but next time I think I'll just pay extra to have the delivered on Saturday. Secondly, your recipes and tutorial videos were very helpful for someone who has never cooked crawfish before. I ended up going with a 20 qt boil pot and was able to do batches and keep them in the cooler they were shipped in. That was helpful since my guests all arrived at various times. Lastly, The purged crawfish were a huge plus. We had a lot of first timers and I was worried they would be turned off of crawfish by muddy or "veiny" crawfish but everyone has a great time and we hope to have another party this year.

I ordered crawfish on Friday late morning to be delivered to Alaska on Saturday morning. Unbelievably, they arrived on time and were perfect. I ordered 10 pounds and all but 8 arrived alive. The seasoning pack was perfect. I simply followed the provided instructions and had the best boil I've ever had. My guests were very surprised to have crawfish in Alaska. And everyone thought they tasted awesome. I received so many comments that the spice was just right and they were the best they'd ever tasted. Just wanted to let you guys know that I decided to have a crawfish boil to celebrate my retirement from the U.S. Air Force and it went off without a hitch thanks to y'all. I ordered 50lbs and seasoning originally then added platters and changed the delivery to a Saturday and you guys never missed a beat. Hi guys, our big ole mardi gras crawfish boil was great and I have a new fave pet...we had 4-5 crawfish left uncooked and put them in our 8 sided 30? gallon fish tank. We had red jewels on top of the rocks at the base of the tank. Each crawfish guarded one of the red stones and in the next couple of days 1 had eaten or beaten up the rest, we named him Mike after Mike Tyson. He is so fun to watch when he emerges from his fave hiding place inside a log? Just wanted to let you know that our crawfish boil went great this weekend, thanks for such a great product and service. The order arrived exactly when requested and everything was packed very well. Out of 30 pounds, there were only 3-4 deads bugs. I was very pleased to be able to throw a great party and to bring a little bit of Louisiana to Southern California. Hello: I am the Executive Chef of the Light Up The Queen Foundation here in Wilmington Delaware and we have used your company twice for the live crawfish used at our fundraising events. Our Executive Director spent 15 years in New Orleans running the Tipitina's Foundation and has brought numerous NOLA musicians up to support the cause. Our emphasis has been on Cajun/Creole cooking for all of the shows just to give our local fans a taste of what Louisiana is all about. Last year's crawfish boil was our first so we only ordered 80 lbs. Due to the high demand at the Big Chief Monk Boudreaux show on May 14th, I decided to pretty much double the order. What your company sent to us nothing short of amazing. Most of the crawfish were HUGE! The tail meat was sweet and tender and we lost very few in transit from your facilities. The crowd response was amazing. At one point I literally had to push people out of the way in order to dump a fresh pot onto the table. I was even more amazed the there were no leftovers at the end of the night. Numerous people inquired as to where i ordered the crawfish and i had no problem handing out your web address. Most of the crowd had never been to a real boil and could only make comparisons to the chain restaurants in the area who serve reheated and frozen crawfish. Needless to say, the "WOW" factor was there and people definitely enjoyed themselves. I will continue to use your company for future events. Just wanted to drop a note and some photos of the crawfish feed my wife and I hosted for about 60 people. Thank you for the EXCELLENT service. This was out first time doing this for us. I was very nervous that I would have 60 people standing around and no crawfish, but you guys were very helpful to make sure everything would be fine. No one got short with me on the phone when I called 8 times the day before to make sure everything was on schedule. We ordered 120 lbs and had a very small amount dead. First class operation. From the quality crawfish to your excellent boil recipe, you made a great party for us and a tradition to go on! Thank you!
