I just want to thank the great folks at LACRAWFISH.COM for overcoming Federal Express losing our first shipment. One call to your fine company and you sent out a duplicate shipment that arrived to our home in perfect time for our party. I cannot thank you enough for saving the day!

Just wanted to say thank you from New York ! Just orders our first shipment of crawfish last week everything went flawless from the customer service to the southwest pickup !! So with that said we had our 1st New York crawfish broil which all our friends enjoyed !! This will be a yearly thing from now on so thank you !!

I just wanted to write to thank you all for your help with our crawfish order this past weekend. We've ordered without trouble several times in the past, but this year the delivery got delayed due to issues with FedEx. Throughout, we appreciated your looking into the situation and keeping us updated. The crawfish arrived at our door at 5:55pm. Although this was six hours after FedEx's guaranteed noon delivery, we were able to quickly whisky them off to the backyard for a rinse and a cool wait for our boil the next day. And, despite the long trip, they turned out just great, as always. Thank you for all of your help in making it so!

My order came today and I want to say thank you so much. I don't know what I expected, but the order exceeded those expectations. I am disabled and the last ten years I have had to accept the loss of freedoms as well as mobility. I moved from the DC area to ohio be closer to my mother. I lost her 2 years ago. One of the pleasures I had held onto in DC was enjoying the variety of cuisines, fresh fruits and vegetables and fresh seafood from the docks in DC. When I could no longer make it to the docks, I could still find a variety of seafood in the local grocery stores. In my move to rural Ohio, I lost the variety of cuisines and the seafood. I cried when I opened your box seeing all the wonderful, fresh seafood. I've had to freeze most of it, but I look forward to enjoying your seafood many, many times in the future. I only wish I had ordered more soft-shell crabs because I know they are in season for such a limited time. Well, this is a very drawn out and blubbery way of saying thank you for high quality product and fast service and for giving me back one pleasure I never expected to enjoy again.

I cannot thank you enough for such a delicious product! Everyone raved about how delicious the crawfish was, and I cannot rave enough about how easy everything was. We will most definitely order again.

Just ordered 70 pounds from you guys and had them shipped a day in advance of our party. Kept some in vented coolers with ice, others in the refrigerator with wet towels. They all easily handled the wait until the next day with only a few casualties! Excellent service, great tracking info and FedEx came through delivering early. The crawfish were huge (ordered Jumbo)! Told everyone at the party about your place / service and expect they will be ordering from you in the future. Very successful party thanks in large part to you guys. This is the 3rd year running for our B&B Crawfish Fest and the first we ordered direct and had them shipped in...will definitely do it again.

I moved to Idaho from Shreveport 4 years ago. You can get crawfish here if you go to the local pond and catch them. However those are not Louisiana crawfish, and YES there is a difference! I decided to have crawfish boil this past weekend for all my friends and family here in Idaho and ordered 54 lbs. You guys shipped them overnight which was great. Out of the 54 lbs, only about 20 crawfish were dead! After being shipped by Fed Ex and sitting over night, they did so good. We babysat them all night, making sure they were kept cool. We ordered them at the tail end of crawfish season and we were worried how they would turn out, that maybe they wouldn't be that good, THEY WERE AWESOME! We had a huge boil at the park and I invited all my Idaho family and friends. They all loved them!! When it came time for the boil, I found out that I not only had been planning a big crawfish boil, I had been planning my own surprise birthday party!!! LOL. The boil was a huge success. Thank you so much!! For one day I was back at home. I will recommend your company to anyone. I can't wait until crawfish season comes back, you will be hearing from me again!! Had a boil of 60 pounds in Palm Harbor, Florida this weekend for ten friends who had never tasted crawfish before. We ordered field but I swear you sent us at least 40 pounds of select! They were great and less than 1% died during transit. You will be my supplier for the rest of my life! Thanks for making our party so great. My girlfried is from New Orleans and I visited there for the first time in Dec. 2012. She has lived in Cleveland, OH for about 12 yrs. She made the suggestion of having a crawfish boil for the Superbowl. I had no idea what she was talking about. I usually do a clambake in October but a crawfish boil in 17degree weather in OHIO! Well I ordered 20lbs of crawfish and also beignet mix. Everything arrived right on time! The family loved it! My 95 year old in-law is from Lousiana and she was just as happy as a pig in mud! The crawfish bought back so many memories for her. Thanks so much for the great service and quality crawfish. I can't wait until next year. I just recently move to the Midwest from the east coast, on the coast it's no problem finding fresh crayfish but here in the Midwest most seafood are not in season yet. When my siblings and I planned our fathers 61st birthday my idea was to do something different which was a crayfish boil since he loved seafood. I looked all over the city for the freshes crayfish and found nothing but than I stumbled upon your website. The prices were unbeatable and I found out I could get next day shipping. Boy was I in for an excitement! I placed my order on Friday at 10 am and received my live crayfish at 9 am the next day on Saturday. Out of the 26+ pounds that I recieved, only a handful were dead. The seasoning that I got with the shipment along with the sausage and crayfish was delicious and a big hit with my father and the rest of the family!! I can't say how true all of the reviews and testimonies are! We are more than please with the service and quality and will diffinitely order again! Thank you!!

Every year I have a crawfish boil for all my Ducks Unlimited volunteers in Northern Illinois. As you can imagine, we don't have too many crawfish boils up here, so it is a very well attended event and the people love it! We have around 300 attendees every year and people come from all over to attend. I have been ordering crawfish from Louisiana Crawfish Company for 3 years now, and I just wanted you to know that it has been a pleasure doing business with you. When you have that many people coming to an event, it can be very stressful. I used to lay awake at night praying that the crawfish would arrive ontime and alive. I ordered the 90 pound party pack for a party. The bugs arrived in great condition and they were larger than I expected this early in the season. About 35 people attended the party Saturday night. Everyone really enjoyed the event. We had music and entertainment outdoors/indoors. The night got chilly, but most people stood around the pots to be part of the crawfish boil experience. I just wanted to thank you and everyone at your company for helping to make possible the crawfish boil we had this past Saturday. While crawfish and the beach might be a strange combination, our party was a great success. My wife and I attended a lot of crawfish boils when we lived in Baton Rouge, but I had never been directly involved with cooking them. Your company-from the online info, to the fast shipping, to the easy-to-follow directions-made it easier for me to try my hand at doing this myself. Everything went off without a hitch-from the kids playing with the crawfish as I rinsed them off in my daughter's old baby pool, to the dueling cookpots I had working non-stop for about 2 hours, to the quality and taste of the crawfish themselves. I even had a few fellow ex-Louisianans there to verify that the crawfish, corn, potatoes, and mushrooms tasted just like they had remembered and to initiate those unfamiliar with eating mudbugs. My favorite testimonial had be from a Marylander who insisted to me that all shellfish should be steamed (e.g. blue crabs), and that he might have "a couple" of crawfish just to give it a try. After getting his fill at the table later in the evening, he was hooked, and made us promise we would do it again next year. So, I'll close by saying that is definitely something we'll consider doing. I've put your company's website in my Favorites for future reference. Thanks again!

Hi, I just wanted to THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!! The crawfish arrived Saturday morning- PLENTY OF TIME BEFORE PARTY YEPIEeeeee!!! They looked and tasted AWESOME (used your seasoning MMMmmm)!!! There were very few dead ones- YEPIEEEEEEE!!! One would expect more to "NOT" survive the long flight. Your packaging was GREAT!! We will be ordering from ya'll again. Just wanted to say how impressed I was with your service and product. I ordered 20lbs of shrimp for a Mother's Day shrimp boil. They arrived intact, on time, and still frozen solid. We just moved to the midwest from the gulf coast of Texas and miss out availablity of fresh seafood. The party was a great with lots of comments about quality of the shrimp. They all loved the Cajun spices that were included in the order.

I wanted to send you a note to tell you how much we LOVE your company! For the last 6 years, we've hosted an annual birthday/ Mardi Gras/ crawfish party every year in February,and every February for the last 6 years we've ordered crawfish from you. But this year, on our party date, there was an inisial circumstance-36inches of snow. The DC area aiprorts shut down, and our crawfish were stuck in Memphis. Seeing the we live in Northern Virginia, our party was going to be without crawfish. We thought that we just wouldn't have the party this year, or we'd place a new order later on. BUT! The very morning of our party, with 36inches of snow on the ground on Fedruary 6, LA Crawfish called (becuasr you must have tracked the order and saw that it didn't make it) and you offered to send us a brand new shipment at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE or a refund. That was 80lbs of crawfish. And not JUST 80lbs of crawfish, but 8olbs of new crawfish to be delivered the SAME weekend of MARDI GRAS, and the weekend after the Saints won the Super Bowl. Do you know awesome you are? It wasn't your fault that we got so much snow, or that our crawfish got stuck in Memphis. But please know that you have a loyal customer for life. We've always ordered from you because of your product, but now we have just one more reason to tell people how aewsome you are! I'm pretty sure this year's batch were the best crawfish I've ever eaten. Can't thank you enough!

Thank y'all so much for making our first crawfish boil in Utah a huge success. We are orginially from Texas and had crawfish boils all the time, but since moving to Utah, it was very expensive to purchase crawfish up here and not worth the price. The crawfish we ordered from y'all arrived exactly when they were suppose to, were big, and most important, alive!! We invited so many of our neighbors, most have never seen a crawfish, let alone have ever eaten one. We'll definitely order from y'aall again! Thanks again for the great service and crawfish!!
