Good Morning, I just wanted to say thank you for the shipment of 600 lbs of crawfish, 200 lbs shrimp, spices and table roll. Out of 600 lbs, I did not see a single dead crawfish in the entire batch. This was amazing and no matter how careful everyone is from packing, shipping, etc., there is normally 2 - 3 dead in each bag. Not this time. From the customer service we received from Avery and staff, to the order itself, I thank you for helping us make our Missouri Crawfish Boil successful for our local Veterans. After expenses, we raised over $10,500 to help us get our homeless Veterans into housing. We will do two smaller boils (around 30 to 90 pounds) in the next two months and will certainly be in contact when we're ready to order.

I just wanted to thank you guys and gals for your amazing product an out of this world service. We got the crawfish in and they are headed to the boil!! You have no idea how much we appreciate the Alaska friendly shipping, and a price that is nothing short of amazing!!

I wanted to give you feedback on my recent order. I recently ordered 20 lbs of Crawfish, 5 lbs of Shrimp, Boidan and a hat. This is my 4th or 5th order from you. Crawfish were healthy. Alex thought it would be funny to let one pinch him. This provided entertainment for 15 minutes. Boidan tasted much better than my brother's homemade attempt. I'll say I didn't say this if asked. There was a fight for the hat. I won. Quality of all the food was excellent. Same as the previous orders. You guys rock! Customer for life! I love LA Crawfish Co. so much, there are no words to describe my appreciation. I am originally from Metairie, LA and moved to Florida. I was under the impression that Florida had seafood, so I traveled with my 100qt. boiling pot. The seafood I get in Florida is no comparison to the fresh seafood and delicious seafood I get when I order from LA Crawfish Co.

Please help extend a huge “THANK YOU” to all of your company. I received the 100 lbs of crawfish and my party ate every single one of them. Also would like to add that every bug was alive and fresh. Good Job LA Crawfish!!! And thanks for making a good party a GREAT one in Southern California.

Just wanted to let you know how helpful your staff members were. The young lady I wanted to send crawfish to grew up here in Mississippi and always looked forward to crawfish season. She now lives in Oregon, and I didn’t want her to miss out on one of her favorite things (she’s also a chef). I had hoped to send her live crawfish, then saw at the last moment that live ones could not be shipped to Oregon. With her odd hours, I opted for a gift certificate so that she could arrange the arrival of cooked crawfish at a time that would be convenient for her. I had to telephone your office several times with stupid questions, and every time your people were extremely helpful and patient. And I especially appreciated the phone call I received making sure that I had, indeed, placed the order, since it was being shipped to an address which was different from the billing address. It’s so nice to know that a company would be that conscientious. Again, thanks for all your help, and I know Kittie will be thrilled with the crawfish!

Just ordered 70 pounds from you guys and had them shipped a day in advance of our party. Kept some in vented coolers with ice, others in the refrigerator with wet towels. They all easily handled the wait until the next day with only a few casualties! Excellent service, great tracking info and FedEx came through delivering early. The crawfish were huge (ordered Jumbo)! Told everyone at the party about your place / service and expect they will be ordering from you in the future. Very successful party thanks in large part to you guys. This is the 3rd year running for our B&B Crawfish Fest and the first we ordered direct and had them shipped in...will definitely do it again.

Crawfish just arrived in healthy/happy condition. That's pretty impressive...they got here about 15 hours after I ordered them. Not bad at all - you guys are the best! Thanks again!

Just wanted to let you guys know that I decided to have a crawfish boil to celebrate my retirement from the U.S. Air Force and it went off without a hitch thanks to y'all. I ordered 50lbs and seasoning originally then added platters and changed the delivery to a Saturday and you guys never missed a beat. I ordered 15 pound of live crawfish on Thursday and the arrived at 10am on Friday and they were very active. I followed the instructions and cooked them around 6pm and only lost 5 crawfish. They were amazingly fresh and tender. The value and quality are outstanding. We will be ordering again and again. Thanks!

I just wanted to let you know that the crawdads were great, we had over 500 people at our wild game dinner fundraiser here in Oak Grove, MO and everyone that got to try the crawdads loved them. Thanks so much for everything and we will let you know when we are ready for more.

Hello to LCC from Chomnan of Dublin, CA. I recently had a crawfish boil for my wife's birthday yesterday using 60lbs of live crawfish from you guys. My family and friends had such a wonderful time, I thought I would take a few minutes to send you guys an e-mail saying "thanks!" and share some photos with you, as I know you like getting them. Let me first say, your customer service was awesome and the ordering process could not have been easier. Most of the 50 people I had over have never tested crawfish before and some have never even seen them before...I know! I can't believe it either! What did they think of your crawfish? Hi! At 11:00 am, NJ time, we got our crawfish. By 2 pm, they were all gone! They were excellent, taking us back to when we had them @ Catfish Juction in Leesville, LA on our past vacation this past February. For the first time we tried a crawfish boil here in Colorado. I got the order for my birthday and those that I shared it with have never done it before. We had the most fun preparing the boil and eating the entire 10lbs. There were three of us and we did the boil in our apartment. I was extremely impressed with the service that you gave us and how prompt you were with it. I got numerous orders from different companies for my birthday and your company was by far the best in service and taste. I had neighbors stopping by because the aroma was so good. Now they all want to do a big crawfish boil and we are in the process of putting that together and of course, we will order only from you. I really appreciate the fact the everything was in box and ready to go. All we needed to add was the potato and corn. Your video on how to care for the crawfish until boil and how to boil, was more than helpful in the process. Dear LA Crawfish Company, I just want to say 'thank you' for helping to make our Christmas dinner so special, this year. My sister, and my nieces wanted to have crawfish etouffee, instead of the traditional fare, and I agreed. The 5 pounds of tail meat that I ordered from you arrived safetly, and on time, which is always appreciated. I will say this-there aren't very many things that can make a family delay opening thier gifts on Christmas Day, but once the etouffee was ready, all we could think about was eating, instead! All of my guests were very complimentary of the food, and I told them that when you prepare an authentic, creole dish, like this, the crawfish have to come from Louisiana. Your product, and your service are 'top shelf', and I would highly recommend your company to anyone. I wish you continued success, in 2010.

You guys are the BEST! I was nervouse about flying in live crawfish to Indy for a group who had never eaten crawfish before, but this boil turned out to be as good as (probably better than) any boil I've ever been to back home in Louisiana! We cultured a lot of 'yanks' this weekend and plan on doing this every year from now on. Thanks for the best weekend of the summer!

Just wanted to drop a note and some photos of the crawfish feed my wife and I hosted for about 60 people. Thank you for the EXCELLENT service. This was out first time doing this for us. I was very nervous that I would have 60 people standing around and no crawfish, but you guys were very helpful to make sure everything would be fine. No one got short with me on the phone when I called 8 times the day before to make sure everything was on schedule. We ordered 120 lbs and had a very small amount dead. First class operation. From the quality crawfish to your excellent boil recipe, you made a great party for us and a tradition to go on! Thank you!
