I just wanted to reach out and let you know that everything was great, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service you guys provide. The quality of the crawfish was even better than last year’s order (which I thought was great)- so we were extremely pleased with everything. The size of the crawfish were spot on, and the loss was only 5-10 actual crawfish…which is amazing. Just wanted to say thank you so much! Your crawfish is amazing and delicious. My family moved from New Orleans in 2010 and we have still been carrying on our tradition of an Annual (sometimes twice annually) Crawfish boil. For the last 6 years, we have been purchasing from Lacrawfish and have enjoyed them every time. This last order was delivered on Sat. 4/29- which we would eat on Sunday, 4/30. I had to change the date of my original ship date because of a sudden death in the family and I really appreciate your working with us on that and making it very easy. We didn't even open the box to check because I knew that I could count on your product to be a quality product and they were good to go. We wanted to keep them cold and not risk letting in any hot humid air. The seasoning mix you send is also a really great tasting seasoning. We will continue to buy from you, please keep up the amazing work! I wanted to make sure I expressed to you how great your product is and at some point, I need to try something other than crawfish but I LOVE IT! Thank you again

All I can say is WOW! I ordered fresh crawfish for my first boil a couple weeks ago for delivery today. At about 11:45 this morning, FedEx showed up with my 30 pounds of bugs. I'd never cooked them prior to today, only enjoyed them. The enclesed spices were great. I cooked 15 lbs at a time, since my cooker was relatively small. The first batch was a bit spicy for the other partygoers (I thought it was great), so I scaled back the spices on the second batch. Everybody was absolutely thrilled. Most had never tasted crawfish before and all who tried them thought they were fantastic. We'll definitely buy again. Thanks Louisiana Crawfish! Thanks to you, I was the hero of the day. Really, you guys were the heroes. I just followed the instructions. All in all, EXCELLENT!!!

Hi Helpful People at LA Crawfish! We received our 90 lbs of frozen crawfish on Friday in good shape and on time. They thawed to perfection in the styrofoam boxes by the time we were ready for them on Saturday. We followed your directions and boiled our potatoes, onions, garlic heads, lemon halves & corn prior to cooking the bugs. We dropped them in with some whole okra and just reheated for 3 minutes and then started serving our crowd of 60. Our trays of food looked gorgeous, like the centerfold out of a foodie magazine! The boil was a huge success with lots of full bellies plus we raised a bunch of money for our charities. Thanks for being so reliable and helpful! We'll try & schedule earlier next year and try your live crawfish but the frozen ones were absolutely delicious!

I just wanted to express my appreciation for your company. Being from Louisiana and now living in Oregon, I am still able to have the tastes of home at an affordable price with a high quality product. I have tried to explain the difference between La. crawfish and the crawfish you can get locally in Oregon, but the proof is always in the taste. Whenever I have ordered crawfish tails, they have always arrived when expected, and are still frozen with the dry ice. Also, if there is ever a question, I get a direct phone call from a very polite member of your staff(instead of an email which may delay delivery). The "extras"(seasoning,hot sauce) that are added are always a nice touch, too. I have only been here a couple of years, but I now have Oregon residents asking me to order for them, as they want the "authentic" crawfish. =) Thanks again for an awesome company,quality products, and true southern hospitality from your staff.

We just wanted to let you all know how pleased we have been with your service and products over the past few years. Many a successful boil has been the result of our dealing with LA Crawfish Company. This year will no doubt be yet one more. With that said we also truly want to thank you all for making our very first Mardi Gras party the absolute best it could have been. Fathers Day (celebrated on Saturday cuz we couldn't wait to try them) turned out to be fabulous and why? Because your crawfish made it that way. They were wonderful, tasty and delicious. We had enough left over to make an Etoufee the next day. Thank-you so much for those tasty tidbits!

I've been trying for months to obtain quality cajun ingrediants without paying and arm and a leg for shipping. LaCrawfish Co's totally fair policy of free shipping is GREATLY appreciated. It's getting harder and harder to find such great service with quality product on the net. GREAT JOB LaCrawfish!!!!

Well we ate it all!!! We made 2 crawfish pies that were excellent and a huge chicken and sausage jambalay. Everyone really enjoyed the food, but the really popular item was the Gator bits. We had 16 people over and they ate the gator as soon as it came out of the deep fryer. We had 2 packages and could have used 6, now we know. From reading through a few of the customer testimonials on your site I can't imagine that I am going to tell you anything that you don't already know...But I do want to thank your company and tell you what an outstanding party your crawfish and shrimp helped to create a couple of weeks ago. The food was amazing but what was really cool was when we poured them onto the table it became a rotating center of conversation. We had about 40 people and about 15 at a time would filter in and out. It really brought people together. I have thrown a ton of parties in my life but this one garnered the most compliments ever and it was all because of your crawfish. I foresee myself being a loyal customer for years to come. My daughter was home from college and wanted something special for easter, so last week, my wife and I ordered 20lbs of crawfish from your company for the first time. I can't say how impressed I was. The crawfish were delivered early and with very little dead loss, much less than I expected. The mudbugs tasted great and the meat was sweet. The spices included were positively the best we've ever tasted. I know the party was going well because I couldn't get anyone to stop eating long enough to carry on a conversation. In my book, that's the highest compliment. You have new loyal customers in my family and have begun a new easter tradition. OMG!!!! It has been several years since we have been to New Orleans. I wanted to do something this year since we couldn't get back there, so I brought it to us. The crawfish and gulf shrimp (head on) were just delicious! My boyfriend didn't know about it so when he walked in, he was just floored! You should have seen his face when he saw that they were alive. By the way, my cat got a grip of the claws himself! I ordered a couple of ball caps and did the trial size of crawfish. The seasoning you sent with it was awesome also. It was such a hit! We sat around the kitchen table and ate them like we were kids with a special treat. I will definitely order from you again and will recommend you to other people. By the way, I only had 3 that were dead and a couple crushed out of the 10 lbs I ordered. It was worth it and brought back some of the romance in our lives! We had great fun in the kitchen!

I just wanted to let y'all know that I was very pleased with your company's services. It was my fraternities first annual crawfish feast and it turned out to be a great success. None of us had any experience in cooking crawfish before but with your great products and instructions, everything tasted great! I had eaten a few crawfish before but none had the sweet flavor like what y'all raised. I was also very inpressed with the freshness of your crawfish. We only had a minimual lost of three dead crawfish out of the 40lbs. Keep up the great service and we will definitely be contacting you for next years event. P.S.
