I want to thank all the hands involved at Louisiana Crawfish! Thank You for your efforts! With the Covid-19 pandemic, stay at home orders, and kids out of school...this Memorial Day was very different to say the least. However, I have typically hosted a crawfish boil on Memorial Day for many years, and it is part of our family tradition. My order was successfully delivered to North Carolina early Saturday morning, the website was easy to use, and I was relieved when that package arrived knowing that many hands at Louisiana Crawfish Company made it happen. I thoroughly enjoyed getting together and celebrating with my family and friends later that afternoon. My wife is a Louisiana native, she absolutely loves crawfish, and it does my heart good to prepare these for her! I believe my pot was spicy enough to kill any virus, and there was enough garlic in my boil to keep all the vampires away too! Thanks again for helping us keep our family tradition alive during these uncertain times. Just getting together, away from the news, proved to be a just what I needed. Louisiana Crawfish Company is definitely an essential business in my book!

I just wanted to thank y'all. I am a Southerner from Arkansas, working for a large construction management firm. I have been in Iowa over a year now. The only crawfish they have up here are the frozen ones at the casino buffet. YUCK. When I found out that I could have crawfish flown up here, I will admit I was a bit skeptical. But I have now had two boils in Iowa, (175lbs.) most of the people around here had never had fresh crawfish before and now they are fans! You guys are great, and if this damn coronavirus will ever go away, I plan on having a BIG boil. Keep up the good work....because of y'all I feel a little less homesick.

Thank you so much for making our party the best one we have had. The crayfish boil was a 100% home run with everyone - including those that doubted how good they twist an how fun to eat they are. They came wen you said they would an out of 30 lbs - 5 an only 5 had died. Next time I think we will get a whole alligator. But will will defiantly order from you all again. Thank you so much

I just wanted to thank you for making my first crawfish event a success. I poured through the website and the videos were very helpful. I had called a couple of times asking "rookie" questions. The staff was very helpful. I read many of the testimonials and I was confident that this was the company that I wanted to use. I made the order and chose the purged select size. The order came in by UPS without a hitch and on time. I was impressed by the size and the liveliness of the crawfish. They were very clean and very few were dead. I would estimate out of 50 lbs, maybe only 20 were dead. It was impressive. The event was great. Everyone loved them. The seasoning packets were flavorful and just the right amount of heat. We had such a great time that I can say I will be buying more very soon for another party! It was a great experience from start to finish. Thank you, Pete

Just ordered 70 pounds from you guys and had them shipped a day in advance of our party. Kept some in vented coolers with ice, others in the refrigerator with wet towels. They all easily handled the wait until the next day with only a few casualties! Excellent service, great tracking info and FedEx came through delivering early. The crawfish were huge (ordered Jumbo)! Told everyone at the party about your place / service and expect they will be ordering from you in the future. Very successful party thanks in large part to you guys. This is the 3rd year running for our B&B Crawfish Fest and the first we ordered direct and had them shipped in...will definitely do it again.

Just wanted to say Thanks for the great service.. We were unable, due to work issues to have our boil on Saturday so we did it on Sunday and only lost 6 mudbugs!! Everyone loved the andouille sausage, wish I had ordered more, I will next time for sure!! Though I can get it local from a great butcher here in Southern Maryland, Yours can't be beat! After moving to Anchorage Alaska 13yrs ago, I haven't had boiled Louisiana seafood that often. Now that I have found your website, I will be able to satisfy my cravings. I ordered 40lbs of live crawfish and was skeptical at first. But now that I have received my order for a Saturday delivery on time with only 12 dead crawfish, I will definitely be ordering again from La Crawfish for all my seafood needs. Thank you for a great experience and look forward to doing business with you again.

All is well that ends well. You guys knew that FedEx had messed up my order before I did and you called to let me know - which gave me time to plan a different menu for a party that could not be moved to a different day. After a prompt, full refund, you let the shipment come to my house anyway. Some friends picked them up as I was out of town. They tell me that, even after the day+ delay, about half of the crawfish were still alive. They sorted them out, cooked 'em up right and had an excellent time. I think you will have them as a new customer and, of course, I will try again in a few weeks. Thanks so much for the way you handled this!

Thanks Stacy for being there to answer the phone and take my order. The boiled crawfish I ordered were absolutly GREAT. I am originally from Metairie and Katrina kinda kicked me out and I have been looking for a Good Company that I could get boiled crawfish from(shipped) without paying and arm and a leg. Not only were the crawfish from La. Crawfish a decent size and priced right in order to be shipped to Michigan, but, they were ABSOLUTLY DELECIOUS. It really reminded me of being at home in "the boot" while being in "the mitten". THANK YOU

Every year, we have a party we call "Critter Christmas" where we get friends and family together and cook a large variety of exotic game. We had the TurPorken today for an early Thanksgiving with family and friends. It was a HUGE hit. Everyone loved it, and it's so easy to fix. We cooked it in one of those turkey bags, and it came out moist and succulent. First time for the pork version, the consensus was that folks liked it as much or more than the Turducken. Great food and great customer service. We will definitely order from you again. The TurPorken, the crawfish, and the meat pies remind us how much we miss Louisiana food since we moved away a few years ago!!!!

I just wanted to thank you for providing me with some of the biggest and best crawfish that I've ever had. I went to school in New Orleans so I had my fair share of crawfish boils, but never have I had crawfish like the ones from your company. I was so pleased to share some Louisiana culture with my fellow New Yorkers. The crawfish were a big hit! The seasoning that you sent was amazing.Thank you again. Just wanted to say how impressed I was with your service and product. I ordered 20lbs of shrimp for a Mother's Day shrimp boil. They arrived intact, on time, and still frozen solid. We just moved to the midwest from the gulf coast of Texas and miss out availablity of fresh seafood. The party was a great with lots of comments about quality of the shrimp. They all loved the Cajun spices that were included in the order.
